the whole requirement, which upscale gradually. The proper forecasting
method need to be premeditated. The area that was grouped based on the total
of power consists of the four sub districts, namely Banda Sakti, Blang Mangat,
Muara Dua and Muara Satu. In this study the fuzzy clustering mean (FCM)
Classification was applied in determining the power demand of each area and
categorized into a cluster respectively. The data clustering divided into six
variable and five classifications of power of customer. Based on clustering step
that applied revealed for four different classification of power requirement for
future demand, the house hold electricity consumption measured for current
consumption 9,588,466 Kw/H and forecast 10,037,248 Kw/H, for Business
cluster classification measured 10,107,845 Kw/H and forecast 10,566,854
Kw/H, for industry the power measured 9,195,027 Kw/H and the forecasting
revealed 9,638,804 Kw/H, and the last analysis was applied in general cluster
classification based on measurement was recorded 9,729,048 Kw/H and
forecasted result 10,198,282 Kw/H. this method has shown the better result in

the services in the affected area. No means of communication proves to be
more dangerous as the rescue and relief operations become more difficult.
Our current research is about establishing a network in such a disaster-prone
area, which would facilitate to communicate and carry out the rescue
missions. This research project used Java to create a fire-chat application and
used it with the smartphone android system. It used Bluetooth model HC-05
linked with Arduino UNO by the SPI interface to connect Arduino with the
smartphone. The FR-model HCW69 connected with Arduino by using
UART to transceiver the message. The microstrip antenna 915 MHz
connected with the FR-model HCW69 to give us more distance. The
maximum effective range of the transceiver was 1 kilometer, to communicate
by forming a mesh network. This application is helpful in the case when the
smartphone is out of service; it (smartphone) can be communicated
connected to the other nearby users with a message.</text>

Energy and utilities with a focus on how analytics can help solve problems of
inefficiency and wastages in electricity generation, production and
distribution and how raw energy datasets can be converted into insights that
can be used by energy policy makers to make major business decisions. To
explicitly show how raw data can be turned into insights, the study deploys
the use of the Hadoop on Hortonworks’ open-source apache-Hive licensed
data warehousing framework run on a windows operating system to turn raw
datasets (in excel formats converted to .csv format) gotten from the prepaid
meters of 196,000 consumers (households and businesses) in 11 business
units of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC, Nigeria) to analyze
the distribution and consumption of power.</text>

<text>India is a country which has a cornerstone of agriculture. And as it comes to
fruit/vegetable sorting and packaging in India, human labor has been a vital
part. With manual hand picking, it is a very laborious task to classify the
quality of fruits/vegetables and simultaneously pack them. One leading-edge
technology for the fulfilment of this purpose is ‘Image Processing’ technology
which is extremely fast and cost-efficient. Our whole idea revolves around the
fact that each fruit will be inspected, sort and simultaneously packed. For the
same, a low cost automated mechatronic system has designed consisting of a
solitary mechanical arrangement, which is controlled and synchronized
through electronic components. Fruits/vegetables are sorted as high-quality
and low-quality on the basis of physical appearance and weight. For this, a
suitable algorithm is designed using the Open CV library. And the sorting is
done using Arduino Uno and Raspberry pi. Hence the aim is to develop a
sorting and packaging facility that can be established at the very root level
itself which will be economically compact and accurate and will give more
justice to farmers.</text>

<text>“Cloud computing” is a new technology that revolutionized the world of
communications and information technologies. It collects a large number of
possibilities, facilities, and developments, and uses the combining of various
earlier inventions into something new and compelling. Despite all features of
cloud computing, it faces big challenges in preserving data confidentiality
and privacy. It has been subjected to numerous attacks and security breaches
that have prompted people to hesitate to adopt it. This article provided
comprehensive literature on the cloud computing concepts with a primary
focus on the cloud computing security field, its top threats, and the protection
against each one of them. Data security/privacy in the cloud environment is
also discussed and homomorphic encryption (HE) was highlighted as a
popular technique used to preserve the privacy of sensitive data in many
applications of cloud computing. The article aimed to provide an adequate
overview of both researchers and practitioners already working in the field of
cloud computing security, and for those new in the field who are not yet fully
equipped to understand the detailed and complex technical aspects of cloud
computing.</text>

<text>The demand for high steady state network traffic utilization is growing
exponentially. Therefore, traffic forecasting has become essential for
powering greedy application and services such as the internet of things
(IoT) and Big data for 5G networks for better resource planning, allocation,
and optimization. The accuracy of forecasting modeling has become
crucial for fundamental network operations such as routing management,
congestion management, and to guarantee quality of service overall. In this
paper, a hybrid network forecast model was analyzed; the model combines
a non-linear auto regressive neural network (NARNN) and various
smoothing techniques, namely, local regression (LOESS), moving
average, locally weighted scatterplot smoothing (LOWESS), the Sgolay
filter, Robyn loess (RLOESS), and robust locally weighted scatterplot
smoothing (RLOWESS). The effects of applying smoothing techniques
with varied smoothing windows were shown and the performance of the
hybrid NARNN and smoothing techniques discussed. The results show
that the hybrid model can effectively be used to enhance forecasting
performance in terms of forecasting accuracy, with the assistance of the
smoothing techniques, which minimized data losses. In this work, root
mean square error (RMSE) is used as performance measures and the results
were verified via statistical significance tests.</text>

<text>Organizations in this era can't be separated from information technology,
especially in communication and information sharing. The existence of
information technology, especially computer networks, greatly facilitates
agencies in terms of communication. Organizations that have used computer
networks generally don’t have tools to handle security and bandwidth
management issues in large numbers, resulting in wasteful use of bandwidth
for unproductive purposes, such as accessing video streaming. The fact is
professional tools to overcome the problem of security and bandwidth
management issues are already in the market, but have hundreds of millions of
priced. The high price of professional devices gave an opportunity to develop
a bandwidth management system based on the integration of the remote
authentication dial in user service (RADIUS) server and Mikrotik
RouterBoard, at a lower cost. RADIUS server was chosen as a service for
network security, because it supports the legal authentication for users via
AAA protocol. The RADIUS server can be integrated with MySQL database,
it can be developed SSO systems. Bandwidth management can be done with
Mikrotik feature, but has the disadvantages of scalable storage, that problem
can overcome by integrating Mikrotik and RADIUS server, then defining time
doing data packet quota for the client and its implementation can help with
hypertext preprocessor (PHP) scripts.</text>

dynamo system, its signal plots and important dynamic properties. Then a
circuit design using Multisim is carried out for the Rikitake dynamo system.
New synchronous quasi-sliding mode control (QSMC) for Rikitake chaotic
system is studied in this paper. Furthermore, the selection on switching
surface and the existence of QSMC scheme is also designed in this paper.
The efficiency of the QSMC scheme is illustrated with MATLAB plots.</text>

at 0.5 A, 0.6 A, 0.7 A, 0.8 A for 10 continuous cycle to obtain the battery with
the best characteristics. The experimental results show that all batteries have a
working voltage of 10.8-14.4 volt. The discharging current is inversely
proportional to the discharging duration. The resulting capacity has an
efficiency ranging from 80.1-81.1%. DLAB with 0.5 A discharging current
shows the best performance based on the length of duration and the average
capacity with value of 109.61 h and 6168 mAh while for the ideal performance
stability is obtained by DLAB with 0.7 A discharging current. The
electrochemical reaction produces angelsite and plattnerite phases on the
positive electrode. Meanwhile, angelsite and lead phases are formed on the
