Fatigue dialami karena lama berbaring di tempat tidur sewaktu menjalani hemodialisis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan range of motion (ROM) terhadap tingkat fatigue pada pasien hemodialisis. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 2 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 di unit Hemodialisa PMI Surakarta. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh latihan range of motion (ROM) terhadap tingkat fatigue pada pasien hemodialysis. Setelah dilakukan terapi ROM dalam waktu 20 menit selama 2 kali dalam 1 minggu dan dilaksanakan sewaktu sesi hemodialisa didapatkan data pada latihan pertama menunjukkan skor FAS masih dalam kategori berat dan setelah dilakukan terapi yang kedua menunjukkan skor FAS dalam kategori ringan pada kedua responden. Kesimpulan: Menurut hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian terapi range of motion yang dilakukan dalam dua kali pertemuan dalam satu minggu berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kelelahan pasien hemodialisa di PMI Kota Surakarta. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik dapat meningkatkan resiko penderita hipertensi karena meningkatkan resiko obesitas. Orang yang tidak aktif cenderung memiliki frekuensi denyut jantung yang lebih tinggi sehingga pada saat berkontraksi jantung akan bekerja lebih keras. Demikian juga pada denyut nadi seseorang akan terus meningkat apabila suhu tubuh meningkat. Saat berolahraga secara otomatis suhu tubuh akan meningkat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara tingkat keteraturan berolahraga terhadap nilai tekanan darah dan nadi pada Pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Purwosari Surakarta. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei analitik. Teknik pengambilan subyek menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 63 orang. Tingkat keteraturan berolahraga diperoleh dari kuesioner yang ditanyakan langsung pada subyek. Tekanan darah dan nadi diperoleh dari pengukuran langsung dengan sphygmomanometer. Uji hubungan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian: Responden sebanyak 36 orang (57,1%) kurang teratur berolahraga. Responden dengan hipertensi derajat 1 sebanyak 26 orang (41,3%). Responden dengan denyut nadi normal sebanyak 56 orang (88,8%). Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat keteraturan berolahraga dengan tekanan darah (p value=0,161) dan denyut nadi (p value=0,563) pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Purwosari Surakarta. Kesimpulan: Dapat ditarik kesimpulan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat keteraturan berolahraga dengan tekanan darah dan denyut nadi pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Purwosari Surakarta. MetodePenelitian : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen semu. Jenis desain yang digunakan adalah kelompok pra perlakuan dan kelompok pasca perlakuan tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien gagal jantung di unit rawat jalan penyakit jantung RS UNS sebanyak 68 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Self Care Heart Failure Index (SCHFI). Hasil penelitian : menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien gagal jantung adalah laki-laki, termasuk dalam kategori NYHA II, dan berusia di atas 65 tahun. Dari hasil uji analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 57,68 dan nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 78,35 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Kesimpulan : Penderita gagal jantung terbanyak di RS UNS adalah pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki yang berusia >65 tahun, memiliki tingkat pendidikan jenjang SMA/SMK, mayoritas kelas NYHA II, dirawat oleh keluarganya, dan pernah mendapatkan edukasi mengenai perawatan mandiri. Hemodialisa merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi penurunan fungsi ginjal dengan menggunakan membran dialisis dengan teknologi dialisis atau filtrasi, sehingga mengatur cairan yang disebabkan oleh penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus. Pasien gagal ginjal yang menjalani hemodialisa akan mengalami kelelahan karena harus rutin menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Kelelahan dapat diatasi dengan terapi non farmakologi seperti melakukan foot massage atau pijat kaki. Tujuan: Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Foot Massage Terhadap Kelelahan Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisis. Metode: Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pre-post design Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perubahan skor VASFF yang signifikan pada kedua pasien. Sebelum dilakukan foot massage skor VASFF pada sampel termasuk dalam kategori kelelahan berat. Namun setelah dilakukan foot massage 2 kali dalam 1 minggu selama 20 menit skor VASFF pada sampel termasuk kategori kelelahan ringan. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah diulas, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Tindakan foot massage atau pijat kaki yang dilakukan selama dua pertemuan sangat berpengaruh untuk menurunkan rasa kelelahan pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa di PMI Kota Surakarta. Salah satu cara mudah untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada pasien adalah dengan menggunakan terapi musik. Tujuan : Tujuan Laporan kasus ini adalah untuk menunjukkan pengaruh keberhasilan terapi musik dalam mengurangi kecemasan pada pasien di ICU. Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang: Pasien kritis adalah pasien yang secara fisiologis tidak stabil, dan berisiko mengalami perburukan, salah satunya adalah hipoksemia. Hal ini dapat dipantau melalui nilai saturasi oksigen. Nilai saturasi oksigen yang rendah pada pasien sakit kritis akan meningkatkan risiko pasien tersebut mengalami hipoksemia. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai saturasi oksigen adalah dengan memposisikan pasien dalam posisi semi fowler. Tujuan: Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh posisi semi- Fowler terhadap saturasi oksigen. Metode: Penerapan evidence based nursing pada 10 responden yang kemudian diberikan posisi semi fowler selama ± 30 menit dan diamati saturasi oksigennya. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan jumlah 7 responden. Usia rata-rata berkisar antara 60 hingga 69 tahun, rata-rata saturasi oksigen sebelum dan sesudah intervensi adalah 93,50 dan 97,50. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan nilai saturasi oksigen yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi posisi semi fowler (p-value = < 0,003). Metode: Intervensi foot massage diberikan pada dua pasien dan dilakukan selama dua hari dan diberikan perlakuan masing-masing selama 20 menit, tekanan darah dicatat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi foot massage dilaporkan dalam bentuk case report. Studi ini dilakukan di ruang ICU. Hasil: Terdapat perubahan pada tekanan darah setelah dilakukan intervensi foot massage dan pasien melaporkan merasa lebih rileks meskipun bukan merupakan indikator yang diobservasi.
