Untuk mengatasi dampak hospitalisasi pada anak perlu diberikan intervensi salah satunya adalah dengan bermain. Bermain merupakan salah satu aktivitas anak-anak yang dapat mengalihkan perasaan yang tidak menyenangkan dengan kegiatan yang disukai. Tujuan : mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain puzzle terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada anak akibat hospitalisasi. Metode : metode yang digunakan yaitu penerapan evidence based nursing dengan fokus studi tingkat kecemasan. Sebanyak 5 subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi diberikan intervensi terapi bermain puzzle selama ±20 menit dan dilakukan pretest dan posttest menggunakan Children Fear Scale. Studi kasus dilakukan di ruang Kreativa RS UNS Sukoharjo pada bulan Januari 2023. Hasil : hasil skor menunjukkan bahwa intensitas tingkat kecemasan sebelum diberikan terapi bermain puzzle pada kategori cemas ekstrim (80%). Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah penelitian original berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris, penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif, artikel menggunakan sampel yaitu ibu yang memiliki anak serta penelitian terkait status gizi anak dan masalah gizi kronis pada anak, artikel terbit dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2012-2022), dan tersedia dalam full text. Peneliti menemukan 11 artikel yang dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil: Dari 11 artikel yang menggambarkan pengetahuan ibu tentang masalah gizi kronis pada anak menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan ibu terkait masalah gizi kronis pada anak secara garis besar masih dalam kategori kurang pengetahuan. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan ibu, rendahnya tingkat sosial ekonomi, pengasuhan ibu terkait pemberian makan pada anak masih kurang, dan perilaku ibu sebagian besar kurang sesuai dalam hal pemenuhan gizi anak. Sebagian besar ibu belum mengetahui terkait pemenuhan gizi seimbang pada anak. Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis dari beberapa jurnal menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu sangat mempengaruhi masalah gizi pada anak. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu yang masih dalam kategori kurang perlu dilakukannya promosi kesehatan terkait pemenuhan gizi seimbang dan praktik pemberian makan pada anak. Many physiological and psychological changes occur in the mother's body during this time. As a result, the mother and fetus suffer from a variety of unfavorable consequences, one of which is depression. Although doctors usually believe antidepressant medicines to be safe for severe depression, most pregnant women are hesitant to use them for fear of negative effects. The purpose of this study is to see how mobile treatments affect pregnant women who are depressed. The narrative review approach is used in this literature study. Search PubMed, EBSCO, and Science Direct databases for papers containing the keywords pregnant women, pregnancy, depression, and mobile intervention with inclusion criteria, such as articles published within the previous 10 years, forms of experimental study, in English, and full-text. Seven final papers were obtained as the number of final articles appropriate for evaluation. The findings of an analysis of seven studies on mobile interventions to reduce the prevalence of depression in pregnant women reveal a substantial decrease. Because mobile intervention is successful in lowering the prevalence of depression in pregnant women, it is advised that it be used as an alternative in delivering the intervention to pregnant women, particularly in situations of depression. Literature Review dengan pencarian artikel menggunakan database Scopus, Pubmed, Cambridge Core, Google Scholar, dan Cinahl. Artikel yang digunakan adalah artikel yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2023, dengan menggunakan metode PCC setelah dilakukan seleksi dan diidentifikasi sesuai kriteria inklusi, terdapat 5 artikel yang akan direview. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 5 artikel penelitian yang direview, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan ultrasound-guided block saraf femoral dan parenteral opioid, penggunaan ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca block, penggunaan intranasal ketamin dan intranasal fentanyl, penggunaan ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane block, dan penggunaan ultrasound-guided block hematoma dan prosedural sedasi analgesi dapat menjadi manajemen farmakologis nyeri pada pasien dengan fraktur di IGD. Peran perawat sebagai edukator diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi terhadap klien tentang apa saja manajemen nyeri pada pasien fraktur beserta kekurangan dan kelebihannya. Selain itu sebagai kolaborator, perawat dapat berkolaborasi dengan dokter mengenai pemberian obat dan dosis yang sesuai untuk klien untuk menangani masalah nyeri pada pasien fraktur di IGD. Dalam merawat anak penyandang autis, orangtua akan mendapatkan beban dan imbasnya dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah. Orangtua membutuhkan dukungan sosial dalam merawat anak penyandang autis, Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dukunga sosial pada ornagtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deksriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitia adalah orangtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 66 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Dukungan sosial orangtua diukur menggunakan instrumen dukungan sosial yang dikembangkan berdasarkan Teori Sarafino dan Smith. Dukungan sosial dikategorikan sebagai kategori rendah jika jika skor<mean (56,758), dan tinggi jika skor>mean (56,758). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 35 orang (53%) responden memiliki kategori dukungan sosial tinggi, dan 31 orang (47%) responden memiliki dukungan sosial rendah. Dimensi dukungan instrumental merupakan domain dengan skor tertinggi yang dimiliki oleh orangtua, sementara dukungan emosional merupakan domain dengan skor terendah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi perawat untuk memberikan dukungan bagi orangtua yang dapat berbentuk konseling untuk meningkatkan dukungan emosional bagi orangtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis.
