<text>Jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba (Roxb.) Miq) is one type of forest plants that have very rapid growth until the process of the harvest. One inhibitor is a disease that attacks the leaves in the form of spots and blight that can cause death during the growth process of this tree. The purpose of this process is to detect the object of diseases that attack the leaves of jabon at the time in the nursery. Images of affected jabon leaf disease segmented by reducing the RGB color cylinders to separate the disease object from the background. Reduced channel G-R provides information in the form of disease areas contained in the image of Jabon leaf. Furthermore, the characteristics of leaf disease can be detected well using DWT in the 3-level decomposition process with SVM classification results that can separate both classes of spots and blight by 84.672%. </text>

This device is a glasses specially for blind person which gives information in the form of voices through an earphone if there is an obstacle in the range of 0–58 cm. The device is using PING ultrasonic sensor, ATMEGA8535 microcontroller, and ISD25120 for recording and saving the voices. After designing and making the device, we tested the device to take the data. We use three PING ultrasonic sensors which are put at the sides of the glasses. The device will give eight different kinds of voices through the earphone. The voices depend upon the output of the PING ultrasonic sensors. </text>

<text>This paper considers power domain based multiple access (PDMA)
in cognitive radio network to serve numerous users who intend to multiple access to core network. In particular, we investigate the effect of signal combination scheme equipped at PDMA end-users as existence of direct link and relay link. This system model using relay scheme provides performance improvement on the outage probability of two PDMA end-users. We first propose a simple scheme of fixed power allocation to PDMA users who exhibit performance gap and fairness. Inspired by PDMA strategy, we then find signal to noise ratio (SNR) to detect separated signal for each user. In addition, the exact expressions of outage probability are derived in assumption that receiver can cancel out the interference completely with successive interference cancellation (SIC). By exploiting theoretical and simulation results, both considered combination schemes (Maximal Ratio Combining (MRC) and Selection Combining (SC) can achieve improved performance of two PDMA users significantly. </text>

<text>Disruptive technologies, which are caused by the cellular evolution including the Internet of Things (IoT), have significantly contributed data traffic to the mobile telecommunication network in the era of Industry 4.0. These technologies cause erroneous predictions prompting mobile operators to upgrade their network, which leads to revenue loss. Besides, the inaccuracy of network prediction also creates a bottleneck problem that affects the performance of the telecommunication network, especially on the mobile backhaul. We propose a new technique to predict more accurate data traffic. This research used a univariate Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model combined with a new disruptive formula. Another model, called a disruptive formula, uses a judgmental approach based on four variables:
Political, Economic, Social, Technological (PEST), cost, time to market, and market share. The disruptive formula amplifies the ARIMA calculation as a new combination formula from the judgmental and statistical approach. The results show that the disruptive formula combined with the ARIMA model has a low error in mobile data forecasting compared to the conventional ARIMA. The conventional ARIMA shows the average mobile data traffic to be 49.19 Mb/s and 156.93 Mb/s for the 3G and 4G, respectively; whereas the ARIMA with disruptive formula shows more optimized traffic, reaching 56.72 Mb/s and 199.73 Mb/s. The higher values in the ARIMA with disruptive formula are closest to the prediction of the mobile data forecast. This result suggests that the combination of statistical and computational approach provide more accurate prediction method for the mobile backhaul networks. </text>

(NOMA) in which the relay selection (RS) scheme is enabled for cooperative networks. In particular, we investigate impact of the number of relays on system performance in term of outage probability. The main factors affecting on cooperative NOMA performance are fixed power allocations coefficients and the number of relay. This paper also indicate performance gap of the outage probabilities among two users the context of NOMA. To exhibit the exactness of derived formula, we match related results between simulation and analytical methods. Numerical results confirms that cooperative NOMA networks benefit from increasing the number of relay. </text>

<text>Readiness and usability issues are important attributes of an information system (IS) success. Currently, IS studies that have been assessing the issues in suburban areas are still limited. The purpose of this study was to measure the above-mentioned phenomena by combining the readiness and usability models. The proposed model consisted out 10 constructs with 25 indicators. The four constructs were from the readiness model and the six ones were the usability model. The 89 samples were collected using an online survey based on purposive random sampling. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.2.8 was used for analyzing the data. The findings may have contributed to the IS research field, in terms of the readiness and usability issues on the IS use in a suburban area in Indonesia. </text>

