children due to chronic lack of nutrition, recurrent infectious diseases, and inadequate psychosocial
stimulation (WHO, 2018). Stunting causes barriers to cognitive development and the risk of metabolic

<text>Overall, it is estimated that 15% of pregnant women experience serious obstetric complications and require
treatment in the maternal emergency department (IGD Maternal) at the community health center
(Puskesmas). However, sometimes in health services, especially in government basic service centers in
Indonesia, there is interaction or delivery of information between health workers and patients or families
that is not good enough to reduce patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the
relationship between the level of patient satisfaction and the quality of maternal emergency department
services. A cross-sectional study design was carried out in April 2023 at the maternal emergency department
at the Community health center, Serang-Banten. The research sample consisted of 33 pregnant women who
attended and had taken care of the maternal emergency department. Satisfaction and service quality were
measured using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Chi-square bivariate analysis
was performed using SPSS. Most of the patients were quite satisfied with the service (51.5%). However,
assessing the quality of service is still lacking (54.5%). Statistical analysis concluded that there is a
significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction (OR: 10.4; 95% CI (2.03 – 53.2); p
value: 0.003). Good service quality will increase patient satisfaction 10 times compared to poor service
quality.</text>

<text>ASIA is a continent with many people who still have and use biomass or solid fuel use (SFU) for cooking
and various household air pollution. Previous research has mentioned the negative effects of household
air pollution on the incidence of acute respiratory infections in children under 5 years. Acute respiratory
diseases have even become the cause of at least 4 million deaths of children under 5 years old every year in
the world. The meta-analysis aimed to estimate the correlation between household air pollution and the
incidence of acute respiratory infections in children under five in ASIA. This study was a meta-analysis.
Primary data is taken through the electronic databases such as: PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science,
Springer Link and Cochrane Database. By using the search keywords "Household air pollution AND acute
respiratory tract infections AND adjusted odds ratio", "indoor air pollution AND acute respiratory tract
infections AND adjusted odds ratio", and "paparan asap rumah tangga DAN ISPA DAN adjusted odds
ratio". Articles taken between 2013-2023. Statistical analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.3. 7
articles qualified for quantitatively analysis. The exposure of household air pollution can increases the risk
of acute respiratory infections 3 times in children under five and statistically significant (OR 3.36; 95% CI:
2.96 – 3.81; p value < 0.001). Exposureto household air pollution is a significant risk factor for the incidence
of acute respiratory infections in children under 5 years.</text>

<text>Tuberculosis (TB) transmission prevention centering on family is an effective strategy to suppress the
emergence of new clusters of pulmonary TB transmission. The commitment of family heads and several
factors are related to this action. This study was conducted to identify, examine, and analyze the
determinants of family commitment in preventing the transmission of pulmonary TB. This study applied a
quantitative cross-sectional approach to 170 family heads of pulmonary TB patients using proportionate
simple random sampling. The family health promotion model (FHPM) was used to analyze family
commitment determinants in preventing TB transmission. Data were collected using a questionnaire. SEM
analysis was utilized to determine the paths and the relationship between family function, perception of the
disease transmission risk, as well as family support, and commitment to action to prevent TB transmission.
This study recorded that 50.6% of respondents were male with an average age of 46.75 ± 46 and an age
range of 36-55 years, 53% had a high school education; 25.9% were self-employed; had an average decent
living need of 1.93 ± 0.85, 75.3% had nuclear family, and 47.1% were from patriarchal family. Model fit
was achieved in the structural equation (Chi-square (χ2) = 173.44; df = 71, RMSEA = 0.072≤ 0.08; GFI =
0.90≥ 0.90; RMR = 0.019≤ 0.05; NFI = 0.98≥ 0.90; CFI = 0.99≥ 0.90; TLI = 0.98≥ 0.95; IFI = 0.99≥ 0.90;
PGFI = 0.59; PNFI = 0,76). All dimensions and item scales are significantly related to their respective latent
constructs. All factors forming the FHPM framework have a significant positive direct effect between latent
variables. Factors from the FHPM framework significantly (family function t = 8.74, perception t = 4.46,
and family support t = 7.37) have an influence on commitment to action to prevent pulmonary TB
transmission. Family function is the most powerful factor explaining commitment to preventive action. This
study reveals the paths and influences of family function, perception, and support on a commitment to
prevent pulmonary TB transmission through structural model analysis.</text>

analyzed using a sample of the contents of the cecum with the method total plate count. Data were analyzed
using the One way ANOVA test. This study showed a dysbiosis condition on K- (BAL 6.85 CFU/mL;

