Sebelum dan sesudah intervensi kecemasan pada pasien diukur menggunakan Faces Anxiety Scale. Intervensi dilakukan dengan durasi selama 30 menit dalam 2 hari berturut-turut. Di dalam tubuh pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis, masih terjadi penumpukan zat-zat sisa metabolisme berupa toksin uremik yang akan menyebabkan sindrom uremia. Salah satu manifestasi sindrom uremik adalah kulit kering (xerosis). Xerosis terjadi karena akumulasi racun uremik di kulit pasien. Hasil pencarian artikel dari database Crossref dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “oxygen saturation” and “semi fowler” or “Fowler” and “heart failure” and “emergency” dan rentang tahun 2018 hingga 2022, didapatkan 3 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil sintesis artikel didapatkan bahwa pemberian posisi semi fowler dengan kepala tempat tidur ditinggikan 45° hingga 60° dapat meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dan mencegah hipoksia pada pasien dengan gagal jantung. Pengaturan posisi semi fowler dapat membantu mengatasi masalah kesulitan bernapas dan mempertahankan kenyamanan serta dapat memfasilitasi fungsi pernapasan pasien. Sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi, kecemasan pasien anak diukur terlebih dahulu menggunakan Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Kesimpulan studi ini brain gym dapat mengurangi kecemasan hospitalisasi pada anak usia pra sekolah. Gerakan brain gym akan mengaktifkan saraf neokorteks dan parasimpatis sehingga dapat mengurangi ketegangan fisik dan psikologi. Hal tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh faktor terkait penyakit (misalnya demam, nyeri, ketidaknyamanan, komorbiditas, obat-obatan). Terapi musik dijadikan terapi alternatif untuk mengatasi gangguan tidur karena dapat mengurangi plasma kortisol dan menumbulkan efek relaksasi. Metode : case study dengan pre dan post intervensi. Sampel dalam case study ini sebanyak 5 pasien anak usia 1 – 6 tahun yang dirawat dengan keluhan demam dan sulit tidur. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu musik pengantar tidur yang disukai oleh pasien, dan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terapi musik yang diberikan pada anak yang dirawat dengan keluhan demam mampu mengurangi tingkat gangguan tidur yang di alami dengan hasil nilai P-Value 0.001 Kesimpulan : terapi menggunakan musik dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada anak dengan demam yang menjalani proses perawatan di rumah sakit. Anak rentan mengalami kegelisahan dan kecemasan jika berpisah dengan orang tua dan anak merasa cemas akan setiap tindakan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan terhadap dirinya. Perlakuan yang bisa dilakukan, salah satunya dengan terapi bermain. Dalam kondisi sakit atau anak dirawat di rumah sakit, aktivitas bermain ini tetap dilaksanakan namun harus sesuai dengan kondisi anak. Dengan permainan anak akan terlepas dari ketegangan dan stres yang dialaminya, karena dengan melakukan permainan anak akan dapat mengalihkan rasa sakitnya pada permainan (distraksi) dan relaksasi melalui hobi mereka melakukan permainan. Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain origami dengan penurunan kecemasan pada anak usia prasekolah saat dirawat di ruang anak Rs Indriati Solo Baru. Terdapat beberapa kasus anak yang menjalani hospitalisasi di bangsal Sakura RS Indriati Solo Baru. Sebagian besar anak yang dirawat mengalami kecemasan tingkat sedang dan berat. Dalam kasus ini terdapat 5 pasien anak yang mendapatkan intervensi terapi bermain origami untuk menurunkan kecemasan.
