<text>A novel series fed dual band stacked microstrip patch antenna (SMPA) offering circular polarization (CP) over wide beam is proposed for Indian
regional navigation satellite system (IRNSS). The antenna is designed to function at far apart dual frequencies 1.176 GHz (L5 band) and 2.492 GHz
(S band) intended for the receiver terminals of IRNSS system. The dual band performance with large frequency ratio (about 1:2.1) has been obtained by two stacked patches with an air layer between them. The square notches at the corners along the diagonal of lower square patch, one sided corner truncation along the diagonal of upper square patch and feeding along central axis is used to obtain CP (with axial ratio < 2) at both the operating bands. The square patches are excited with novel series feed technique. The proposed novel antenna has been designed, simulated and developed to meet the stringent design requirements for IRNSS navigation system. The
antenna has achieved an impedance bandwidth of 2.6% and 2.2% at L5 and S band frequency respectively. It possesses positive gain beamwidth of 120◦and 3 dB axial ratio beamwidth of 120◦
and 60◦at L5 and S band frequencies
respectively </text>

<text>The article describes a large scale of rectangular light source design comprised of six different types of high-power light emitting diodes (LEDs).
The new modular based on the LED solar simulator with the greatest size using the symmetrical LED positioning method. The experiment provided
the irradiation of the solar simulator in the class AAA over 416 cm2 . The rectangular LED module illustrated the uniform distribution of the
irradiance across the sample plane area. It reached the class A of air mass 1.5 for global spectrum (AM1.5G) (1000 W/m2 ) covering the 400 nm to 1100 nm wavelength range. The proposed system offered a spectral match of 100%, the temporal instability equivalent to 0.611%, and a non-uniformity of irradiance less than 2%. When the proposed solar simulator was tested in solar cell characteristics under standard test conditions, it was found that the short circuit current error between the sample solar cell under our solar
simulator and the standard solar simulator was less than 0.538%.This proposed design is, therefore, an interesting design that can be applied easily and economically further for large scale solar simulators with its modular system.</text>

<text>This paper proposes two attenuation factors (AF’s) to improve the performance of the soft-output Viterbi algorithm (SOVA) as well as to enhance the early termination mechanism in turbo decoding. The mean
square difference between the systematic bipolar coded symbols and the
a-posteriori information is used to estimate the first AF. The second AF is computed online for each iteration based on the correlation coefficient
between the extrinsic and a-priori information instead of intrinsic information as customary to calculate in literature. The second factor is used
in the early termination (ET) scheme which is practically useful to terminate iterations when there is no significant improvement is achieved. In addition, a method for offline computing the AF’s that cover a specific range of signal-to-noise power ratio is provided which results in a reduction of
utilization and latency estimates with a shallow degradation in performance. The results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the previous related works by about 0.2 dB at bit error rate (BER) of 10-5 using interleaver depth of 512 and reducing the average number of iterations (ANI) by about 3 iterations.</text>

<text>Most haematological diseases can be diagnosed using the morphological analysis of the microscopic blood image. The basic routine of the morphological analysis can be performed using the microscopic device which requires the skills and experiences of the haematologists. An inexperienced haematologist can lead to critical human errors. Therefore, this paper aims to propose an automated classification system used to
classify different types of leukocytes based on the convolution neural network (CNN) algorithm. CNN has achieved robust performance in various
fields especially in medical applications. A dataset of microscopic blood cells images of the conforming tags (basophil, eosinophil, erythroblast, lymphocyte, monocyte, neutrophil, and platelet) was used to train and test the proposed algorithm. The augmentation and deep transfer approaches
were used to improve and enhance the performance of the CNN algorithm. The overall accuracy of the proposed classifier was 98% with Visual Geometry Group-19 (VGG-19). The obtained accuracy was higher than the state-of-art algorithms. To conclude that using the augmentation and deep transfer approaches with VGG-19 can obtain better classification results.</text>

