<text>Election is an activity carried out by a community in selecting people who
occupy certain political positions. Before making an election, socialization is
carried out by people who will take up the political position. The tendency of
the community when making elections in determining which candidates will be
chosen, the community does not assess the overall potential possessed by each
candidate, even the community only sees one of the potential possessed by the
candidate, from the results of a temporary survey conducted by asking questions
directly to 10 respondents in the field, 4 respondents determined their choice
based on popularity only, 3 respondents looked in terms of organization and the
way of campaign of each candidate, the rest there were those who made choices
when they were selected. so we need a system that supports making a decision,
the application of the Analitycal Hierarchy Proccess (AHP) method as an
reinforcer and supports in making a decision based on characteristics that are
considered to represent the whole. The data used in the form of quantitative data
from weighting is done through distributing questionnaires to the sample. From
the analysis process carried out to help make a decision in the 2019 Presidential
election, it can be concluded that the most important priorities to the last are
Competence (46.82%), Aspectivity (25.50%), Integrity (13.54%), Electability
(7.19%), Campaign (4.51%) Coalition Party (2.42%). Whereas for alternative
use data is obtained, namely the highest value weight, namely candidate pairs
with Number. Sort 01 (Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin) with a score of 85.9%.
while the candidate pairs with serial number 02, Prabowo Subianto and
Sandiaga Uno, scored 14.1%.</text>

<text>Android dan iOS nowadays have become the most dominating operating system in
smartphone markets. These two operating system continue to grow rapidly in terms of
technology as well as the number of devices that exist in the world. However, consumers are
still lacking of understanding on how to compare these two operating systems from various of
aspects. So, this research is being conducted with the purpose to learn about the comparison of
these two operating system in terms of features, utilizations and usability. Method that is
being used in this research is descriptive analysis which in comparison of features and
utilizations are using documentation and observation as data collection technique. For
usability comparison is using questionnaire technique. Result of the research has shown that
Android and iOS each have their unique features such as Google Hangouts with i-Message
and Smart Caller ID with Facetime. Afterwards, comparison of utilizations has shown that
Android is mostly being used for communication as for iOS more for information searching.
Meanwhile, for descriptive result of usability has shown that Android and iOS have the same
level of ease of use which is good.</text>

kata emosi mewakili berbagai bentuk perasaan manusia.
tinggi pula.
Human emotion is a feeling or turmoil that arises in a person as a result of stimulation, both
from within himself and from outside. the word Emotion is interpreted as a form of anger, but
actually the word emotion represents various forms of human feelings. A person's emotions in
a state of calm, anger, sadness or pleasure can be detected through his speech signal. The
development of the voice recognition system is still running for a while. So that in this study
someone analyzed emotion through his speech signal. In this study described the human
emotions that appear on the graph showing the height or low tone quoted. In testing this
system, input sounds with high notes / emotions, so that the graphics get higher and higher
sound waves are produced.</text>

<text>Tomato fruit is one of the fruits that has a complex color to determine its maturity. Tomatoes
have 3 colors to determine whether the tomatoes are ripe, half-cooked and raw, which is red
when the tomatoes are ripe, yellow when the tomatoes are half cooked, and green when the
tomatoes are raw. To determine the maturity of tomatoes is not only done conventionally
(manually), but can also be done by computing (technology-based). One of the right methods
to determine the maturity of tomatoes based on the color is computationally, using the YCbCr
method. In this study we will see how the results of RGB conversion to YCbCr to determine
the maturity of tomatoes. The results obtained in this study, namely when the original image
(RGB) is converted to YCbCr images, then for the color of ripe tomatoes will be purple, for
the color of half-ripe tomatoes will be colored magenta, and for the color of tomatoes that are
still raw will be red.
