Demikin juga dengan laporan kesehatan, ketika warga menekan tombol darurat kesehatan, maka aplikasi akan mengirim data GPS warga ke server aplikasi yang terdapat di balai desa, aparat desa akan mengkonfirmasi laporan dan akan meneruskan kepada petugas kesehatan. Petugas kesehatan akan menuju ke lokasi yang diberikan. Aplikasi ini telah di uji coba di desa waru barat. Dari hasil ujicoba menggunakan metode blackbox dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua fungsionalitas sistem sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik. Salah satu teknik fuzzy clustering adalah Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM). FCM merupakan suatu teknik pengklasteran data yang keberadaan setap datanya dalam suatu cluster di tentukan oleh nilai/derajat keanggotaan tertentu. Beberapa penelitian telah menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa metode Fuzzy C-Means dapat di gunakan untuk mengelompokkan data berdasarkan atribut-atribut tertentu. Penerapan algorita Fuzzy C-Means dalam penentuan kategori warna beras di kelompokkan menjadi 2 cluster yaitu beras tidak bagus dan beras bagus. Dari sampel data yang diambil di peroleh 2 cluster berdasarkan kriteria mana yang lebih di kategorikan dengan nilai terbesar pada jarak akhir merupakan cluster warna beras yang bagus, sedangkan cluster dengan nilai terkecil merupakan cluster yang di kategorikan beras tidak bagus. Pada gambar objek ke-1 range nilai 0.1667 - 0.9877 untuk kategori beras bagus dan 0.2 - 0.1667 untuk kategori beras tidak bagus. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi Toko Roti yang sesuai dengan harapan konsumen untuk menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih Toko Roti yang tepat, khususnya di kota pematangsiantar yang terdapat 5 Toko Roti yakni: Ganda (A1), Aroma (A2), Francebakery (A3), Valetine (A4) dan Sayangku (A5). Dalam penelitian ini ada 5 kriteria yang mendukung tujuan penelitian yaitu: pelayanan(C1), tekstur(C2), cita rasa(C3), harga(C4) dan lokasi(C5). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dan memberikan kuesioner/angket kepada 250 konsumen. Hasil dari angket diolah dan dihitung menggunakan metode SMART. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh ganda (A1) peringkat pertama dengan nilai akhir 0.8835, francebakery (A3) peringkat 2 dengan nilai akhir 0.5530 dan sayangku (A5) peringkat ketiga dengan nilai akhir 0,45. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada konsumen dalam merekomendasikan dan memilih toko roti terbaik di kota pematangsiantar. Bakery is a place frequented by people as a place to buy bread to be given as a gift or food. The number of bakeries that are open in Pematangsiantar city makes consumers confused and need accurate information to decide to visit a bakery that suits their needs. Moreover, every bakery provides and offers their best products to consumers. The method used in decision making is the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) because SMART is a method in making multi-attribute decisions. This system can provide recommendations for bakeries that are in accordance with the expectations of consumers to be considered in choosing the right bakery, especially in pematangsiantar city where there are 5 bakeries namely: Double (A1), Aroma (A2), Francebakery (A3), Valetine ( A4) and My darling (A5). In this study there are 5 criteria that support the research objectives, namely: service (C1), texture (C2), taste (C3), price (C4) and location (C5). The research data was obtained by interviewing and giving questionnaires / questionnaires to 250 consumers. The results of the questionnaire were processed and calculated using the SMART method. Untuk menentukan kualitas varietas padi sangat tepat diterapakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam proses pemberian solusi atau alternatif terbaik. Dalam SPK hasil yang ditampilkan berupa bentuk peringkat. Banyak metode SPK yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan suatu keputusan dalam suatu permasalahan multicriteria atau banyak kriteria, dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode SMART dan TOPSIS. Kedua metode ini akan dikombinasikan sehingga menghasilkan alternatif terbaik untuk menentukan kualitas varietas padi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari nilai normalisasi matriks untuk setiap kriteria menggunakan metode SMART kemudian dilanjutkan menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk mencari hasil perangkingan kualitas varietas padi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 18 jenis varietas padi dan 5 kriteria yang paling memperngaruhi kualitas varietas padi. Dalam setiap kriteria memiliki boobt yang menggambarkan seberapa penting kriteria tersebut dibandingkan dengan kriteria yang lain. Pembobotan ini digunakan untuk menilai setiap altenatif agar memperoleh alternatif terbaik. OSPF routing is needed to connect all routers in the network that using VPN. OSPF routing on VPN networks can connect several buildings to different locations with one network. This research produces a network scheme prototype that connects two locations separated by long distances, but can be connected both real and virtually. ABSTRAK Akses terhadap sebuah jaringan lokal yang bersifat terbatas untuk pihak tertentu dapat dilakukan dari jaringan publik dengan memanfaatkan Virtual Private Network (VPN). Akses tersebut dilakukan melalui internet dengan memanfaatkan VPN. Hal itu membuat pengguna bisa memanfaatkan semua resourcesjaringan lokal yang dapat diakses tanpa batasan waktu dan lokasi. OSPF routing diperlukan untuk menghubungkan semua router dalam jaringan yang menggunakan VPN. OSPF routing pada jaringan VPN bisa saling mengkoneksikan beberapa gedung di lokasi yang berbeda dengan satu jaringan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe skema jaringan yang menghubungkan dua lokasi yang dipisahkan oleh jarak yang jauh, namun dapat terhubung baik secara nyata maupun secara virtual.
