Cholesterol is one component of fat. Cholesterol levels in the blood are an indication for physical health. Depletion of cholesterol in blood vessels can cause narrowing of blood vessels which is one of the causes
of cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis of blood vessel walls and thrombosis are the main causes of death in the world. Generally, measurements of blood cholesterol levels are carried out through invasive procedures by taking blood samples from the body. Although it is more accurate, the invasive procedure is quite painful and can cause phobias for some people. The development of technology to measure blood cholesterol levels in a non-invasive way can be an
alternative to these problems. This research was conducted as experimental design to analise a prototype measuring for blood cholesterol levels in a non-invasive procedure conducted by Masisoha (2019). This device was designed to be able to detect cholesterol levels in the blood through the use of infrared light and measurements are made in real time. The results of experiments showed that the accuracy of the sensor work within 30 seconds of detection was 82.28%. The results of the comparative test using the Mann Whitney test between non-invasive real time measuring devices and invasive instruments obtained a significance value of 0.082.There was no difference in value between blood cholesterol levels measured using an invasive device and a non-invasive real time measuring device.</text>

tingkat stres pasien kanker payudara.
Breast cancer is a disease that is still a major problem in women in the world of health. Breast cancer can cause complex physical and psychological complications so that patients are susceptible to stress causing to decrease their productivity and quality of life. Therefore, a therapy is needed to reduce stress levels in breast cancer patients. This study aimed to find out the effect of spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) on the stress level of breast cancer patients. This study uses an experimental quasy design with a nonequivalent control group design approach. The number of samples was 24 respondents consisting of 12 intervention groups and 12 control groups using purposive sampling technique. The
stress level measurement instrument used stress level questionnaires modified from DASS 42. The results of this study showed that there were differences in stress levels before and after SEFT in the intervention group (p-value = 0,000). In the control group there were no differences in stress levels before and after
SEFT (p-value = 0.063), while for stress levels after SEFT between the intervention group and the control group there were differences in the reduction in stress levels between the intervention and control groups after treatment ( p-value = 0,000). The treatment of SEFT therapy had a significant effect on the
reduction of stress levels of breast cancer patients in the intervention group. SEFT is a kind of technique that can strengthen positive thoughts with spirituality therapy using tapping at certain points in the body. SEFT can be recommended as a management tool to deal with the stress of breast cancer patients. </text>

Breast milk (ASI) is a liquid secreted by the breast glands in the form of the best, nutritious and high-energy milk produced since the pregnancy. Back rolling massage is also called oxytocin massage is one of the relaxation therapies that aims to stimulate the central nerve in the pituitary and anterior pituitary so that it can increase breast milk production in post partum mothers. This study aims to determine the increase in breast milk production in post partum mothers after the application of back rolling massage at the Siti Aisyah Regional General Hospital in Lubuklinggau City. This research method uses a case study design using the Nursing Care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention,
implementation, and evaluation. Management to increase breast milk production carried out on both subjects was an intervention to implement back rolling massage. Evaluation after application is an
increase in the amount of breast milk in post partum mothers. It is hoped that the results of this study will be able to provide information to health workers and nurses capable of applying back massage rolling in hospitals and can be used as a reference to improve the quality of learning for students. </text>
