Mothers with terminal conditions have a need for palliative services by looking at the SPIRITUAL BIOPSICOSOSIAL state. This situation allows the mother to experience a psychological deterioration that can have an impact on the health of the mother and child. This palliative care is a very comprehensive treatment so that the services provided can be combined with Ella Joy Lehrman-Morthen
and Reva Rubin's theoretical approach so that the initial goal is to find out not only the psychological state of the mother but the state of the fetus can also be monitored properly. This reseach was a
qualitative analysis with a literature review approach. The ultimate goal of the Ella Joy Lehrman-Morthen and Reva Rubin theoretical approaches in the implications of continuous palliative services in
mothers with terminal conditions is that mothers will be able to continue to play their role without any limitations in their activities. The purpose of this service can be achieved by providing effective
communication to patients and families. Effective communication is the basis of the assessment so that patient’s needs and problems as well as solutions can be given maximally. Palliative service is a
comprehensive service that can be a container in the implications of maternity services using the theory approach Ella Joy-Lehrman and Reva Rubin. This theory can improve the quality of life of thenpatients </text>

The impact of not initiating early breastfeeding on infants is the occurrence of breastfeeding failure so that the baby does not get colostrum which is beneficial for reducing infant mortality. Besides the risk of not doing early breastfeeding in infants, is the occurrence of death in the first hour of birth because the baby cannot adjust to the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between early breastfeeding initiation (EBI) and the smooth delivery of breast milk.Univariate results
showed that of 50 mothers, most of the initiations of breastfeeding were found incorrectly, which was 60%, and that of 50 mothers, the majority of smooth breast milk expenditure was 54%. Chi-Square test results obtained p value, 006 <α (0.05) indicates that there is a relationship between the administration of EBI and the smoothness of ASI expenditure. That there is a relationship between the provision of EBI with the smooth delivery of breast milk. Provide health education about EBI and can also be in the form of posters or leaflets given when pregnant women are carrying out pregnancy checks. </text>

Toddlers are children who have reached the age of 1 until the age of less than 5 years. Toddlers often suffer from Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI). ARI is an acute infectious disease that attacks one or more of the respiratory tract starting from the upper respiratory tract to the lower respiratory tract. The problem often experienced by toddlers with ARI is the difficulty in coughing up sputum. This can be overcome by non-pharmacological treatment, namely percussion and vibration. This study aimed to find out the influence of percussion and vibration on coughing up sputum in toddlers with ARI. This was a quantitative study, quasi-eksperimental study with control group pretest posttest design. Percussion and vibration are given once a day for 10-15 minutes. The
sample in this study were 30 respondents, 15 of them in the control group and another 15 in the intervention group with a purposive sampling technique. The statistical analysis results of Mc Nemar on the two groups showed that p value obtained for the control group was 0,5 meaning that there was no influence before and after applying percussion and vibration but fir the intervention group 0,002 meaning that there was an influence of percussion and vibration on coughing up sputum in toddlers with ARI. Chi-square test results for the two groups
showed that p value obtained was 0,004 meaning tat there was a comparison between control group and intervention group on coughing up sputum in toddlers with ARI. Based on this study, percussion and vibration can be used as a treatment for helping and cleaning the airway from sputum stuck on the chest wall in toddlers with ARI. </text>

Efficacy influences the process of thinking, motivation and feeling conditions, all of which contribute to the type of executed performance. Self-efficacy is the individual’s belief in his ability to regulate and carry out behaviors thet support his health based on the goals and expectations s/he wants. Effective coping is the one that matches the problem, situation, and stress faced. Patient with chronic kidney disease underwent hemodialysis therapy carried out 2 to 3 times a week for 4 or 5 hours each time of hemodialysis therapy. This study aimed to find out the relationship between self-efficacy and coping mechanisms in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at Mohammad Hoesin Hospital. The research method used a cross
sectional approach. The samples were selected using purposive sampling with a total number of samples of 99 patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. The result of Fisher’s Exact test analysis
showed that the p-value was 0.04 (p <0.05), meaning there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and coping mechanisms in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.</text>
