This study aims to determine the effect of giving young coconut water to a decrease in blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the working area of the Kuripan Health Center in 2020. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretes-posttes design. The population and sample in this study were all patients with hypertension in the working area of Kuripan Health Center in 2019 as many as 292 populations which were the target population, and with an average of hypertension sufferers per month totaling 24 people who were affordable populations restricted by place and time. Data collection instruments in this study used observation sheets and structured interview sheets. While the analysis of the data used is non-parametric statistical analysis with a sign test. The results of data analysis showed that blood pressure in hypertensive patients prior to administration of young coconut water was highest in the category of moderate hypertension, for systole as many as 13 people (60%), and for diastole as much as 16 (70%). While blood pressure in patients with hypertension after administration of young coconut water in the category of mild hypertension, for systole as many as 16 people (70%), and for diastole as much as 14 (60%). In addition, the provision of green young coconut water has ɑ = 0.05, obtained a significance value of 0.000 <ɑ = 0.05. Thus giving a significant effect on reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension in the working area of the Kuripan Health Center.</text>

Recurrence in people with mental disorders (ODGJ) is caused due to lack of knowledge and family attitudes in caring for patients. Health education can provide knowledge to the family, so family
knowledge will increase so as to reduce the level of recurrence in patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of mental health education on family knowledge and attitudes in preventing relapse in people with mental disorders (ODGJ). This study used a pre-experiment method with one group pre-post test design and the sample consisted of 98 respondents. Statistical test results obtained the average value of family knowledge in preventing recurrence in people with mental disorders before mental health education was 8.95 and the average value of family knowledge after mental health education was 9.19. Whereas family attitudes in preventing recurrence in people with mental disorders prior to mental health education were 43.74 and family attitudes after mental health education were 49.17. Statistical test results using Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained p value of knowledge is 0.030 and p value of attitude is 0.0001 which means there is an influence before and after mental health education is given to the family. So it is hoped that in addition to providing health education, the addition of leaflets and posters on mental disorders can increase knowledge so that it will change the attitude of families in caring for people with mental disorders so that relapse can be prevented. </text>

Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau.
Breast milk (ASI) is a liquid secreted by the breast glands in the form of the best, nutritious and high-energy milk produced since the pregnancy. Back rolling massage is also called oxytocin massage is one of the relaxation therapies that aims to stimulate the central nerve in the pituitary and anterior pituitary so that it can increase breast milk production in post partum mothers. This study aims to determine the increase in breast milk production in post partum mothers after the application of back rolling massage at the Siti Aisyah Regional General Hospital in Lubuklinggau City. This research method uses a case study design using the Nursing Care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention,
implementation, and evaluation. Management to increase breast milk production carried out on both subjects was an intervention to implement back rolling massage. Evaluation after application is an
increase in the amount of breast milk in post partum mothers. It is hoped that the results of this study will be able to provide information to health workers and nurses capable of applying back massage rolling in hospitals and can be used as a reference to improve the quality of learning for students. </text>

Stroke patients given homecare show low domains: emotional, cognitive, communication, mobility fatigue, feeling sick, resting and sleeping disorders. If someone does not get the quantity and quality of good sleep then cause forgetful, confusion, disorientation arise. One of the complementary therapies chosen by patients with a history of stroke is cupping. The study was conducted to determine the effect of cupping on sleep quality in stroke history patients. The design used was Pre-Experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were all stroke history patients who did homecare cupping from "IS" Cupping Houses as many as 19 respondents and PSQI questionnaire. Frequency distribution of sleep quality before cupping therapy; bad (100%) and after cupping therapy; good (73.7%). Data analysis uses marginal homogeneity, with the result of p value 0,000. This shows the influence of cupping on sleep quality in patients with a history of stroke. The implication of this research is that nurses are able to provide complementary cupping therapy and socialize the benefits of cupping for patients with a history of cupping. </text>

This study aims to determine the effect of listening to Zikir Asmaul Husna (ZAH) on awareness in stroke patients at Mohammad Hoesin Hospital in Palembang. The research design used was quasi-experimental with the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. Sampling using a random method with a large sample of 30 respondents, which are divided into two groups, each consisting of 15 respondents. Measuring the level of awareness using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scale. The mean difference test of GCS values used Wilcoxon test and independent t-test.The results obtained mean age of the treatment group subjects 52.6 years and the control group 58.5 years, the sex of the treatment group were mostly male (60%) and the control group was mostly female (86.7%), the education was mostly high school Most of the work of the treatment group is employees and does not work, as many as 46.7% in the control group, the control group is mostly not working (86.7%). There was a significant difference between the pre-test (9.53) and post-test (11.73) GCS values in the treatment group (p = 0.002), there was no significant difference between the pre-test (9.26) and post-GCS values -test (10.40) in the control group
(p = 0.87) and there was no significant difference between the post-test GCS values in the treatment group (11.73) and control (10.40) with a value of p = 0.161. Listening to ZAH for 30 minutes per day for 3 consecutive days can increase stroke patient awareness by decreasing consciousness. ZAH listening interventions should be applied by nurses in hospitals in the management of stroke patients who have decreased consciousness. To improve the quality of ZAH nursing care can be used as a form of complementary therapy in addition to medical therapy. </text>
