<text>Lack of sleep in patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is associated with dysfunction of
the immune, cardiovascular, metabolic, memory, and cognition systems, as well as increased
mortality. Various factors that are thought to be related to patient sleep quality come from
patient and environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that

affect the sleep quality of ICU patients. This research is a quantitative study, using a cross-
sectional approach, with as many as 44 patients involved in this study. The research

instrument used the observation sheet and The Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire
(RCSQ) is also equipped with a thermohygrometer to measure temperature and humidity and
a sound level meter to measure noise. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank test, and
research ethics was obtained from the Ethics Commission of RSMS Margono. The results
showed that most of them were women (75%), aged ≥40 years (68.2%) with the most days of
stay less than 4 (93.2%), postoperative (95.5), and with poor sleep quality (72.7%). Factors
that affected the sleep quality of the patient are heart rate (0.030), MAP (0.042), patient pain
score (0.031), and sleep position (0.002). There was no affecting the SpO2 factor, temperature
humidity, noise, patient perceptions of noise, light, and action with p value> 0.05. In
conclusion, most of the respondents have poor sleep quality. There is an effect of the heart
rate, sleep position, and pain score on the patient's sleep quality. It is necessary to apply a
combination of pharmacological management and nursing measures to improve sleep quality.</text>

showed after the patient performed routine deep breath relaxation techniques obtained a decrease
in the pre-post test scale of headache in hypertension patients. There is an influence of deep

The results of univariate analysis of physical discomfort in the Balok Village, Kendal District, found
that 29 respondents (55.8%) experienced physical discomfort and 23 respondents (44.2%) did not

<text>Alternative treatments can be used singly or in mixture to treat and prevent disease. Honey and Aloe
vera are natural ingredients that have anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties that are
used to treat wounds. Animal studies have shown that giving honey and Aloe vera can speed up
wound healing time. This study aims to examine the cytotoxic effect of the combination of honey and
Aloe vera on the NIH3T3 cell line and its impact on cell viability. This research is a pure experiment
using the post-test only design with control group design. The cytotoxicity test was on NIH3T3
fibroblast cells using the MTT Assay method to determine the inhibitory concentration (IC50) value.
Cell viability was calculated using the MTT Assay method. The combination is divided into 5
concentrations, combination 1 (2% honey and 500 μg/mL (0.005%) Aloe vera)), combination 2 (1.5%
honey and 250μg/mL (0.0025%) Aloe vera)), combination 3 (1% honey and 125 μg/mL (0.00125%)
Aloe vera)), combination 4 (Honey 0.5% and 50μg/mL (0.0005%) Aloe vera)), combination 5 (Honey
0.1 % and 0.5μg/mL (0.00005%) Aloe vera)). The combination of honey and Aloe vera showed
inhibition below 13.87% with an IC50 value of 6.58%. Combination honey and Aloe vera on average
was able to increase the viability of fibroblast cells above 86.13%. Combination 4 and 5 can increase
cell viability 96.50% and 99.80%. The combination of honey and Aloe vera does not cause cytotoxic
effects on NIH3T3 fibroblasts cell line and can increase the viability of fibroblasts.</text>

given an IMD and not all health workers do this. The causes are the lack of motivation of
health workers in implementing early initiation of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to
determine the motivation of health workers in implementation early initiation of breastfeeding at
RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. The research design used is quantitative with descriptive methods.
The sample in this study amounted to 28 respondents with a total sampling technique. Instruments in
the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate. The results showed that the motivation of
health workers in implementing Early Breastfeeding Initiation was in the "medium" category as much
as 57.1%. Intrinsic motivation of health workers in the implementation of early breastfeeding
initiation is mostly done, namely happy when the IMD is successful. Extrinsic motivation of health
workers in the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation is mostly done by conducting IMD
because there is a policy from the government. This research is expected to be used as input for
health workers, especially midwives, in increasing motivation to provide early breastfeeding
initiation.</text>

<text>Toddler stunting includes chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socioeconomic
conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, morbidity in infants, and lack of nutrition in infants.
Family characteristics are one of the causes of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the
description of the characteristics of families in stunting toddlers. This type of research is a
quantitative, descriptive study with cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 118
parents who have stunting children in the UPTD Patean Puskesmas Kendal City with random
sampling technique. The research tools used were questionnaires and midline measuring devices. Data
analysis uses univariate analysis of central tendency and frequency distribution. The results showed
that the average age of parents: fathers 32.23 years with a range of 20 to 50 years, mothers 29.67 years
with a range of 20 to 47 years, education of parents with elementary school education: fathers as much
as 56 (47.5%) , 51 (43.2%) mothers, parents work as laborers: 82 fathers (69.5%), and 43 unemployed
mothers (36.4%), the average parent's income is Rp. 2.234.755, have 2 children, 64 (54.2%), number
of family members in one house: 4 (48.7%), family development stage: with 60 (50.8%) preschoolers,
with type family: nuclear family as much as 65 (55.1%), the average age of toddlers 17.25 months
with a range of 8 to 24 months, toddler height 68.47 cm, sex of toddler boys as much as 69 (58.5% ), a
very short category of 90 (76.3%). Stunting in infants will have an impact on the lack of motor skills
at school age and low productivity, low school grades, shorter height, and the risk of degenerative