<text>This paper presents, new compact and multiband frequency reconfigurable planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA). The antenna is designed and optimized to cover mobile application devices like GPS, WLAN/Wi-Fi, WiMAX, 4G LTE, UWB, and satellite applications. The frequency reconfigurability is obtained by using only a single RF switch (PIN diode) for changing the operating frequency. The antenna dimensions are 45.6x39.6x1.6 mm3 printed on an FR-4 epoxy substrate with relative dielectric constant εr = 4.3, loss tangent tan (δ) = 0.002 and 50 Ω coaxial feed line. The proposed antenna has two patches connected by a single PIN diode. The antenna introduces nine resonant frequencies under (S11 ≤ -10 dB) which are: 0.980 GHz, 3.392 GHz, 3.924 GHz, 4.554 GHz, 5.82 GHz, 6.81 GHz, 7.305 GHz, 8 GHz and 8.105 GHz in the ON and OFF states of the PIN diode which are applicable to cover GSM900, WLAN/Wi-Fi, WiMAX, 4G LTE, UWB, and satellite systems. The obtained maximum simulated gain is 8.45 dB at 6.81 GHz. The lowest return loss is obtained to be -42 dB at 5.854 GHz. Detailed
simulation and measurement results are explored and studied in this research. The CST software is used to simulate and optimize the proposed PIFA antenna. The proposed antenna has been fabricated and produced a good agreement with the simulation results. </text>

<text>Blowfish is a block cypher algorithm used in many applications to enhance security, but it includes several drawbacks. For example, the mix between the key and data is limited. This paper presents a new modification to the Blowfish algorithm to overcome such problems realised through a multi-state operation instead of an XOR. Our proposed algorithm uses three keys in the encryption and decryption processes instead of one for controlling the variable block bits sizes (1, 2, 4, and 8) bits and for determining the state table numbers. These tables are formed from the addition in a Galois field GF (2n ) based on block bit size to increase the complexity of the proposed algorithm. Results are evaluated based on the criteria of complexity, time encryption, throughout, and histogram, and show that the original Blowfish, those modified by other scholars, and our proposed algorithm are similar in
time computation. Our algorithm is demonstrated to be the most complex compared with other well-known and modified algorithms. This increased complexity score for our proposed Blowfish makes it more resistant against attempts to break the keys.</text>

<text>In recent years, facial recognition has been a major problem in the field
of computer vision, which has attracted lots of interest in previous years
because of its use in different applications by different domains and image analysis. Which is based on the extraction of facial descriptors, it is a very important step in facial recognition. In this article, we compared robust methods (SIFT, PCA-SIFT, ASIFT and SURF) to extract relevant facial information with different facial posture variations (open and unopened mouth, glasses and no glasses, open and closed eyes). The simulation results show that the detector (SURF) is better than others at finding the similarity descriptor and calculation time. Our method is based on the normalization of vector descriptors and combined with the RANSAC algorithm to cancel outliers in order to calculate the Hessian matrix with the objective of reducing the calculation time. To validate our experience, we tested four facial images databases containing several modifications. The results of the simulation show that our method is more efficient than other detectors in terms of speed of recognition and determination of similar points between two images of the same face, one belonging to the base of the text and the other one to the base driven by different modifications. This method, which can be applied on a mobile platform to analyze the content of simple images,
for example, to detect driver fatigue, human-machine interaction,
human-robot. Using descriptors with properties important for good accuracy and real-time response.</text>

<text>In this paper, we report the benchmarking results of Hyperledger, a Distributed Ledger, which is the derivation Blockchain Technology. Method to evaluate Hyperledger in a limited infrastructure is developed. Themeasured infrastructure consists of 8 nodes with a load of up to 20000 transactions/second. Hyperledger consistently runs all evaluation, namely, for 20,000 transactions, the run time 74.30s, latency 73.40ms latency, and 257 tps. The benchmarking of Hyperledger shows better than a database system in a high workload scenario. We found that the maximum size data volume in one transaction on the Hyperledger network is around ten (10) times of MySQL. Also, the time spent on processing a single transaction in the blockchain network is 80-200 times faster than MySQL. This initial analysis can provide an overview for practitioners in making decisions about the adoption of blockchain technology in their IT systems. </text>
