<text>Chest pain is the main complaint felt by patients with coronary heart disease. Chest pain occurs
during a heart attack when oxygen supply to the myocardium is decreased. Psychoreligious
therapy: murottal Al-Qur'an is a psychoreligious therapy given to patients by listening to verses
of the Qur'an for a few minutes to have a positive impact on the patient's psychological condition,
thereby providing a relaxing effect to reduce pain. This study aims to determine the effectiveness
of psychoreligious therapy: murottal Al-Qur'an on the level of chest pain. This research design
used pre-experimental method with one group pre and post-test design. The population of this
study were patients with coronary syndrome acute who were treated in the Intensive Care Unit of
the Tidar General Hospital Magelang. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a
total of 34 respondents. The research instrument used the Numeric Rating Scale to measure the
scale of chest pain before and after therapy. Psychoreligious therapy: murottal Al-Qur'an given
according to standard operating procedures for 20 minutes. The statistical test used paired t test.
The results showed that there was a significant difference from chest pain level before and after
psychoreligious therapy: murottal Al-Qur'an with p-value 0.000 (p<α (0.05)). Psychoreligious
therapy: murottal Al-Qur'an can effectively reduce the scale of the patient's chest pain. There is a
need for socialization and application of psychoreligious therapy: murottal Al-Qur'an as a
therapeutic modality and further research is needed on various psychoreligious therapies that are
useful in nursing care services in hospitals.</text>

development and growth. When obstacles arise, are possibly sum up in disruption in achieving
the next stage of school-age children development and growth. This study aims to determine the
description of the psychosocial development of school age children in Bandengan, Kendal City.
This research has been carried out through quantitative research with descriptive research design.
The sample of this study was 72 school-aged children in Bandengan Kendal City who selected by
purposive sampling technique. The psychosocial development questionnaire consists of 8 items
regarding the characteristics of normal school children psychosocial development as the basis for
the questionnaire. This questionnaire has been declared valid and reliable. The data were
analyzed univariately using a frequency distribution. The results of this study indicate that the
majority of school age children psychosocial development is in the abnormal category (54%), so
that intervention is needed to overcome this problem. In conclusion, the school-age children are
likely to have an abnormal psychosocial development, especially the younger school-age
children.</text>

<text>The social environment nowadays offers many options for young people. Dating styles that
present opportunities for premarital sexual behavior among adolescents become an attractive
offer, especially for teens who live in boarding houses. Residing in a boarding house without
direct supervision from parents and landowners causes teens to liberally engage in a premarital
sexual behavior with their partners, thus making boarding houses an unsafe environment for
them. This study used Descriptive Phenomenology Design which aimed to comprehensively
investigate the risks of premarital sexual behavior among adolescents living in boarding houses.
The number of participants in this study was 6 people until data saturation was reached. The
analysis in this study used selective techniques and focusing analysis resulted in 3 themes, i.e.: 1)
the desire to experiment, 2) social demands and 3) places to live with potential risk. The drives
from within, social demands from friends, and places with high possible risk become the causes
of premarital sexual behavior in boarding houses. The results of the study encourage community
nurses to improve adolescents’ screening through health programs in schools and PKPR for
teenagers who live in the boarding houses.</text>

<text>Toddler stunting includes chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as
socioeconomic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, morbidity in infants, and lack of
nutrition in infants. Family characteristics are one of the causes of stunting. The purpose of this
study was to determine the description of the characteristics of families in stunting toddlers. This
type of research is a quantitative, descriptive study with cross sectional approach. The sample of
this research is 118 parents who have stunting children in the UPTD Patean Puskesmas Kendal
City with random sampling technique. The research tools used were questionnaires and midline
measuring devices. Data analysis uses univariate analysis of central tendency and frequency
distribution. The results showed that the average age of parents: fathers 32.23 years with a range
of 20 to 50 years, mothers 29.67 years with a range of 20 to 47 years, education of parents with
elementary school education: fathers as much as 56 (47.5%) , 51 (43.2%) mothers, parents work
as laborers: 82 fathers (69.5%), and 43 unemployed mothers (36.4%), the average parent's
income is Rp. 2.234.755, have 2 children, 64 (54.2%), number of family members in one house:
4 (48.7%), family development stage: with 60 (50.8%) preschoolers, with type family: nuclear
family as much as 65 (55.1%), the average age of toddlers 17.25 months with a range of 8 to 24
months, toddler height 68.47 cm, sex of toddler boys as much as 69 (58.5% ), a very short
category of 90 (76.3%). Stunting in infants will have an impact on the lack of motor skills at
school age and low productivity, low school grades, shorter height, and the risk of degenerative
diseases in adulthood.</text>

