<text>Globally WHO reports more than 1.5 million adolescents and young adults aged 10–24 die nearly 5,000
every day. Half of all causes of death caused by physical and mental health disorders are reported to occur
since they were 14 years old. Comprehensive sexual education (CSE) plays a central role in preparing young
people for a safe life. The purpose of this study is to provide a reproductive health education program to
increase knowledge about good and correct reproductive health for SMAIT Al Hidayah Mancak students.
This study is a type of intervention research with experimental quasy design. The location used for this
research is at Al-Hidayah IT High School in Winong village, Mancak District, Serang Regency-Banten
2023. This study was conducted in March or April 2023. The research sample was 80 students. The bivariate
analysis used in this study was the Chi-Square test. Based on the chi square test obtained results (OR 3.32;
95%CI: 1.19 – 9.24; p value: 0.029) There was a statistically significant difference in students' knowledge
before and after counseling. The odds ratio (OR) value is 3.32 this result can be interpreted that the provision
of health counseling can increase students' knowledge about adolescent reproductive health up to 3 times.</text>

After Cesarean Section (ERACS) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the secio
operation method on the time of early mobilization start. This research design was of observational
resrospective monitoring for 3 years. The location used for this research is in BPM Hj. Nurjanah ST and
BPM Nurkholilah STr.Keb Pematang Village, Pematang District, Serang Regency. This research was
conducted in May 2023. The samples used in this study used a total sampling of 43 samples. The analysis
used is by linear regression test. The conventional secio group (Non ERACS) the average time needed for
mobilization was 6.5 hours while in the ERACS secio group the average mobilization time was 2 hours
faster which was 4 hours. The results of linear regression analysis obtained p values of 0.003 < 0.05 which
means that the ERACS cesarean cesarean method can accelerate mobilization time in patients and is
statistically significant.</text>

<text>The lowering of the bottom part of the fetus is very important in assessing the progress of labor. Even so, it
cannot be certain that the fetus enters the upper door of the pelvis (PAP) on time. In pregnancy where the
fetal head is slow to enter the PAP, it is very likely that there will be long partus, overdue pregnancy and
breech conditions or buttocks presentation that can harm the mother and fetus. One effort to try to reduce
the fetal head is the knee-chest position or chest-knee position. The purpose of this study was to analyze the
effectiveness of knee chest position (KCP) gymnastics against the lowering of the fetal head to enter the
upper door of the pelvis (PAP). This research is an experimental quasy. In this study, the sample was divided
into 2 groups, namely intervention as many as 15 people and control group 15 people. The sampling
technique is purposive sampling Bivariate analysis used in this study is to determine whether there is a
relationship between the two groups, namely with the independent t test. Based on the results of the
independent t test, it was found that there was an effect of knee chest gymnastics on the decrease in fetal
head to enter PAP and was statistically significant because the p value was 0.020 < 0.05.</text>

While in Indonesia in 2018 the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women was 48.9% (Ministry of

prevalence of 37.1%, while the chance of anemia incidence (prevalence) in pregnant women in the
Serang Regency area is 72.5% with an average Hb level of 9.7 gr/dL (Wu, 2020) (Mardhiati, 2022)
When a woman is pregnant, the woman's body will form more red blood cells that aim to meet the
needs of oxygen and also as a transport of nutrients to the fetus. To produce red blood cells, many
components are needed, one of which is iron (Fe). Iron (Fe) in the human body is useful for the
formation of hemoglobin which is in charge of carrying oxygen to red blood cells, therefore iron
intake for pregnant women is important to note because there is an increase in the need for iron
(Fe) during pregnancy (PURANTIRA, 2023)
Iron is needed to help the body produce fresh red blood cells that are rich in oxygen and nutrients.
Blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients are very important to support the process of fetal growth and
development and maintain optimal placental conditions. Iron deficiency anemia is the lack of
eating iron-rich foods, such as animal protein from before and during pregnancy. This anemia
condition will cause various negative effects such as babies born prematurely (babies born
prematurely), low birth weight (low birth weight), even fatal ones can cause maternal and infant
death (Tiyasasih, 2023). Anemia has a negative impact even in all cycles of pregnancy to childbirth
including: anemia during pregnancy can increase the risk of postpartum depression, anemia during</text>

one of which is pain experienced during the first menstruation. One of the factors that affect early menarche
is nutritional status because it can trigger the formation of hormones that cause secondary sexual
development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional status reflected
in the comparison of body weight and age with the incidence of early menarche. This study is a type of
observational study with a case-control type design. The location used for this research is at SDN Suradita
(Suradita elementary school) in June 2023. The sample was based on the ideal proportion of cases and
controls, which was 1:1 with 20 female students who had early menarche and 20 female students who had
not menarche. The bivariate analysis used is the Chi-Square test. The results of the chi-square analysis
resulted in an odds ratio value (OR: 4.3; 95% Confident Interval 1.15 – 16.32; p value 0.028) it can be
concluded that a child suffering from obesity is more at risk of early menarche up to 4 times than adolescents
who have ideal body weight and are statistically significant</text>

prevalence of about 82% when bleeding occurs. Information on how influential maternal characteristics are
to the incidence of DIC in postpartum mothers will be very useful in detecting and performing care,
however. Indonesian researchers are still lacking in conducting studies on the impact and influence of
maternal characteristics with the incidence of DIC on postpartum mothers. The purpose of this meta-analysis
was to find out what factors influence the incidence of DIC in postpartum mothers. Primary data is obtained
by searching several indexing including: PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science, Springer Link and
Cochrane Database. By using the search keywords "factor associated AND DIC", "characteristic AND
DIC", " post partum AND DIC AND adjusted odds ratio", and "factors AND DIC AND adjusted odds ratio"
. Inclusion criteria, including: Full paper article with observational study design from 2018-2023. Covid-19
infection and DIC gave Odds Ratio results (OR 2.32; 95% CI: 1.67 – 3.22; p value < 0.001). Hypertension
and DIC Odds Ratio (OR 2.17; 95% CI: 0.84 – 5.58; p value < 0.11). and eclampsia and DIC give an Odds

<text>In recent years, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a central and popular issue in
the health sector. CSR in health development is a commitment from the business world to continue
to contribute to health together with health workers and the community to improve the quality of
life and overcome the health problems of employees and the community (Wahidahwati, 2023)
Corporate social responsibility is not only an economic activity, but also a social and environmental
responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that has existed and developed
in society and companies. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a program that implements a
company's social responsibility to the wider community. CSR is the company's commitment to
build a better quality of life together with related parties, especially the surrounding community
and the social environment where the company is located, and which is carried out in an integrated
manner with its business activities in a sustainable manner. One of the CSR activities carried out
by the chemical company Chandra Asri in the Cilegon area in collaboration with the Anyar Health
Center is by holding a Nutrition Post. (Melani, 2017)(Sulasti, 2020)</text>