<text>Obesity is an accumulation of fat body condition due to calories and energy imbalance. Obesity often
coexists with low vitamin D status. Low vitamin D status is known to establish abnormality in lipid profile
and increasing weight. This study aims to look at the effect of the dose and duration of Cholecalciferol
supplementation on lipid profiles in male rats induced by high fat high fructose diet. In this study, we
conducted an experiment using a randomized pre and posttest control group design. This study analyzed 3
groups of male Sprague Dawley strain rats that were induced with a high fat high fructose diet to become
diet-induced obesity rats. Each group either receives cholecalciferol in the amount of 2.500 IU/200gr/day
in P1 group, 5.000IU/200gr/day in P2 group, and 10.000 IU/200gr/day in P3 group for 8 weeks. Lipid profile
outcomes analyzed include levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides, High-density lipoprotein (HDL), and
low-density lipoprotein (LDL). Cholecalciferol supplementation resulted in significant differences between
all lipid parameters. Total cholesterol levels are lowest in the P3 group with a mean of 102.09±2.45.
followed by P2 (115.80±3.98) and P1 group (138.33±4.82), and highest in the control group (196.52±4.36).
Triglyceride levels are also lowest in the P3 group with a mean of 76.03±3.81, followed by the P2
(115.80±3.98) and P1 (138.33±4.82) groups, with the highest in the control group (134.46±5.84). HDL
levels are instead highest in the P3 group with a mean of 80.93±8.29, followed by P2 (77.98±10.38) and P1
(66.54±7.25) group, while lowest in the control group (25.45±2.32). LDL levels are lowest on the P3 group
with a mean of 33.71±2.49, followed by P2 (38.72±1.41), and P1 (47.62±2.76) group, while highest in the
control group with a mean of 82.96±1.88. Cholecalciferol supplementation was found to provide a beneficial
effect across all lipid profile outcomes in this study such as total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, and LDL
in high fat high fructose induced male Sprague Dawley rats.</text>

<text>Consumer satisfaction with services can be measured by making comparisons between what is expected by
consumers on the desired quality of a service based on the reality received or felt by consumers.
Pharmaceutical services are supporting services and, at the same time, one of the main centers, providing
more than 90% of health services in hospitals. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the level
of patient satisfaction and expectations and to determine the overall level of visitor satisfaction with the
services of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Pharmacy Installation Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri. Method: This
type of research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted on a set of objects with the aim of knowing
the level of patient satisfaction and expectations of the services of the Muhammadiyah Siti Khodijah Gurah
Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Kediri. The analysis of the collected data is then made in the form of
tabulations and analyzed using the percentage formula. Analysis of satisfaction level scores in this study
used the Likert scale answer format, which allows patients to answer at various levels (1-4) where each
answer is given a weighted value with the following conditions: score 4 if the answer is "very satisfied",
score 3 if the answer is "satisfied", score 2 if the answer is "not satisfied", and score 1 if the answer is "very
dissatisfied". Results: The results of measuring the level of outpatient satisfaction with service quality at the
Pharmacy Installation at Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri Hospital use five dimensions of servqual (service
quality) assessment, among others, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles (physical
facilities), resulting in a negative gap value in each dimension, which means that the quality of service
provided by the Pharmacy Installation at Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri Hospital has not met patient
expectations. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index average for each dimension, namely 74.89%,
are included in the satisfied category. Conclusions: The results of measuring the level of satisfaction of
outpatients with the quality of service at the Pharmacy Installation at Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri Hospital
using five assessment dimensions produce a negative gap value in each dimension, which means that the
quality of service provided is not in accordance with patient expectations and, based on the Customer
Satisfaction Index method, is included in the satisfied category.</text>