risk because, they are smaller than normal birth weight babies and immature organ function.
LBW needs special care to prevent emergency conditions that can be life-threatening. A
person's education level can be a factor in how a person's ability to receive information. This
study aims to determine the relationship between a mother's education level and readiness to
care for LBW. This study is a correlation study, using a cross-sectional design. The study
population was mothers who had LBW who were treated in the perinatology room of the
Kendal area hospital using accidental sampling techniques, the number of samples was 40
respondents. The research tool uses a questionnaire. The univariate analysis uses frequency
distribution while bivariate analysis uses the spearmen test. The univariate analysis showed
that the majority of mothers had a high school education level as much as 37.5%, 72.5% more
than or 25 years, most of the parents were ready to care for LBW, namely 67.5%, while
mothers who were not ready to care for LBW was 32.5%, the majority of mothers did not
work as much as 57.5%. This Research shows that there is no relationship between the level
of mother's education and the readiness to care for LBW with a P-value of 0.905. Mothers
with higher education levels are not always ready to care for LBW.</text>

<text>Increased blood urea or uremic levels often experienced by patients with Chronic Renal
Failure can lead to decreased salivary secretion and xerostomia. Xerostomia is a common
symptom of difficulty in chewing, swallowing, decreased taste, speaking, increased oral
mucosal lesions, and limited tolerance of dentures. This problem will have an impact on
increasing thirst sensations that affect the patient to increase fluid intake that leads to an
increase Interdialytic Weight Gain and lead to decreased Quality of Life patients. The aim of
this research was to know the effect of chewing gum xylitol and mouthwash on xerostomia in
chronic renal failure patients. The design was quasi experiment involving 30 respondents
selected by consecutive sampling technique and divided into two groups. Xerostomia
measured four times in each session of hemodialysis. The results of study showed there was
no differences in the four xerostomia measurements in both intervention groups with p-value>
0.05. However, it is seen from the patient's development chart that the xylitol gum
intervention reduced xerostomia faster than the mouthwash intervention. The conclusion of
this research was xylitol chewing gum and mouthwash had same effect to reduce xerostomia
in patients with chronic renal failure. The results of this study can be recommended to be
applied as an intervention to resolve xerostomia in chronic renal failure patients.</text>

prominent feature in this disease. It is not fully understood whether inflammation also contribute in insulin
resistance phenotype in type 1 DM. This study aimed to assess mRNA TNF-α expression in the skeletal muscle
tissue of type 1 diabetes mellitus rat model. This in-vivo study used 18 adults male wistar rats. The study
conducted at Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah
Mada from July to October 2020. Male Wistar rats divided into control group (CDM, n=6), and diabetes mellitus
group which is divided into 1-month DM group (DM1M, n=6), and 2-month DM group (DM2M, n=6). The DM
model was conducted through single intraperitoneal injection of Streptozotocin 60 mg/kg Body Weight (BW). At
the end of study, rats were sacrificed and the gastrocnemius muscle was harvested. The expression of mRNA
TNF-α was measured by RT-PCR. Statistical analysis was conducted using One Way ANOVA test. Blood
glucose level were significantly higher in DM groups compared to control group (p<0.05). The body weight of
DM groups was significantly lower after 1 month and 2 months DM period compared to control group (p<0.05).
DM groups demonstrated upregulation of mRNA TNF-α compared to control group (p<0.05). Type 1 diabetes
mellitus model demonstrated upregulation of mRNA TNF-α in skeletal muscle tissue.</text>

<text>Alternative treatments can be used singly or in mixture to treat and prevent disease. Honey and Aloe
vera are natural ingredients that have anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties that are
used to treat wounds. Animal studies have shown that giving honey and Aloe vera can speed up
wound healing time. This study aims to examine the cytotoxic effect of the combination of honey and
Aloe vera on the NIH3T3 cell line and its impact on cell viability. This research is a pure experiment
using the post-test only design with control group design. The cytotoxicity test was on NIH3T3
fibroblast cells using the MTT Assay method to determine the inhibitory concentration (IC50) value.
Cell viability was calculated using the MTT Assay method. The combination is divided into 5
concentrations, combination 1 (2% honey and 500 μg/mL (0.005%) Aloe vera)), combination 2 (1.5%
honey and 250μg/mL (0.0025%) Aloe vera)), combination 3 (1% honey and 125 μg/mL (0.00125%)
Aloe vera)), combination 4 (Honey 0.5% and 50μg/mL (0.0005%) Aloe vera)), combination 5 (Honey
0.1 % and 0.5μg/mL (0.00005%) Aloe vera)). The combination of honey and Aloe vera showed
inhibition below 13.87% with an IC50 value of 6.58%. Combination honey and Aloe vera on average
was able to increase the viability of fibroblast cells above 86.13%. Combination 4 and 5 can increase
cell viability 96.50% and 99.80%. The combination of honey and Aloe vera does not cause cytotoxic
effects on NIH3T3 fibroblasts cell line and can increase the viability of fibroblasts.</text>
