Pelaksanaan PHBS terutama di tatanan rumah tangga tidak lepas dari pengaruh serta peran anggota keluarga di rumah terutama kepala keluarga yang bertugas sebagai pemimpin dalam rumah tangga. Sikap seorang kepala keluarga dapat mempengaruhi anggota keluarga lainnya dalam melaksanakan PHBS di rumah, karena anggota keluarga yang lain akan mengikuti aturan atau kebijakan yang telah dibuat oleh kepala keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap kepala keluarga terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS di rumah. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif korelasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga sebanyak 69 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Analisis data yaitu menggunakan uji Spearman rank dengan taraf signifikasi (α = 0,05) kemudian didapatkan hasil P value 0,001 (p < 0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap kepala keluarga terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS di rumah. Saran untuk masyarakat terutama kepala keluarga untuk lebih berperan aktif dalam menyikapi pelaksanaan PHBS di rumah serta anggota keluarga yang lain juga ikut berperan agar pelaksanaan PHBS di rumah dapat lebih maksimal. Jumlah penderita diabetes mellitus di Wilayah Solo Raya mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 75.185 orang di tahun 2018 dan sebanyak 139.201 orang di tahun 2019. Banyaknya jumlah kasus diabetes mellitus yang terjadi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik maka dapat menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai komplikasi, salah satunya adalah ulkus kaki diabetik. Deteksi dini ulkus kaki merupakan salah satu upaya penting yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko ulkus kaki dan menilai kelainan kaki penderita diabetes mellitus lebih awal, sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan awal untuk menyelamatkan ekstremitas bawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran risiko ulkus kaki pada penderita diabetes mellitus di Wilayah Solo Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian yaitu deskriptif survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita diabetes mellitus di Wilayah Solo Raya berjumlah 139.201. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan analisa data dengan distribusi frekuensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa karakteristik penderita diabetes mellitus di Wilayah Solo Raya sebagian besar berumur 41-60 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berpendidikan SMA/Sederajat, pekerjaan sebagai ibu rumah tangga, mayoritas diabetes mellitus tipe 2, lama menderita diabetes mellitus sebagian besar >5 tahun, tinggal di Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan tingkat risiko ulkus kaki sebagian besar mengalami risiko tinggi terjadi ulkus kaki yaitu sebesar 51%. Salah satu terapi yang diberikan salah satunya adalah hemodialisa. Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang berfungsi mengeluarkan sisa metabolisme atau racun tertentu dari peredaran darah. Efek samping pada pasien hemodialisa salah satunya adalah terjadi restless legs syndrome. Restless Legs Syndrome ialah kelainan saraf umum, yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi mutu kehidupan, tidur, dan kesehatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik responden yang mengalami gejala restless legs syndrome. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan metode wawancara kepada 42 responden yang menjalani hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit UNS. Penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di bulan Desember 2020. Hasil: Hasil data menunjukkan 42 responden yang menjalani hemodialisa kebanyakan penderitanya adalah wanita 53,7% dengan rentan usia yang mengalami RLS pada usia 44 – 68 tahun. Latar belakang yang paling banyak adala SMA 34,1%. Responden yang manjalani Hemodialisa banyak yang sudah tidak bekerja dikarenakan penyakit ginjal yang diderita. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana tingkat stress dan kecemasan di Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 96. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan consecutive-sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Depression Anxiety Stress Scale untuk mengukur stress dan Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale untuk mengukur kecemasan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan sekitar 72,9% responden tidak mengalami stress dan 27,1% mengalami stress ringan. Terkait kecemasan bahwa 88,5% responden mengalami kecemasan ringan dan hanya 11,5% mengalami kecemasan sedang. Interaksi pengalaman dengan tenaga kesehatan, lamanya timbul penyakit merupakan sistem pendukung untuk kondisi mereka saat ini. WHO memaparkan kasus kanker serviks merupakan jenis kanker kedua paling banyak terjadi di Indonesia sebanyak 32.469 kasus atau 9,3% dari total kasus. Strategi utama untuk menurunkan kematian akibat kanker serviks adalah dengan melakukan deteksi dini, salah satunya yaitu dengan metode IVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam Asesat). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku deteksi dini kanker serviks pada masa covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre eksperiment design one-group pretest - posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang sudah menikah dan berusia ≤ 55 tahun dengan jumlah sebanyak 30 responden dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah booklet dan kuisioner. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berusia 20-35 tahun, status pendidikan SD dan SMP serta paritas multipara. Terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan terhadap pengetahuan (p- value 0,000), sikap (p-value 0,000) dan perilaku (p-value 0,001). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku deteksi dini kanker serviks. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut , bidan disarankan dapat melakukan upaya promosi kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku deteksi dini kanker serviks. Tujuan. Memperoleh gambaran tentang pengalaman petugas kesehatan dalam menerapkan strategi pelayanan imunisasi saat pandemi covid-19 di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sragen. Metode. Tema yang teridentifikasi adalah 8 tema yaitu perasaan tenaga kesehatan pada awal pandemi covid-19, pendapat tenaga kesehatan tentang layanan imunisasi, cara mengejar ketertinggalan vaksin anak, langkah yang diterapkan dalam mengendalikan infeksi saat layanan imunisasi, cara menjalankan protokol kesehatan, penerapan protokol kesehatan yang sudah terlaksana, kesulitan yang dirasakan saat menerapkan protokol kesehatan, pendapat tenaga kesehatan tentang protokol saat ini. There is significant increase in the number of mental disorders patient including emotional health problems. One of the triggers for recurrence of people with mental disorders is anxiety. Role of family members of mental disorders patients in preventing recurrences is very important. The aim of this study is to find out the differences in the levels of knowledge of the family members between before and after being given Psychoeducation about handling anxiety in family members that have mental disorders. Methods: Quantitative descriptive with a comparative approach. Respondents were 30 families of mental disorders patients, using the Quota Sampling technique, with the sample criteria are family members that have productive age (15-64 years old) and have cared for 1 year or more of mental disorder patient. Use questionnaire research instrument about anxiety and its handling. Results: There are differences in level of family knowledge before and after psychoeducation about anxiety experienced by families who experience mental disorders that treated at home (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: Family knowledge after psychoeducation about handling anxiety has increased. Most of the patient's families are familiar with several aspects of caring for family members who have mental disorder and experience anxiety.
