<text>Vascular dementia is a cause of urgent public health problems. Cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke are
often the main factor in the incidence of dimensionality. Doodle art as part of the art can be a therapy that
provides sensory and cognitive stimulation for sufferers who experience neurological disorders such as brain
injuries, strokes, and brain tumors. In this context, therapy is expected to decrease the risk of patients
developing vascular dementia, and promote quality of life. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness
of doodle art therapy on the quality of life in post-stroke patients. This study used quasi-experimental pre
and post-test design without control group. The sample of this study was 25 post-stroke community dwelling
adult, aged > 25 years, and able to communicate. Respondents participated in doodle art therapy in four
session. After the intervention, the quality of life was measured. Univariate statistics were tested to see the
respondents’ characteristics and quality of life before and after treatment. The data were normally
distributed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Thus differences in quality of life before and after treatment
were analyzed using paired T-Test. After providing the intervention, cognitive function, level of
independence and quality of life are tested again and see the difference. We use several tools including a
MMSE and WH-QOL brief. Studies show that 87% of respondents are at risk of developing mild dementia,
with a moderate quality of life of 60%. 73.5% of respondents were at mild to moderate levels of memory
impairment based on MMSE. The quality of life scores was significant difference before and after therapy
p value <0.05). Doodle art therapy in nursing interventions is significantly effective for improving the
quality of life in the elderly. Doodle art therapy activates the part of the brain that is impaired. The
application of doodle art therapy interventions in groups involves group processes in environmental
orientation abilities. Doodle art therapy can be a recommendation in efforts to prevent dementia.</text>

<text>Aphasia is a language disorder that occurs due to an injury to the brain. The classification of aphasia is
divided into fluent aphasia and nonfluent aphasia. One of the non-fluent aphasia is transcortical motor
aphasia. The characteristics that distinguish Broca's aphasia from other aphasia are disorders in receptive
language, difficulty in answering questions, difficulty understanding spoken language, difficulty
understanding written language, difficulty writing, accompanied by linguistic symptoms such as ecolalia.
The implementation of this research starts from the assessment (observation, interview, and test). The
purpose of this research is to find out the language disorder that exists in the client. To see the language
disorder that exists in clients, interviews with families and clients are carried out. Then an observation of
the client's activity is carried out and a test is carried out to determine the language disorder in the client.
The conclusion of this study is that clients experience problems in understanding spoken and written
language, clients also have difficulty starting to talk to other people. So the authors recommend that clients
get treatment for language disorders.</text>

technique was purposive sampling. The population in the study was 352 people. The sample in this study
were 47 people. Analysis of eating patterns with obesity using the square test obtained a value (p = 0.000)
indicating that there is a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of obesity and on physical
activity the value (p = 0.049) shows that there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence

<text>The incidence of stunting is caused by several factors, one of which is the family factor. Mothers as the
main caregivers for toddlers have a very important role in preventing stunting in children. Efforts to improve
mothers' knowledge and skills in preventing stunting in toddlers continue to be carried out, but innovation
is needed to increase mothers' understanding of the growth and development of toddlers so that stunting in
toddlers can be prevented. One of the educational method innovations that can be carried out effectively is
based on empowerment, namely 1 student 1 family, but there has been no research on a student team 1
family. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the OTOF (One Team Student One Family)
model on the level of knowledge among mothers of toddlers. This research was conducted in the working
area of the Kertosari Public Health Center, Banyuwangi Regency from the beginning of June to the end of
October using a pre and post test Quasy Experiment with group control and using an independent t test. The
population is all mothers who have toddlers. Sampling with stratified random sampling technique 61
respondents consisting of 31 interventions and 30 controls. The data collection instrument in the form of a
questionnaire that has been declared valid and reliable the intervention used is to empower Health students
(Nursing, Analyst, Midwifery, Pharmacy and Nutrition) according to their ability to carry out Health
Education to 1 family. The instruments used in this study were Questionnaires and SOPs . The results
showed that after giving the OTOF Model treatment the knowledge of the mother of toddlers increased and
after being tested with the Paired T Test, the result was p = 0.00 which means that there is an effect. The
conclusion is the results of the study show that there is an effect of the OTOF Model on the knowledge of
mothers of children under five.</text>
