<text>Sejak berusia 6 bulan, selain ASI bayi memerlukan makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) guna memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisinya.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor internal yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI meliputi umur (p=0,005; OR=6), pendidikan (p=0,002; OR=4,667), status pekerjaan (p=0,005; OR=4,030), paritas (p<0,001; OR=11), pengetahuan (p<0,001; OR=12,964) dan sikap (p<0,001; OR=11,333). Faktor eksternal yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan pemberian MP-ASI meliputi dukungan keluarga (p<0,001; OR=13,182), dukungan petugas kesehatan (p<0,001; OR=15,583) dan dukungan sosial budaya (p<0,001; OR=8,250).
Since the age of 6 months, besides breast milk, babies also need complementary foods to meet their nutritional needs. But in reality there are still many mothers who practice improper feeding for their babies. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother’s internal external factors and complementary feeding practice accuracyin the Poskesdes Harjowinangun Belitang Timur OKU. This research use correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. Samplesof 70 mothers who
have children aged 6-24 monthswere taken using cluster sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results found that internal factors related to the complementary feeding practice accuracy include age (p = 0.005; OR = 6), education (p = 0.002; OR = 4.667), employment status (p =0.005; OR = 4.030), parity (p<0.001; OR = 11), knowledge (p <0.001; OR = 12,964) and attitude (p <0.001; OR = 11,333). External factors related to complementary feeding practice accuracyinclude family support (p <0.001; OR = 13.182), support of health workers (p <0.001; OR = 15.583) and socio- cultural support (p <0.001; OR = 8,250). Health workers are expected to be able to educate mothers about the right time and variety in giving complementary foods, as well as conducting nutrition counseling and discussion of various problems faced by mothers while providing complementary foods to
children. </text>

To determine the comparison of the use of HFNC with COT in patients with acute respiratory failure in the ED. The narrative method used in this study. Search articles using Science Direct, PubMed, Hindawi to find articles that fit the criteria, after which a review is conducted. Of the 64 selected literatures selected 6 were
retained until the analysis stage. The administration of HFNC differs depending on the patient's condition, giving oxygen starting at 35-50L / min. HFNC is more effective in reducing respiratory rates in the first hour of intervention. There were no statistically significant differences in length of stay in hospital, need for
mechanical ventilation or death, but fewer patients with HFNC experienced coma scores according to GCS assessment. Conclusion:HFNC therapy can reduce respiratory rate in patients </text>

tingkat stres pasien kanker payudara.
Breast cancer is a disease that is still a major problem in women in the world of health. Breast cancer can cause complex physical and psychological complications so that patients are susceptible to stress causing to decrease their productivity and quality of life. Therefore, a therapy is needed to reduce stress levels in breast cancer patients. This study aimed to find out the effect of spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) on the stress level of breast cancer patients. This study uses an experimental quasy design with a nonequivalent control group design approach. The number of samples was 24 respondents consisting of 12 intervention groups and 12 control groups using purposive sampling technique. The
stress level measurement instrument used stress level questionnaires modified from DASS 42. The results of this study showed that there were differences in stress levels before and after SEFT in the intervention group (p-value = 0,000). In the control group there were no differences in stress levels before and after
SEFT (p-value = 0.063), while for stress levels after SEFT between the intervention group and the control group there were differences in the reduction in stress levels between the intervention and control groups after treatment ( p-value = 0,000). The treatment of SEFT therapy had a significant effect on the
reduction of stress levels of breast cancer patients in the intervention group. SEFT is a kind of technique that can strengthen positive thoughts with spirituality therapy using tapping at certain points in the body. SEFT can be recommended as a management tool to deal with the stress of breast cancer patients. </text>
