Perlunya pengukuran atas kesuksesan penerapan aplikasi tersebut seberapa efektif manfaatnya dalam menunjang pengolahan data pada proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru, maka dari itu penulis mencoba menggukur kesuksesan dari pengunaan aplikasi tersebut dengan metode Delone and McLean, menggunakan enam variable diantaranya Informasi Quality, Service Quality, System Quality, Actual Use, Use Safisfaction, Net Benefit (Individual Impact), dimana dari variable-variabel tersebut terdapat 25 indikator yang digunakan dalam pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, diketahui bahwa aplikasi berbasis mobile PMB dilakukan dengan mahasiswa baru fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang terdiri dari 133 populasi, selanjutnya diambil 100 responden untuk diambil sebagai sample penelitan. Dalam penelitian ini penghitungan validitas semua variable semuanya valid dikarenakan semuanya lebih besar dari r tabel = 0,195. Selanjutnya untuk perhitungan reliabelitas sebanyak 0,917, sehingga dengan kondisi seperti ini maka aplikasi mobile PMB sudah dapat dipercaya dalam tingkat sistem dan informasi. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini adalah metode Fuzzy C-Means. Algoritma Fuzzy C-Means merupakan satu algoritma yang mudah dan sering di gunakan dalam pengelompokkan data karena membuat suatu perkiraan yang efisien dan tidak memerlukan banyak parameter. Pada kasus penelitian ini akan menganalisis penerapan metode Fuzzy CMeans untuk mengelompokkan beras bagus dan beras tidak bagus berdasarkan warna beras, dengan menggunakan dua gambar objek yang di jadikan sebagai sampel data. Salah satu teknik fuzzy clustering adalah Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM). FCM merupakan suatu teknik pengklasteran data yang keberadaan setap datanya dalam suatu cluster di tentukan oleh nilai/derajat keanggotaan tertentu. Beberapa penelitian telah menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa metode Fuzzy C-Means dapat di gunakan untuk mengelompokkan data berdasarkan atribut-atribut tertentu. Penerapan algorita Fuzzy C-Means dalam penentuan kategori warna beras di kelompokkan menjadi 2 cluster yaitu beras tidak bagus dan beras bagus. Dari sampel data yang diambil di peroleh 2 cluster berdasarkan kriteria mana yang lebih di kategorikan dengan nilai terbesar pada jarak akhir merupakan cluster warna beras yang bagus, sedangkan cluster dengan nilai terkecil merupakan cluster yang di kategorikan beras tidak bagus. The method used in building a decision support system for the selection of favorite public high schools is the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analyzer (MOORA) method. Namun pada beberapa Perguruan Tinggi teridentifikasi 2 (dua) permasalahan yaitu penyebaran tagihan dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga informasi yang diterima tidak akurat dan real time serta mahasiswa melakukan pembayaran dengan cara menukar resi pembayaran dengan sebuah kwitansi. Sehingga kedua hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan data dan laporan yang berserakan serta tidak efisien dalam segi waktu dan biaya. Dalam mencegah kedua permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah cloud accounting guna menyebarkan tagihan dan melakukan pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara online. Jurnal.id merupakan salah satu cloud accounting dimana memiliki fitur Jurnal Payment yang memungkinkan pihak kasir dapat dengan mudah mengirim tagihan pembayaran melalui E- mail dan mahasiswa melunasi tagihan secara online. Adapun pemecahan masalah guna menyelesaikan permasalahan ini yaitu digunakan metode analisis SWOT dan 8 (delapan) studi pustaka yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini.
