Masa isolasi tambahan 10-14 hari setelah pasien pulang dan penggunaan insulin/sulfonylurea sebagai obat pulang berisiko terhadap kejadian hipoglikemia.Tujuan: Menyajikan laporan kasus hipoglikemia pasca rawat inap dan mengetahui profil pasien-pasien covid dengan DM yang dapat menjadi faktor risiko hipoglikemia guna meningkatkan kewaspadaan/awareness.Metode: Data sekunder pasien covid dengan DM yang dirawat inap di bangsal isolasi covid RSIY PDHI diambil melalui rekam medis dalam kurun waktu Desember 2020-Maret 2021.Hasil: Pasien covid dengan DM merupakan 28.9% dari total seluruh pasien covid. Pasien tersebut dominan jatuh ke derajat sakit berat (64.6%), dengan angka kematian 16.1%. Pasca perawatan, 41,9% pasien mendapatkan obat pulang didominasi insulin kerja panjang/detemir dikombinasi dengan insulin kerja cepat/aspart dengan dosis rata-rata 15u setiap kali suntik, selain itu, sebanyak 59% pasien tidak kontrol kembali ke poli penyakit dalam sesuai anjuran setelah selesai menjalani isolasi mandiri tambahan. Risiko hipoglikemia tinggi pada pasien-pasien tersebut seperti dibuktikan dengan satu kasus kejadian hipoglikemia berat. Seorang pasien dengan pneumonia covid berat dan DM yang dilakukan monitoring ketat gula darah sewaktu di rumah sakit pulang dengan edukasi berfokus ke covid-19. Pasien mendapatkan terapi pulang insulin dosis tinggi dan dianjurkan melanjutkan isolasi mandiri di rumah, tetapi terdapat kejadian hipoglikemia berat saat pasien melanjutkan isolasi mandiri dengan GDS mencapai 25mg/dl. Kesimpulan dan saran: Adanya masa isolasi tambahan, penggunaan insulin/sulfonylurea, dan tidak kontrolnya pasien rentan mengakibatkan hipoglikemia pada pasien covid dengan DM saat pulang. Edukasi kepada pasien/keluarga terkait penggunaan insulin, tanda kegawatan, monitoring kadar gula darah, dan modifikasi dosis pulang yang diwujudkan melalui discharge planning yang baik serta layanan telemedicine harapannya dapat berkontribusi untuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Salah satu terapi yang diberikan salah satunya adalah hemodialisa. Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang berfungsi mengeluarkan sisa metabolisme atau racun tertentu dari peredaran darah. Efek samping pada pasien hemodialisa salah satunya adalah terjadi restless legs syndrome. Restless Legs Syndrome ialah kelainan saraf umum, yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi mutu kehidupan, tidur, dan kesehatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik responden yang mengalami gejala restless legs syndrome. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan metode wawancara kepada 42 responden yang menjalani hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit UNS. Penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di bulan Desember 2020. Hasil: Hasil data menunjukkan 42 responden yang menjalani hemodialisa kebanyakan penderitanya adalah wanita 53,7% dengan rentan usia yang mengalami RLS pada usia 44 – 68 tahun. Latar belakang yang paling banyak adala SMA 34,1%. Responden yang manjalani Hemodialisa banyak yang sudah tidak bekerja dikarenakan penyakit ginjal yang diderita. Kesimpulannya ada 20 responden yang mengalami gejala RLS ringan dan 5 responden dengan gejala sedang dan memiliki penyakit penyerta hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus dengan lama menjalani hemodiaisa terbanyak adalah 26 responden dalam kurun waktu 1 sampai 3 tahun. Strategi utama untuk menurunkan kematian akibat kanker serviks adalah dengan melakukan deteksi dini, salah satunya yaitu dengan metode IVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam Asesat). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku deteksi dini kanker serviks pada masa covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre eksperiment design one-group pretest - posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang sudah menikah dan berusia ≤ 55 tahun dengan jumlah sebanyak 30 responden dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah booklet dan kuisioner. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berusia 20-35 tahun, status pendidikan SD dan SMP serta paritas multipara. Terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan terhadap pengetahuan (p- value 0,000), sikap (p-value 0,000) dan perilaku (p-value 0,001). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku deteksi dini kanker serviks. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut , bidan disarankan dapat melakukan upaya promosi kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku deteksi dini kanker serviks. There is significant increase in the number of mental disorders patient including emotional health problems. One of the triggers for recurrence of people with mental disorders is anxiety. Role of family members of mental disorders patients in preventing recurrences is very important. The aim of this study is to find out the differences in the levels of knowledge of the family members between before and after being given Psychoeducation about handling anxiety in family members that have mental disorders. Methods: Quantitative descriptive with a comparative approach. Respondents were 30 families of mental disorders patients, using the Quota Sampling technique, with the sample criteria are family members that have productive age (15-64 years old) and have cared for 1 year or more of mental disorder patient. Use questionnaire research instrument about anxiety and its handling. Results: There are differences in level of family knowledge before and after psychoeducation about anxiety experienced by families who experience mental disorders that treated at home (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: Family knowledge after psychoeducation about handling anxiety has increased. Most of the patient's families are familiar with several aspects of caring for family members who have mental disorder and experience anxiety. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan terapi kognitif sebagai manajemen stres secara individu selama pembelajaran dirumah untuk menurunkan tingkat stres. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain pre-posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 siswa SMA sebagai responden. Mereka dibekali dengan pedoman terapi kognitif untuk mengelola stres mereka selama belajar di rumah. Selanjutnya pengumpulan data menggunakan Google form Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ) sebelum dan sesudah terapi kognitif. Selain itu, uji-t digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres yang dialami siswa mengalami penurunan, terutama pada tingkat ringan dan sedang setelah penatalaksanaan diri menggunakan terapi kognitif. Disarankan agar terapi kognitif baik bagi siswa untuk menjaga semangat belajar di rumah. Data dari Dinkes Kabupaten Cilacap terdapat lonjakan tanggal 27 Agustus 2020 terdapat 127 orang dengan rincian status konfirmasi positif 3 orang, status PDP 36 orang, status ODP 88 orang. Menurut pedoman Revisi 4, selama wabah COVID19 yang mengalami demam (≥38°C) atau riwayat demam, terdapat masalah pada pernafasan, riwayat berpergian ke atau dari luar negeri atau kontak dengan pasien terinfeksi virus dan orang tersebut wajib karantina di rumah. Masalah yang dihadapi kepada orang yang memiliki pengalaman karantina menjadi pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan dan dapat menciptakan kecemasan ataupun depresi. Tujuan: Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Kecemasan Pasca Karantina pada Masyarakat Di Cilacap Selatan. Hasil: Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil paling banyak mengalami kecemasan sedang (46.4%).
