Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain origami dengan penurunan kecemasan pada anak usia prasekolah saat dirawat di ruang anak Rs Indriati Solo Baru. Terdapat beberapa kasus anak yang menjalani hospitalisasi di bangsal Sakura RS Indriati Solo Baru. Sebagian besar anak yang dirawat mengalami kecemasan tingkat sedang dan berat. Dalam kasus ini terdapat 5 pasien anak yang mendapatkan intervensi terapi bermain origami untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Gangguan infeksi saluran pernapasan dapat mempengaruhi dan juga mengganggu terpenuhinya kebutuhan oksigenasi yang diperlukan anak dan bayi. Pemberian intervensi independent yang dapat diberikan perawat yaitu pemberian posisi lateral pada anak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian posisi lateral kanan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan oksigenasi pada anak. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Studi Kasus dengan sampel sebanyak 5 sampel di Bangsal anak RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Kota Surakarta dengan indikasi adanya gangguan kebutuhan oksigenasi. 5 sampel dilakukan penerapan jurnal dengan diberikan posisi lateral kanan selama 30 menit dan dilakukan pemeriksaan tanda-tanda vital berupa pemeriksaan saturasi oksigen dalam darah dan juga laju pernapasan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi pemberian posisi lateral kanan. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata saturasi oksigen dalam darah dan adanya penurunan laju pernapasan sesudah dilakukan intervensi pemberian posisi lateral kanan. Gejala utama pada gagal jantung adalah sesak napas dan nyeri dada. Pasien gagal jantung dengan dyspnea akan mengalami desaturasi oksigen yang dapat menyebabkan hipoksia. Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh posisi semi fowler terhadap tingkat saturasi oksigen pada pasien gagal jantung bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas posisi semi fowler terhadap tingkat saturasi oksigen pada pasien gagal jantung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah kajian pustaka atau literature review. Strategi peneliti dalam melakukan pencarian sumber data berdasarkan PICO (Patient atau population, Intervention, Comparation, Outcomes). Hasil pencarian artikel dari database Crossref dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “oxygen saturation” and “semi fowler” or “Fowler” and “heart failure” and “emergency” dan rentang tahun 2018 hingga 2022, didapatkan 3 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil sintesis artikel didapatkan bahwa pemberian posisi semi fowler dengan kepala tempat tidur ditinggikan 45° hingga 60° dapat meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dan mencegah hipoksia pada pasien dengan gagal jantung. Pengaturan posisi semi fowler dapat membantu mengatasi masalah kesulitan bernapas dan mempertahankan kenyamanan serta dapat memfasilitasi fungsi pernapasan pasien. Posisi semi fowler dapat diterapkan pada SOP penatalaksanaan pasien gagal jantung sebagai tindakan mandiri berdasarkan evidence based nursing perawat di rumah sakit karena dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dan mencegah terjadinya hipoksia.
