chip white LEDs (MCW-LEDs)) are an advanced lighitng solution with

much potential for improvement in the lighting industry. However, to further
the applicacations and quality of white light emitting diodes (WLEDs)
greater achivements must be found, thus, this paper focus on improving the
color uniformity and luminous flux with green phosphor Ca2La2BO6.5:Pb2+.
The results, which were measured through experiments conducted in WLEDs
with average correlated color temperature from 6600–7700 K, show
enhancements in color uniformity and luminous efficacy. In particular, the
growing trend in the concentration of green phosphor Ca2La2BO6.5:Pb2+
results better color uniformity and lumnous flux, although the color quality
scale (CQS) suffers a small decline. Therefore, it is confirmed that the
Ca2La2BO6.5:Pb2+ phosphor is suitable in manufacturing WLEDs that focus
on the color uniformity and luminous flux.</text>

<text>This study proposes a dual-layer remote phosphor structure, comprised of a
green or a red phosphor layer and a yellow YAG:Ce3+ phosphor layer, to
enhance color rendering index (CRI) and color quality scale (CQS) of white
light-emitting diodes (WLEDs). The phosphors used in this study are green
phosphor YAl3B4O12:Ce3+,Mn2+ and red phosphor Ca5B2SiO10:Eu3+. Besides,
the applied WLED structure has the color temperature of 8500 K. The study
demonstrates the idea of placing a green phosphor YAl3B4O12:Ce3+,Mn2+ or a
red Ca5B2SiO10:Eu3+ phosphor layer on the yellow phosphor YAG:Ce3+ one.
After that, the suitable concentration of Ca5B2SiO10:Eu3+ resulting in the
highest color quality is determined. The obtained results showed that
Ca5B2SiO10:Eu3+ is advantageous to CRI and CQS. Particularly, the values of
CRI and CQS increased following the growth of Ca5B2SiO10:Eu3+
concentration, due to the rise in red light components inside WLED’s
packages. Meanwhile, the luminous flux is benefited by the added green
YAl3B4O12:Ce3+,Mn2+ phosphor. However, there are decreases in lumen
output and color quality when the concentrations of Ca5B2SiO10:Eu3+ and
YAl3B4O12:Ce3+,Mn2+ rise over the corresponding levels. This result is
proved via using Mie-scattering theory and Lambert-Beer's law. In short, the
findings of the research paper are valuable references for high-light-quality
WLEDs fabrication.</text>

<text>Over the years, electronic mail (e-mail) has been the target of several
malicious attacks. Phishing is one of the most recognizable forms of
manipulation aimed at e-mail users and usually, employs social engineering
to trick innocent users into supplying sensitive information into an imposter
website. Attacks from phishing emails can result in the exposure of
confidential information, financial loss, data misuse, and others. This paper
presents the implementation of a maximum entropy (ME) classification
method for an efficient approach to the identification of phishing emails. Our
result showed that maximum entropy with parsimonious feature space gives
a better classification precision than both the Naïve Bayes and support vector
machine (SVM).</text>

similarity of their spatial and non-spatial characteristics, to efficiency and
effectiveness Therefore, this study describes the re-grouping of the twelve
island clusters established by the provincial government of Maluku into more
homogeneous classes. The re-grouping was carried out based on the
biophysical conditions of the regions, therefore, it could be used as the basis
for determining the forest management units. The results showed that the
twelve designated island clusters could be simplified to eight more
homogeneous island clusters with 86.4% accuracy and 82.2 validation. It also
showed that there were thirteen significant changes in the grouping of clusters
of the island, including the horticultural crop area (Bf) and horticultural crop
production (E). Moreover, when the island cluster is reclassified into 5 classes,
the grouping would be more accurate, with 94.9% accuracy and 92.4%
validation. This study concludes that there are two dominant factors in the
classification of the island cluster in Maluku province namely, biophysical and
social.</text>

<text>In this paper, we proposed and investigated the amplifier-and-forward (AF)
time switching relaying half-duplex with impact the eavesdropper. In this
system model, the source (S) and the destination (D) communicate with each
other via a helping of the relay (R) in the presence of the eavesdropper (E).
The R harvests energy from the S and uses this energy for information
transferring to the D. For deriving the system performance, the lower and
upper bound system intercept probability (IP) is proposed and demonstrated.
Furthermore, the Monte Carlo simulation is provided to justify the correctness
of the mathematical, analytical expression of the lower and upper bound IP.
The results show that the analytical and the simulation curves are the same in
connection with the primary system parameters.</text>

