physiologically. Menarche is also called the first menstruation which can occur in the age
range of 10-16 years or in early adolescence in the middle of puberty before entering the
reproductive period. Menarche is the culmination of a series of changes that occur in an
adult girl. Changes arise due to a series of interactions between several glands in the
body. The main control center is the brain called the hypothalamus which works together
with the pituitary gland to control the sequence of these changes. This service aims to
provide changes in understanding to female students in readiness to face menarche
through health education activities. This service is carried out by providing health

sebelum memasuki masa reproduksi.
menghadapinya.

Abstract - The cause of bleeding that occurs in pregnant women is placenta previa. Several
factors that can cause pregnant women to experience placenta previa are multiparity and
advanced age (> 35 years), parity, history of cesarean section and smoking. The prevalence of
placenta previa increases threefold at the age of 35 years because the endometrium is
infertile. The number of maternal deaths in Riau Province in 2018 was 109 cases, with the
main cause of death being bleeding 34% . Various efforts have been made to increase one's
knowledge, one of which is health education. Implementation of community service that has
been carried out in the Village of Kemang Indah, Kec. Tambang Kab. Kampar , there were 11
respondents (68.75%) with ages <20 years> 35 years, there were 15 respondents (93.75%)
with parity of 2-3, there were 15 respondents (93.75%) with never had a history of SC, there
were 16 respondents (100%) with no history of SC and no smoker. The mean value of the
pre-test respondents' knowledge was 35 and the post-test was 70. The conclusion of this
dedication is that there is an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women about early
detection of placenta previa. It is hoped that the results of the dedication of pregnant women
can detect risk factors for placenta previa to avoid cases of bleeding that can cause the death
of pregnant women.

organs by instilling moral, ethical, and religious commitment to prevent "abuse" of the
reproductive organs. Violence cases, especially sexual violence against children, increased
rapidly in 2013, increasing by around 30 cases in 2012, only mid-2013 had increased to
535 cases. The number of violence, according to a rapid increase since 2010, it was
recorded that 42% of the 246 cases of violence against children were sexual violence in
2011, 50% of the 259 cases of violence against children were sexual violence, and 2012
there were 62% of 47 cases of violence against children. sexual violence. The above
incidents are the result of the lack of early sex education. The purpose of this community
service is to know about early childhood sex education. The method used in this service
activity is counseling, material delivery, and questions and answers regarding the
understanding of the material presented. The results showed that the activities carried out
could increase students' knowledge of the material provided. It is hoped that parents will
take an active role in providing early sex education because the role of parents and
teachers is very important in providing sex education to their children and two-way
communication should be carried out so that children no longer consider sex education a
taboo subject to discuss.

Kasus kekerasan, utamanya kekerasan
seksual pada anak, meningkat pesat tahun 2013 meningkat sekitar 30-an kasus tahun 2012,
kurangnya pendidikan seks sejak dini. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini
mengetahui tentang pendidikan seks usia dini.

                <text>ABSTRACT
Complementary feeding (MP-ASI) is food or additional drink other than breast
milk that contains nutrients, given to babies to meet their nutritional needs after the baby is
6 months to 24 months old. According to the IDHS (2012), the main cause of death among
children under five is diarrhea at 25.2%, and deaths due to ARI by 15.5%. One of the risk
factors is the early complementary feeding. Posyandu Permata Hati is one of the
community health services located in the working area of Puskesmas Sidomulyo
Pekanbaru with the highest number of babies. The goal of community service is expected
to increase the knowledge, understanding and ability of mothers who have babies aged 6-
12 months in making and providing age-appropriate complementary foods. The method of
activity is carried out by means of counseling about complementary foods, demonstrations
of complementary foods, and evaluation. The results of the implementation, mothers
understand correctly the benefits and ways of making complementary foods, realizing that
complementary feeding is adapted to their age stages and want to make complementary
foods according to the needs of their babies. Creative efforts are needed to stimulate
community behavior so that government programs are expected to be achieved. It is not
only counseling that is presented to them in an effort to change their behavior, but
conducting demonstrations and providing useful souvenirs is an effort to provide stimulus.
In conclusion, the knowledge of mothers about complementary foods increases, they
understand the importance of paying attention to the fulfillment of nutrition at every stage
of the baby's age and understand how to make complementary foods that are correct,
diverse and age-appropriate. It is recommended that the puskesmas and posyandu be able
to carry out this training at posyandu activities at least 2 times a year and carry out
similar activities in different places.

MP-ASI sesuai usia. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara penyuluhan tentang MP-ASI,</text>

Immunization is one of the efforts to create a quality generation of the nation.
Immunization needs to be continuously improved to achieve a high level of population
immunity so that it can break the PD3I chain of transmission. With advances in science
and technology, immunization efforts can be more effective and efficient with the hope
of making a real contribution to the welfare of children, mothers and other
communities. The results of the service obtained in the Pangkalan Baru village,
upstream Siak sub-district, the UCI (Utilization Child Immunization) has not been
achieved where the achievement of immunization is 95%, for that it is necessary to

                <text>ABSTRACT
Changes in need from exclusive breastfeeding to complementary foods are
generally at the age of 6-24 months, and this period is very sensitive for the incidence
of malnutrition in children. Complementary foods do not replace breast milk, but
gradually add to the nutritional needs of the baby. The success of offering this MP is
also due to the development of the function of the baby's nervous system, digestive
tract and kidneys. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of
breastfeeding mothers about complementary foods. The method used in this
community service was a question and answer lecture using leaflets. After this
counseling, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers
about complementary foods.

tambahan sesuai kebutuhan gizi bayi.
tentang MP-ASI. Metode yang digunakandalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah
ceramah tanya jawab dengan menggunakan leaflet. Setelah penyuluhan ini diharapkan

                <text>ABSTRACT
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still one of the major public health problems
in Indonesia. DHF is a disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted from
person to person through the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Dengue hemorrhagic
fever appears as an Extraordinary Event (KLB) that causes panic in the community
because it risks causing death and its spread very quickly. The incidence of dengue fever
continues to increase from21,092 (in 2015) to 25,336 people (in 2016). The purpose of the
activity is to increase public knowledge about Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The
method used was outreach to the community and providing leaflets containing information
on Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Health workers should routinely provide
information about Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) so that public awareness increases
the importance of implementing prevention with 3M plus.
