Kasus kekerasan, utamanya kekerasan seksual pada anak, meningkat pesat tahun 2013 meningkat sekitar 30-an kasus tahun 2012, baru pertengahan 2013 sudah meningkat menjadi 535 kasus. Jumlah kekerasan itu, menurut meningkat pesat sejak 2010 yang tercatat ada 42% dari 246 kasus kekerasan pada anak adalah kekerasan seksual pada 2011 ada 50% dari 259 kasus kekerasan pada anak adalah kekerasan seksual, dan pada tahun 2012 ada 62% dari 47 kasus kekerasan pada anak adalah kekerasan seksual. Kejadian-kejadian diatas merupakan dampak dari kurangnya pendidikan seks sejak dini. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengetahui tentang pendidikan seks usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan, penyampaian materi, dan tanya jawab tentang pemahaman dari materi yang disampaikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi terhadap materi yang diberikan. The method of activity is carried out by means of counseling about complementary foods, demonstrations of complementary foods, and evaluation. The results of the implementation, mothers understand correctly the benefits and ways of making complementary foods, realizing that complementary feeding is adapted to their age stages and want to make complementary foods according to the needs of their babies. Creative efforts are needed to stimulate community behavior so that government programs are expected to be achieved. It is not only counseling that is presented to them in an effort to change their behavior, but conducting demonstrations and providing useful souvenirs is an effort to provide stimulus. In conclusion, the knowledge of mothers about complementary foods increases, they understand the importance of paying attention to the fulfillment of nutrition at every stage of the baby's age and understand how to make complementary foods that are correct, diverse and age-appropriate. Maternal death can occur due to several reasons, including anemia. Research shows that the maternal mortality rate is 70% of the women who suffer from anemia and 19.7% of those who are not anemic. The aim of this service is to increase public understanding of anemia, especially iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women. This activity was held on August 24, 2018 at the Garuda Public Health Center, which was attended by 18 pregnant women and the community using counseling methods. This activity provides the results of the visitor understanding the Anemia material delivered by the speaker. Visitors who attended were enthusiastic in participating in the counseling and there was a discussion between the presenter and visitors. Participants actively asked questions about the problems they had experienced around anemia. It is hoped that the Puskesmas will regularly provide health information to the public, especially the problems that are often experienced by pregnant women. Kematian ibu dapat terjadi karena beberapa sebab, diantara karena anemia . Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka kematian ibu adalah 70% dari ibu yang menderita anemia dan 19,7% mereka yang non- anemia. Tujuan Pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pehaman masayarakat mengenai anemia terkhusus nya anemia defesiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini dilaksakanakan pada tanggal 24 Agustus 2018 di Puskesmas Garuda yang diikuti oleh 18 orang Ibu hamil dan Masyarakat dengan metode penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini memberikan hasil Pengunjung memahami materi Anemia yang disampaikan oleh pemateri. This community service method is carried out in the form of counseling, after completing the delivery of the material, the speaker demonstrates how to process green bean juice in front of the participants and the speaker opens a question and answer session, participants understand the material, by asking questions to the presenter, this community service is going well and as planned. The results of this activity were obtained by the participants to understand and understand about the benefits of green beans to facilitate breastfeeding and will regularly consume green bean juice. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan ibu hamil mengalami plasenta previa yaitu multiparitas dan umur lanjut (>35 tahun), paritas, riwayat seksio sesaria dan perokok. Prevalensi placenta previa meningkat tiga kali lipat pada usia di atas 35 tahun karena endometrium tidak subur. Jumlah kematian ibu di Propinsi Riau tahun 2018 sebanyak 109 kasus dengan penyebab utama kematian adalah perdarahan 34%. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan seseorang salah satunya adalah penyuluhan kesehatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di Desa Kemang Indah Kec. Tambang Kab. Kampar, terdapat 11 responden (68,75%) dengan usia <20 tahun > 35 tahun, terdapat 15 responden (93,75%) dengan paritas 2-3, terdapat 15 responden (93,75%) dengan tidak pernah riwayat SC, terdapat 16 responden (100%) dengan tidak ada riwayat SC dan tidak perokok. Nilai mean pengetahuan responden pre test adalah 35 dan post test adalah 70. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang deteksi dini placenta previa. Diharapkan dari hasil pengabdian ibu hamil dapat bisa melakukan deteksi tentang faktor resiko kejadian placenta previa untuk menghindari kasus perdarahan yang dapat menyebabkan kematian ibu hamil. Kata kunci : deteksi dini, hamil, placenta previa Abstract - The cause of bleeding that occurs in pregnant women is placenta previa. Several factors that can cause pregnant women to experience placenta previa are multiparity and advanced age (> 35 years), parity, history of cesarean section and smoking. The prevalence of placenta previa increases threefold at the age of 35 years because the endometrium is infertile. The number of maternal deaths in Riau Province in 2018 was 109 cases, with the main cause of death being bleeding 34% . Various efforts have been made to increase one's knowledge, one of which is health education. Implementation of community service that has been carried out in the Village of Kemang Indah, Kec. Tambang Kab. Maternal death can occur due to several reasons, including anemia. Research shows that the maternal mortality rate is 70% of the women who suffer from anemia and 19.7% of those who are not anemic. The aim of this service is to increase public understanding of anemia, especially iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women. This activity was held on August 24, 2018 at the Garuda Public Health Center, which was attended by 18 pregnant women and the community using counseling methods. This activity provides the results of the visitor understanding the Anemia material delivered by the speaker. Visitors who attended were enthusiastic in participating in the counseling and there was a discussion between the presenter and visitors. Participants actively asked questions about the problems they had experienced around anemia. It is hoped that the Puskesmas will regularly provide health information to the public, especially the problems that are often experienced by pregnant women. Kematian ibu dapat terjadi karena beberapa sebab, diantara karena anemia . Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka kematian ibu adalah 70% dari ibu yang menderita anemia dan 19,7% mereka yang non- anemia. Tujuan Pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pehaman masayarakat mengenai anemia terkhusus nya anemia defesiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini dilaksakanakan pada tanggal 24 Agustus 2018 di Puskesmas Garuda yang diikuti oleh 18 orang Ibu hamil dan Masyarakat dengan metode penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini memberikan hasil Pengunjung memahami materi Anemia yang disampaikan oleh pemateri. Pengunjung yang hadir antusias dalam mengikuti penyuluhan dan Terjadi diskusi antara penyaji dan pengunjung. Peserta aktif bertanya mengungkapkan masalah yan dialaminya seputar anemia. Kepada Pihak Puskesmas diharapkan rutin untuk memberikan informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat terutama permsalahan yang sering dialami oleh ibu hamil.
