Kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu tanggap di IGD akan meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup dan meminimalkan terjadinya komplikasi. Akan tetapi, tindakan yang dilakukan harus sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui penanganan dan waktu tanggap perawat terhadap pasien gawat darurat jantung. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan observasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah perawat IGD yang melakukan penanganan terhadap pasien gawat darurat jantung. Didapatkan jumlah sampel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi pada April 2021 sebanyak 12 kasus meliputi 5 kasus sindrom koroner akut (SKA) dan 7 kasus gagal jantung. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas kecepatan waktu tanggap dalam kategori cepat (181-300 detik) adalah 9 kasus (75%). Mayoritas ketepatan waktu tanggap dalam kategori tepat (≤ 5 menit) berjumlah 9 kasus (75%). Penanganan pasien SKA dengan STEMI dalam kategori dalam kategori cukup (25%) dan SKA dengan NSTEMI dalam kategori baik (16,7%). Sedangkan penanganan pasien gagal jantung dalam kategori kurang (41,7%) dan kategori cukup (16,7%). Kesimpulan waktu tanggap pada pasien gawat darurat jantung dalam kategori cepat dan tepat. Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan beban kerja pada perawat ruang isolasi sebagian besar mengalami beban kerja rendah dengan persentase 36,6% dari 41 perawat, tingkat stress pada perawat ruang isolasi sebagian besar mengalami tingkat strees tinggi dengan persentase 34,1%, berkaitan beban kerja dengan stress menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan, hasilnya beban kerja yang tinggi disertai tingkat stress tinggi, sehingga ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stress perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19 RSUD Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menunjukan nilai Rho sebesar 0,638 dengan probabilitas 0,001. Nilai probabilitas menunjukan hipotesis diterima bahwa ada hubungan signifikan beban kerja perawat dengan stress kerja pada perawat ruang isolasi di RSUD Kota Salatiga. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data karakteristik responden mayoritas adalah usia antara 51 - 60 tahun (41.5%), jenis kelamin perempuan (64.9%), lama terdiagnosa diabetes 1-10 tahun (83%), berpendidikan Sekolah Dasar (25.5%), bekerja petani dan buruh (51.1%), (92.6%) pernah memperoleh informasi tentang manajemen perawatan diabetes, dan (57.4%) pendapatan di bawah UMK. Mayoritas penyandang diabetes memiliki persepsi sakit negatif (51.1%). Kesimpulan penelitian mayoritas penyandang diabetes tipe 2 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo memiliki persepsi sakit yang negatif. Setelah dilakukan proses pencarian ditemukan 7 artikel jurnal (5 artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan 2 artikel berbahasa Inggris) yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa konflik antara perawat dan dokter dapat terjadi karena kekeliruan dalam komunikasi dan penafsiran instruksi sehingga terjadinya perbedaan pendapat yang memberikan implikasi kepada bertambah stresnya perawat. Konflik antar perawat dapat terjadi ketika berselisih pendapat, sehingga hal tersebut dapat berdampak buruk dan menurunnya dukungan sosial yang bermuara kepada meningkatnya stres kerja perawat. Konflik antara perawat dan pasien dapat terjadi komplain dan tuntutan dari pasien atau keluarga pasien terhadap pelayanan perawat. Salah satu tindakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil ialah melalui edukasi. Booklet dan leaflet merupakan media edukasi yang lumrah digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara booklet dan leaflet terhadap tingkat pengetahuan manajemen kesehatan ibu hamil di masa pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Sarwodadi, Kabupaten Pemalang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non-Probability Sampling. Seluruh sampel diberikan kuesioner tentang manajemen kehamilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan efektivitas antara booklet dan leaflet dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen kehamilan. Hasil nilai p-value 0,768 > 0,05 memiliki arti bahwa Ho diterima Ha ditolak, sehingga kesimpulannya ialah: tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan sampel setelah diberikan booklet dan setelah diberikan leaflet tentang manajemen kehamilan. Nilai mean pada booklet dan leaflet, yaitu: 17,52; memiliki arti bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai manajemen kehamilan melalui booklet maupun leaflet. Maka, booklet dan leaflet sama efektifnya sebagai media edukasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil selama masa pandemi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan ibu hamil dapat menjaga kesehatannya serta mempelajari manajemen kehamilan melalui media edukasi seperti booklet atau leaflet. Hasil: mayoritas kualitas hidup pasien rawat jalan di Poli jantung Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret adalah baik dan Sebagian kecilnya adalah buruk. Kualitas hidup di pengaruhi beberapa faktor dari usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, menikah, riwayat operasi, spiritual. Kesimpulan Sebagian kualitas hidup di Poli Jantung Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret adalah baik.