<text>Filter bank multi-carrier (FBMC) modulation in the visible light
communication (VLC) system is one of the most promising modulation
systems in optical wireless communications (OWC), especially in 5G and 6G
future applications. FBMC has a wide bandwidth compared to other
modulation systems. One of the highest degree essential conditions for
utilising the signal in VLC is that the signal is real positive, the signal is
agreeable with intensity modulation/direct detection (IM/DD), where
Hermitian symmetry (H.S) is utilised to get a real signal (RE) and to be
unipolar direct current (DC)-bias is used. Here the challenge arises as this
method increases complicating, due to the modulation of the N number of
frequency symbols, these symbols need 2N inverse fast fourier transform
(IFFT) and fast fourier transform (FFT), in addition to energy consumption.
This research focused on the time domain and not the frequency domain by
using the traditional complex FBMC generation signal, and to obtain the RE
signal by placing the RE signal side by side with the imaginary signal (IMs)
in a row, and then using new Flip-FBMC technology, which saves more
energy. The proposed technologies provide approximately 57% of the
number of IFFT/FFT. The use of Flip-FBMC technology consumes less
energy than traditional technologies with better bit error rate (BER)
performance.</text>

<text>Modern technology is essential for all healthy, economic, and educational
sectors. Using modern technology involves high-performance networks in
terms of quality of service (QoS) parameters such as delay, throughput,
bandwidth, and security. A campus network involves wire and the wireless
environment with and without virtual local area network (VLAN) technology
has been simulated using optimized network engineering tools (OPNET).
The simulation model includes four scenarios that involve heavy-loaded File
transfer protocol (FTP) and web browsing applications with two logical
groups of users. The simulation results show that the VLAN overcome LAN
networks in terms of bandwidth and security. This has been done by reducing
the throughput in both sending and receiving levels to the confidential
servers. The VLAN has also reduced the broadcast domain which results in a
high-power efficiency. Moreover, the VLAN network technology has been
proved to have lower values of delay in transferring files and packets than
LAN network technology. In addition, VLAN technology generally has been
decreased values of throughput regardless of the way of connection between
servers and workstations. This, in turn, allows taking advantage of wireless
connection features in terms of flexibility of installation and speed of
configuration.</text>

<text>Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread throughout the world. The
detection of this disease is usually carried out using the reverse transcriptase
polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) swab test. However, limited resources
became an obstacle to carrying out the massive test. To solve this problem,
computerized tomography (CT) scan images are used as one of the solutions
to detect the sufferer. This technique has been used by researchers but mostly
using classifiers that required high resources, such as convolutional neural
network (CNN). In this study, we proposed a way to classify the CT scan
images by using the more efficient classifier, k-nearest neighbors (KNN), for
images that are processed using a combination of these feature extraction
methods, Haralick, histogram, and local binary pattern (LBP). Genetic
algorithm is also used for feature selection. The results showed that the
proposed method was able to improve KNN performance, with the best
accuracy of 93.30% for the combination of Haralick and local binary pattern
feature extraction, and the best area under the curve (AUC) for the
combination of Haralick, histogram, and local binary pattern with a value of
0.948. The best accuracy of our models also outperforms CNN by a 4.3%
margin.</text>

<text>Telemedicine applications allow the patient and doctor to communicate with
each other through network services. Several medical image compression
techniques have been suggested by researchers in the past years. This review
paper offers a comparison of the algorithms and the performance by
analysing three factors that influence the choice of compression algorithm,
which are image quality, compression ratio, and compression speed. The
results of previous research have shown that there is a need for effective
algorithms for medical imaging without data loss, which is why the lossless
compression process is used to compress medical records. Lossless
compression, however, has minimal compression ratio efficiency. The way to
get the optimum compression ratio is by segmentation of the image into
region of interest (ROI) and non-ROI zones, where the power and time
needed can be minimised due to the smaller scale. Recently, several
researchers have been attempting to create hybrid compression algorithms by
integrating different compression techniques to increase the efficiency of
compression algorithms.</text>
