The temperature rise of the sample was observed by thermograph until the electrical breakdown using direct current ramp voltage. The conduction current of low-density poly ethylene film was also measured, and the result was then correlated with thermograph measurement. Meanwhile, the space charge distribution in a sample was measured by the pulse electro-acoustic method. From the thermograph, the result can be seen that under the heavy water absorption, the sample was more dissipated than the dry condition. Furthermore, the pulse electric acoustic show that increases the charge injection to the sample in the heavy water absorption. In this article, we propose an electrical energy conditioning scheme for the Formic acid fuel cell (direct formic acid fuel cell or DFAFC). This fuel cell was selected for its high performance, and low cost in low and medium power applications. The proposed system consists of a direct current-direct current (DC-DC) regulator supported by a power converter controlled by a Cortex-M3 ARM processor. This CPU is used to propagate a static neural network trained with the non-linear dynamics of the power converter. The power circuit is modeled and simulated to produce the training parameters. The neural network is trained externally and runs off- line on the processor. The results show not only the regulation capacity of the control scheme but also its response speed to sudden changes in the load. To achieve this task, a hybrid decision-making algorithm is designed that combines analytical hierarchy process (AHP) algorithms and adjusts the weights of each channel parameter, using a priority table. The Elimination Et Choix Tranduisant La Realité (ELECTRE) algorithm processes the information from each channel through a weight matrix and then delivers the most favorable result for the transmitted data. This technique has met great attention from academic and industrial fields because of its extensive use in detecting the identity of individuals for monitoring systems, security and many other practical fields. In this paper, an effective method of face recognition was proposed. Ten person's faces images were selected from ORL dataset, for each person (42) image with total of (420) images as dataset. Features are extracted using principle component analysis PCA to reduce the dimensionality of the face images. Four models where created, the first one was trained using feed forward back propagation learning (FFBBL) with 40 features, the second was trained using 50 features with FFBBL, the third and fourth models were trained using the same features but using Elman neural network. For each person (24) image used as training set for the neural networks, while the remaining images used as testing set. The results showed that the proposed method was effective and highly accurate. FFBBL give accuracy of (98.33, 98.80) with (40, 50) features respectively, while Elman gives (98.33, 95.14) for with (40, 50) features respectively. This system type can be useful in different other fields of industrial works and defense where dangerous and delicate task can be done remotely without actual touch. Xbee shield is used to allow a hand glove flex sensor to communicate with the robotic arm using Zigbee wirelessly. Zigbee here is based on Xbee module from Max stream that can be communicate outdoor for 300 feet with the line of sight and indoor for 100 feet. Proportional, integral and derivative (PID) controller used in the proposed system to achieve smooth movement of limbs. The desired signal comes from flex sensor that connected to each limb. Kalman estimator proposed to find current state of each limb. In order to get better performance, particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used.
