Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan usia responden yang paling dominan yaitu lansia awal (45,5%), dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (60,6%) dan indeks massa tubuh yang paling dominan yaitu normal (66,7%). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini mendeskripsikan gambaran hubungan depresi dan kemandirian lansia dalam melakukan activities of daily living. Penelitian menggunakan literatur review dengan pencarian artikel yang relevan diterbitkan tahun 2017-2022 yang didapatkan melalui database Google scholar, PubMed, dan Elvesier. Kata kunci yang digunakan untuk mencari literatur meliputi Depresi, Kemandirian, Aktifitas Sehari-Hari, Lansia, Depression, Independence, Activity of Daily Living, Elderly. Hasilnya sebelas artikel penelitian memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Didapatkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara depresi dengan kemandirian lansia dalam melakukan Activities of daily living. Depresi sering dialami oleh jenis kelamin perempuan, >60 tahun, pendidikan rendah dan kondisi kesehatan buruk. Tingkat depresi yang diderita lansia mayoritas adalah depresi ringan dan sedang dengan ketergantungan pada tingkat ringan dan sedang. Terdapat 9 dari 11 artikel yang diteliti menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara depresi pada lansia dengan kemandirian dalam melakukan activities of daily living. Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan antara depresi dengan kemandirian lansia dalam melakukan activities of daily living. Kecemasan dapat mengganggu dalam proses preanestesi maupun durante anestesi. Respon fisiologis yang berlebihan cenderung menyulitkan dan mempengaruhi tindakan anestesi. Salah satu teknik non farmakologis untuk menurunkan kecemasan yaitu pendekatan spiritual dzikir doa dan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas pendekatan spiritual dzikir doa dan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pra general anestesi di IBS RSUD Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis quasy experimen dengan desain non randomized pre test-post test design with control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling melibatkan 58 responden, terbagi menjadi 29 responden kelompok intervensi dan 29 responden kelompok kontrol. Analisa data menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji mann whitney. Instrumen kecemasan menggunakan Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kecemasan sebelum pendekatan spiritual dzikir doa sebagian besar mengalami kecemasan berat, sedangkan setelahnya mengalami kecemasan ringan dengan nilai p�value = 0,000 (p-value<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan efektivitas pendekatan spiritual dzikir doa dan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pra general anestesi di IBS RSUD Cilacap. Menurut Obstetric Anesteshia Guidelines merekomendasikan teknik anestesi spinal pada pembedahan SC. Salah satu efek dari anestesi spinal yaitu hipotermia. Tindakan anestesi sebagian besar dapat mempengaruhi kontrol suhu inti dan dapat menghambat respon thermogulasi terhadap dingin pada vasokonstriksi. Obat anestesi juga dapat menyebabkan vasodilatasi dimana mekanisme ini yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur redistribusi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran kejadian hipotermia pada pasien SC pasca anestesi spinal di RSIA Ummu Hani Purbalingga. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan usia responden rata-rata antara usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 81,7% hipotermia ringan, > 35 tahun 21,1% hipotermia sedang, intake cairan operasi yang diberikan pada responden >1500 ml sebesar 100% hipotermia ringan dan sedang 100%, lama operasi 1-2 jam jam sebaanyak 58,3% hipotermia ringan, jumlah perdarahan >300 ml sebesar 86,8% hipotermia sedang. Hipotermia terjadi akibat efek obat anestesi yang diberikan dan dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor usia, intake cairan operasi, jumlah perdarahan, paparan suhu ruang operasi dan lamanya operasi dapat mempengaruhi lamanya efek anestesi yang diterima. Gangguan keseimbangan yang terjadi pada lansia dapat diminimalisir dengan senam lansia, dimana hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot lansia. Studi ini bertujuan guna menjelaskan pengaruh senam lanjut usia terhadap keseimbangan badan pada lanjut usia. Metode penelitiannya secara deskriptif, yang menggunakan desain literatur review. Untuk mencari jurnal dengan menggunakan 3 database jurnal yaitu google scholar, science direct, dan pubmed. Berdasarkan artikel yang dikumpulkan didapatkan jurnal yang sesuai dengan inklusi peneliti berasal dari Negara Indonesia dan India. Hasil tinjauan literatur diketahui dari 9 jurnal dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa 100% (9 jurnal) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh senam dan latihan gerak terhadap keseimbangan pada lansia.