between the six right principles implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) to dispense the
drug with the level of patient satisfaction at Cempaka Lounge Dr. H. SoewondoHospital in Kendal. The
research used a descriptive correlational design with cross sectional approach. Samples were taken by using
Total Sampling number of 48 patients. Research tools using questionnaires then the data were analyzed by
univariate and bivariate statistical test obtained chi square p value of 0.000 (p value<0.05). the SPO
dispensing has good value amounted to 47.9%, which has a sufficient level of SPO Dispensing of 45.8%,
and the rate of less Dispensing SPO only 6.3%. While a right level of patient satisfaction of 52.1%, which
have high levels of 41,7%, and the level patient satisfaction of less only 6,3%. Recommendations result of
this research is that nurses always apply SPO properly to improve patient satisfaction.</text>

<text>Malaria represents one of the tropical diseases and a health problem in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT)
Province. Malaria cases are still high in some districts in NTT, including East Sumba, Central Sumba, West
Sumba, and Southwest Sumba. Infants, children, and pregnant women are the high-risk groups to suffer
from malaria. The highest number of cases was recorded in Southwest Sumba district with 4,273 cases in
November 2022. This situation requires preventive and curative actions to address malaria cases in NTT.
These actions include health education and malaria data mapping for high-risk groups in malaria-endemic
areas. It is expected that these measures will assist in healthcare services, especially in malaria-endemic
areas. Considering the current phenomenon of digital era development, the researchers have designed an
Android-based mapping and education application for malaria called “mobfabria”. To develop a prototype
of the mobfabria applicatio. This is research and development study. The research was conducted in 2023,
where the application test took place from March to April 2023 at the Oemasi Health Center in Kupang
District. The research subjects consisted of 5 individuals during the development stage and 15 pregnant
women during the evaluation stage. The application created by the researchers can be downloaded from the
Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobfabria.apps. The research stages are
approval, ethical test, instrument test, and application test. The application is developed according to the
needs analysis, system design, and database. It was built using Android tools. The assessment by experts in
health promotion, media, and malaria practitioners was considered good enough, leading to changes in the
application's interface design and data storage units. The data was analyzed descriptively. Mapping and data
collection of pregnant women with malaria can be accurately obtained. This application is expected to be
used for healthcare services and facilities in malaria-endemic areas.</text>

<text>Metabolic syndrome is a threat to health problems in the world, namely a group of metabolic disorders that occur
simultaneously. Obesity is a risk factor for metabolic syndrome. Fat accumulation causes insulin resistance and leptin
resistance resulting in weight gain. Tali bamboo leaf tea contains a natural source of antioxidants that can increase
insulin sensitivity so that it can reduce leptin levels. This study aims to determine the effect of bamboo1tali leaf tea on
leptin levels in rats with metabolic syndrome. This type of research is experimental laboratoric with a Pre-Post Test
with a Control Group design. Wistar male white rats, 8 weeks old, and 150 – 250 grams in weight, were fed HFHF
(High Fat High Fructose) for 14 days, induced by Nicotinamide and Streptozotocin. Then, the rats were divided into 5
groups, namely negative control, positive control, and 3 treatments of tali bamboo leaf tea (300, 600, and 900 mg/200
g BW) for 28 days. Measurement of leptin levels using the ELISA method.Bamboo leaf tea had a significant effect (p
<0.005) on leptin levels in rats with metabolic syndrome. The largest decrease in leptin levels occurred in the TDB3
group which was 82.8% and the lowest decrease in leptin levels occurred in the TDB1 group which was 34.8%.
Bamboo leaf tea doses of 300, 600, and 900 mg/200 g BW reduced leptin levels in rats with metabolic syndrome for
28 days.</text>
