One of the important factors influencing the success of fish cultivation is the aspect of water quality in the pond which is illustrated by several physical parameters such as temperature, degree of acidity (pH) and turbidity of the water. The use of water for cultivation must always be maintained at turbidity level, the impact of turbid water causes disruption to the physical growth of the fish and even death. Due to the limitations of humans who cannot monitor ponds 24 hours, a system is created that can monitor and control water quality in real time. To get good water quality for cultivation, the authors make this system using a turbidity sensor to detect water turbidity, a pH sensor to detect the acidity of the water and a temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the water on the pond. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires with 50 respondents as research samples. The results showed that the process of network formation occurred because of interpersonal contact between actors, the experiences of being a successful team and relationships history between actors. The network structure formed was closed with a high level of communication density that is 0,976. It was meant that all actors made communication each other intensively. The actor who became the network booster was actor id#02 which always appears in every click that was formed. Tri Jaya Motor merupakan sebuah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dibidang penjualan spare part berbagai jenis motor dan saat ini sedang membutuhkan suatu penilaian untuk memilih karyawannya yang terbaik untuk diberikan sebuah reward dan menetukan besarnya tunjangan bonus tahunan, karena saat ini dalam penilaian karyawannya hanya ditentukan berdasarkan satu kriteria saja yaitu hanya menilai dari kecepatan karyawan tersebut dalam bekerja, tanpa mempertimbangkan kriteria lain. Tujuan penelitian ini membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan dan menilai karyawan terbaik dengan menggunakan suatu metode dan untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan proses suatu penilain dengan mengkombinasikan algoritma C.45 dan profile matching dalam proses penilaian karyawan serta untuk memilih karyawan terbaik. Hasil penilitian ini terdapat tiga alternatif karyawan dan yang terpilih karyawan K1, K11, K15 dan ketiga karyawan tersebut berhak menerima reward yang ditawarkan perusahaan. Dengan mengkombinasikan algoritma c.45 dan profile matching, untuk algoritma C.45 yang akan dijadikan kriteria utama yaitu loyalitas dan nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai root pada pohon keputusan sedangkan profile matching akan menghasilkan perengkingan dari alternatif.
