<text>Obesity is a complex and severe problem whose prevalence has increased significantly in the last few
decades, posing a significant risk to human health. Various weight loss strategies are currently used, and
different weight loss supplements are widely available. However, the effectiveness of some of these food
supplements is still unknown. Thus, alternative therapy with a pharmaconutrition macronutrient approach
is needed. A scoping review is necessary to scope the current article, summarize the scientific data, and
guide future investigation into the potential use of catechin-rich gambir for obesity management. Results:
Four databases were searched systematically. The scoping review covered articles published after 2013. A
total of 251 articles were collected, and five studies (2 experimental studies) met the inclusion criteria. The
synthesis results show that catechin-rich gambir has the potential a function in obesity management therapy.
This mechanism, through the anti-obesity effect of catechins, is related to the uptake and synthesis of
adipose tissue in obese individuals. Conclusions: Available evidence recommends that the catechin content
in gambir has the potential for pharmaconutrition therapy for obesity management.</text>

<text>Online learning needs to be a concern because it has positive and negative impacts, this can cause student
stress due to various influencing factors. Procrastination is the tendency to postpone a task or job. Social
support is something that needs attention and is associated with material and non-material support for
students. Self-efficacy is the ability possessed by individuals to achieve certain desired results in carrying
out an action or task. This study aimed to determine the relationship between procrastination, social support,
and self-efficacy and student stress during online learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the
relationship between procastination factors, social support and self-efficacy with student stress levels during
online learning. This study employed descriptive correlational design with crosssectional approach and
examined 707 students of Muhammadiyah University East Kalimantan with a purposive sampling method.

Procastination was measured using the APS (0.901), social support using the MSPSS ( 0.85), and self-
efficacy using GSE ( 0.83). Stress was measured using DASS (0.755). The instrument used is the Indonesian

language version which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results show that respondents had
247 (34.9%) high procrastination, 318 (45%) moderate social support, 364 (51.5%) high self-efficacy.
Respondents experienced severe stress 261 (36.9%). The results of the gamma correlation test obtained a p

value of 0.000 < (0.05) there is a significant relationship between procrastination, social support and self-
efficacy with student stress levels during online learning. It is hoped that educational institutions and parents

can play an active role in reducing other factors that cause stress during online learning.</text>

<text>Consumer satisfaction with services can be measured by making comparisons between what is expected by
consumers on the desired quality of a service based on the reality received or felt by consumers.
Pharmaceutical services are supporting services and, at the same time, one of the main centers, providing
more than 90% of health services in hospitals. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the level
of patient satisfaction and expectations and to determine the overall level of visitor satisfaction with the
services of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Pharmacy Installation Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri. Method: This
type of research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted on a set of objects with the aim of knowing
the level of patient satisfaction and expectations of the services of the Muhammadiyah Siti Khodijah Gurah
Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Kediri. The analysis of the collected data is then made in the form of
tabulations and analyzed using the percentage formula. Analysis of satisfaction level scores in this study
used the Likert scale answer format, which allows patients to answer at various levels (1-4) where each
answer is given a weighted value with the following conditions: score 4 if the answer is "very satisfied",
score 3 if the answer is "satisfied", score 2 if the answer is "not satisfied", and score 1 if the answer is "very
dissatisfied". Results: The results of measuring the level of outpatient satisfaction with service quality at the
Pharmacy Installation at Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri Hospital use five dimensions of servqual (service
quality) assessment, among others, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles (physical
facilities), resulting in a negative gap value in each dimension, which means that the quality of service
provided by the Pharmacy Installation at Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri Hospital has not met patient
expectations. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index average for each dimension, namely 74.89%,
are included in the satisfied category. Conclusions: The results of measuring the level of satisfaction of
outpatients with the quality of service at the Pharmacy Installation at Siti Khodijah Gurah Kediri Hospital
using five assessment dimensions produce a negative gap value in each dimension, which means that the
quality of service provided is not in accordance with patient expectations and, based on the Customer
Satisfaction Index method, is included in the satisfied category.</text>