<text>Dielectric characterization is very essential before the material can be utilized in designing microwave networks. Circular cylindrical resonators have been widely used for material characterization, but it is not a preferable design during the measurement of liquid samples as the sample placement requires repetitive process of opening and closing the lid of the cavity. This repetition procedure easily affects the accuracy of measurement and may lead to a measurement error. In this study, a rapid and less measurement procedure of liquid material characterization is proposed. The proposed
rectangular resonator design is far more convenient and easier to handle as it does not require complex sample preparation. Considering electric field
leakage, a hole is designed at the top of the cavity to ease the inserting process of sample. A 5-GHz prototype of a rectangular resonator is designed
and fabricated to measure a liquid sample. Complex scattering parameters are measured using a vector network analyzer before the dielectric properties
are estimated using an inverse technique. The dielectric properties of distilled water are measured to demonstrate the practicality of the proposed measurement technique. As a result, the measured dielectric properties of distilled water show a reasonable agreement with the values from other literature.</text>

ROV controller. The vehicle is used for exploration, investigation or inspection of underwater environment as a replacement of human due to
human limitation. It can dive deeper than human and can be manoeuvred into hazard environment. In this paper, the basic development and
classification of ROV is discussed. The modelling of ROV, manoeuvrability and controller designed by researchers since 1990 also being discussed. It is
expected that this paper will help readers in doing research on the controller of ROV.</text>

<text>The soon to be deployed 5G systems are expected to cater an agglomerate of services at profuse data rates wirelessly. Radio over fiber (RoF) networks
are the most suitable to implement such systems. In situations where the practical implementation of RoF systems are non-viable, radio over free
space optical (RoFSO) links can be employed. The traditional wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) technology can be incorporated to multiply
the data rates. However, the link performance may be degraded due to various atmospheric factors. This can be compensated using multiple input
multiple output (MIMO) techniques. In this paper, the performance analysis of such a WDM RoFSO link for 5G frequencies is carried out. The work
also presents quantitative performance comparison between single input single output (SISO) and MIMO RoFSO links for 5G systems which will
be useful for researchers in this area. It is observed that, while WDM provides additional data capacity, it degrades the link performance under adverse weather conditions which can be counterbalanced using MIMO techniques </text>

<text>Remote sensing is an advanced technique that can be used to detect hydrocarbons on land, and its advantages include rapid and low-cost detection. The detection of hydrocarbons on the surface is essential for environmental monitoring and the purpose of exploration. For oil and gas companies, the ability to locate hydrocarbon spill sites is important information for the success of future exploration wells. This study aimed to determine the quantities of hydrocarbons mixed with the soil as an indicator of its accumulation in the subsurface. In this paper, temperature data
obtained from the landsat-8 satellite were used to determine the extent of the oil spill in the area using spatial interpolation and gradient techniques.
Kriging interpolation is based on statistical models (i.e. including auto-correlation) geostatistical techniques can produce a forecast surface and
also provide accurate forecasts. The results showed that there are 60 sites of thermal anomalies and temperature values are lowest and highest 23.2 oC to 91.11 oC, in the study area. Three different sites were chosen in terms of area and effect. They are located in the northern and southern Rumaila and
Zubair fields. The location of the oil spills was determined with high accuracy after identifying the anomalies. </text>

<text>Some large companies have difficulty in providing products even though the products are still available in the warehouse. Based on these problems,a solution is needed in managing cosmetic products and can find the right strategy so that it can increase business in the field of sales and improve sales services by using algorithms in data mining that can overcome these problems, such as clustering techniques that use the K-means clustering algorithm as a way to measure proximity data between cosmetic products based on transactions that have occurred. The specialty of the analysis of the management of cosmetic products in this study is that it produces data on
products that are not sold enough so that it can provide prevention so that the accumulation of these products does not occur. The use of K-means
clustering also makes it easier to collect cosmetic sales transaction data, can solve problems in classifying cosmetic product sales transaction data and find out which products should be in cosmetics stock so as to increase sales profits.</text>

<text>In this work we study some methods of storing data in the cloud for a given time using secret sharing technology. Such problems are especially relevant
in the context of the rapid development of the internet of things (IoT). Chips, smart cards and other physically small devices, as a rule, have significant memory limitations, so there is a need to use cloud storage as an auxiliary tool for secure data storage. We present method for secure storing data in distributed servers, provided that servers remote from each other do not collude with each other. In the paper we also consider two diferent methods for storing data using various cryptographic solutions, such as Shamir’s
secret sharing method, El Gamal scheme, diffie-hellman key distribution protocol.
