Dengan permainan anak akan terlepas dari ketegangan dan stres yang dialaminya, karena dengan melakukan permainan anak akan dapat mengalihkan rasa sakitnya pada permainan (distraksi) dan relaksasi melalui hobi mereka melakukan permainan. Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain origami dengan penurunan kecemasan pada anak usia prasekolah saat dirawat di ruang anak Rs Indriati Solo Baru. Terdapat beberapa kasus anak yang menjalani hospitalisasi di bangsal Sakura RS Indriati Solo Baru. Sebagian besar anak yang dirawat mengalami kecemasan tingkat sedang dan berat. Dalam kasus ini terdapat 5 pasien anak yang mendapatkan intervensi terapi bermain origami untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Salah satu manifestasi sindrom uremik adalah kulit kering (xerosis). Xerosis terjadi karena akumulasi racun uremik di kulit pasien. Akumulasi racun uremik di kulit menyebabkan atrofi kelenjar sebaceous, gangguan fungsi sekresi eksternal, dan gangguan hidrasi stratum korneum dengan berkurangnya kelembaban karena hilangnya lipid dan faktor pelembab alami di lapisan korneum yang mengakibatkan kulit kering. Kondisi yang sedang berlangsung akan menyebabkan permukaan kulit retak yang mengakibatkan iritasi dan peradangan. Xerosis adalah gejala yang sering muncul pada pasien dengan terapi dialisis yang terjadi antara 50-100% pada ekstremitas bawah dan lengan bawah. Tujuan: untuk menentukan efek Virgin Coconut Oil pada xerosis kulit pada pasien yang menjalani perawatan hemodialisis. Metode: jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 5 artikel penelitian yang direview, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan ultrasound-guided block saraf femoral dan parenteral opioid, penggunaan ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca block, penggunaan intranasal ketamin dan intranasal fentanyl, penggunaan ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane block, dan penggunaan ultrasound-guided block hematoma dan prosedural sedasi analgesi dapat menjadi manajemen farmakologis nyeri pada pasien dengan fraktur di IGD. Peran perawat sebagai edukator diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi terhadap klien tentang apa saja manajemen nyeri pada pasien fraktur beserta kekurangan dan kelebihannya. Untuk menurunkan dampak kecemasan akibat hospitalisasi yang dialami oleh anak diperlukan media yang dapat mengungkapkan rasa cemas salah satunya yaitu terapi bermain. Terapi bermain merupakan kegiatan yang dapat membantu anak untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan sehingga mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Tujuan : mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain mewarnai terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada anak akibat hospitalisasi. Metode : Studi ini merupakan case study yang dilakukan kepada 5 anak berusia 3-5 tahun yang mengalami kecemasan saat menjalani proses perawatan dirumah sakit seperti menangis dan takut kepada petugas kesehatan. Sebelum dan sesudah intervensi kecemasan pada pasien diukur menggunakan Faces Anxiety Scale. Intervensi dilakukan dengan durasi selama 30 menit dalam 2 hari berturut-turut. Kesimpulan : Terapi bermain mewarnai dapat mengurangi kecemasan anak usia prasekolah akibat hospitalisasi karena dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motoric halus dan anak bebas berekspresi sehingga menurunkan perasaan takut. Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh posisi semi fowler terhadap tingkat saturasi oksigen pada pasien gagal jantung bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas posisi semi fowler terhadap tingkat saturasi oksigen pada pasien gagal jantung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah kajian pustaka atau literature review. Strategi peneliti dalam melakukan pencarian sumber data berdasarkan PICO (Patient atau population, Intervention, Comparation, Outcomes). Hasil pencarian artikel dari database Crossref dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “oxygen saturation” and “semi fowler” or “Fowler” and “heart failure” and “emergency” dan rentang tahun 2018 hingga 2022, didapatkan 3 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil sintesis artikel didapatkan bahwa pemberian posisi semi fowler dengan kepala tempat tidur ditinggikan 45° hingga 60° dapat meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dan mencegah hipoksia pada pasien dengan gagal jantung. Pengaturan posisi semi fowler dapat membantu mengatasi masalah kesulitan bernapas dan mempertahankan kenyamanan serta dapat memfasilitasi fungsi pernapasan pasien. Posisi semi fowler dapat diterapkan pada SOP penatalaksanaan pasien gagal jantung sebagai tindakan mandiri berdasarkan evidence based nursing perawat di rumah sakit karena dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dan mencegah terjadinya hipoksia. Dalam merawat anak penyandang autis, orangtua akan mendapatkan beban dan imbasnya dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah. Orangtua membutuhkan dukungan sosial dalam merawat anak penyandang autis, Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dukunga sosial pada ornagtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deksriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitia adalah orangtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 66 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Dukungan sosial orangtua diukur menggunakan instrumen dukungan sosial yang dikembangkan berdasarkan Teori Sarafino dan Smith. Dukungan sosial dikategorikan sebagai kategori rendah jika jika skor<mean (56,758), dan tinggi jika skor>mean (56,758). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 35 orang (53%) responden memiliki kategori dukungan sosial tinggi, dan 31 orang (47%) responden memiliki dukungan sosial rendah. Dimensi dukungan instrumental merupakan domain dengan skor tertinggi yang dimiliki oleh orangtua, sementara dukungan emosional merupakan domain dengan skor terendah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi perawat untuk memberikan dukungan bagi orangtua yang dapat berbentuk konseling untuk meningkatkan dukungan emosional bagi orangtua yang memiliki anak penyandang autis.
