<text>Robots at present are involved in many parts of life, especially mobile robots,
which are two parts, ground robots and flying robots, and the best example of
a flying robot is the drone. Path planning is a fundamental part of UAVs
because the drone follows the path that leads it to goal with obstacle avoidance.

Therefore, this paper proposes a hybrid algorithm (grey wolf optimization-
intelligent bug algorithm (GWO-IBA)) to determine the best, shortest and

without obstacles path. The hybrid algorithm was implemented and tested in
the MATLAB program on the Tri-copter model, and it gave different paths in
different environments. The paths obtained were characterized by being free
of obstacles and the shortest paths available to reach the target.</text>

<text>Nowadays, the selection of the optimum path in mobile ad hoc networks
(MANETS) is being an important issue that should be solved smartly. In this
paper, an optimal path selection method is proposed for MANET using the
Lagrange multiplier approach. The optimization problem considers the
objective function of maximizing bit rate, under the constraints of minimizing
the packet loss, and latency. The obtained simulation results show that the
proposed Lagrange optimization of rate, delay, and packet loss algorithm

(LORDP) improves the selection of optimal path in comparison to ad-hoc on-
demand distance vector protocol (AODV). We increased the performance of

the system by 10.6 Mbps for bit rate and 0.133 ms for latency.</text>

<text>Today, the wireless sensor network (WSN) plays an important role in our
daily life. In addition, it is used in many applications such as military,
medical, greenhouse, and transport. Due to the sending data between its
nodes or to the base station requires a connection link, the sensor nodes can
be exposed to the many attacks that exploit the weaknesses of the network.
One of the most important types of these attacks is the denial of service
(DoS). DoS attack exhausts the system's resources that lead the system to be
out of service. In this paper, a cyber-security algorithm is proposed for
physical level of WSN that adopts message queuing telemetry transport
(MQTT) protocol for data transmission and networking. This algorithm
predicts the DoS attacks at the first time of happening to be isolated from the
WSN. It includes three stages of detecting the attack, predicting the effects of
this attack and preventing the attacks by excluding the predicted nodes from
the WSN. We applied a type of DoS attack that is a DoS injection attack
(DoSIA) on the network protocol. The proposed algorithm is tested by
adopting three case studies to cover the most common cases of attacks. The
experiment results show the superior of the proposed algorithm in detecting
and solving the cyber-attacks.</text>

<text>The field programmable gate array (FPGA) devices are ideal solutions for
high-speed processing applications, given their flexibility, parallel processing
capability, and power efficiency. In this review paper, at first, an overview of
the key applications of FPGA-based platforms in 5G networks/systems is
presented, exploiting the improved performances offered by such devices.
FPGA-based implementations of cloud radio access network (C-RAN)
accelerators, network function virtualization (NFV)-based network slicers,
cognitive radio systems, and multiple input multiple output (MIMO) channel
characterizers are the main considered applications that can benefit from the
high processing rate, power efficiency and flexibility of FPGAs. Furthermore,
the implementations of encryption/decryption algorithms by employing the
Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+MPSoC ZCU102 FPGA platform are discussed, and

then we introduce our high-speed and lightweight implementation of the well-
known AES-128 algorithm, developed on the same FPGA platform, and

comparing it with similar solutions already published in the literature. The
comparison results indicate that our AES-128 implementation enables
efficient hardware usage for a given data-rate (up to 28.16 Gbit/s), resulting in
higher efficiency (8.64 Mbps/slice) than other considered solutions. Finally,
the applications of the ZCU102 platform for high-speed processing are
explored, such as image and signal processing, visual recognition, and
hardware resource management.</text>

<text>Land cover classification has interested recent works especially for
deforestation, urban are monitoring and agricultural land use. Traditional

classification approaches have limited accuracy especially for non-
heterogeneous land cover. Thus, using machine may improve the classification

accuracy. The presented paper deals with the land-use scene recognition on
very high-resolution remote sensing imagery. We proposed a new framework
based on semantic features, handcrafted features and machine learning
classifiers decisions. The method starts by semantic feature extraction using a
convolutional neural network. Handcraft features are also extracted based on
color and multi-resolution characteristics. Then, the classification stage is
processed by three learning machine algorithms. The final classification result
performed by majority vote algorithm. The idea behind is to take advantages
from semantic features and handcrafted features. The second scope is to use
the decision fusion to enhance the classification result. Experimentation results
show that the proposed method provides good accuracy and trustable tool for
land use image identification.</text>

<text>Wireless sensor networks (WSN) Environment is a collection of nodes that
sensing and sending data to other nodes in a large number of nodes. One of
the WSN concepts is continuous or periodic data collection, then the data
obtained can be further processed. From this process, it is possible to produce
large data, so the process of sending and storing data becomes a high load.
Data obtained from WSN nodes vary greatly, which affects on sending and
storing of data. Therefore, a study is needed to analyze WSN's ability to send
and store large amounts of data. Message query telemetry protocol (MQTT)
is used because it could save resources on communication and MongoDB
used because it does not have the concept of tables and rows, this is very
suitable for variations in data generated by WSN. In this study, it can be
concluded that the performance of MongoDB on high data amount is
acceptable, so MongoDB is highly recommended for WSN implementation.</text>

the reactive power cost function. The reactive power cost calculation is exactly
same as that in the conventional practice. The most important difference is that
instead of doing cost calculation in post-facto manner as in conventional
practice, simultaneous approach is proposed in this work. The scientificity and
suitability of the proposed simultaneous active and reactive power
methodology has been examined on standard IEEE 30 bus test system.</text>

<text>Relay selection is a new method currently used to develop and improve
cooperative wireless networks. One of the main advantages of this new
technology is that it can achieve cooperative diversity gain without installing
multiple antennas in the transmitter or receiver. Relay selection algorithms
can be used to select one node to become a relay node from a set of N
candidate relays with optimization criteria as the outage probability or frame
error rate. The selection process is preferable to operate in a distributed
fashion and offers only reasonable costs in terms of manufacturing
complexity and flexible handling over wireless cooperative networks. In this
work, different relay selection schemes are proposed to enhance the
cooperative wireless networks in terms of different approaches including: 1)
relay selection-based destination feedback scheme, 2) relay selection based a

ready-to-send/clear-to-send (RTS/CTS) messages scheme, 3) relay selection-
based identification messages (IDM) table scheme, and 4) relay selection-
based relay power consuming scheme. The experimental results via

suggested case study show that the performance of overall cooperative
network is enhanced in terms of increasing throughput, energy saving
(efficiency maximization), blocking reduction and outage reduction (PER
minimization).</text>

at 0.5 A, 0.6 A, 0.7 A, 0.8 A for 10 continuous cycle to obtain the battery with
the best characteristics. The experimental results show that all batteries have a
working voltage of 10.8-14.4 volt. The discharging current is inversely
proportional to the discharging duration. The resulting capacity has an
efficiency ranging from 80.1-81.1%. DLAB with 0.5 A discharging current
shows the best performance based on the length of duration and the average
capacity with value of 109.61 h and 6168 mAh while for the ideal performance
stability is obtained by DLAB with 0.7 A discharging current. The
electrochemical reaction produces angelsite and plattnerite phases on the
positive electrode. Meanwhile, angelsite and lead phases are formed on the
negative electrode.</text>
