<text>Voltage dips are brief but frequent disturbances that can be defined as the most important problem affecting all electrical grids, it cannot be completely avoided and represent the main priority for the industry. This study remains part of monitoring the quality of electrical energy’s field. Its aim is to apply two approaches signals for improving the failure recognition in wind turbine conversion chain. One is based on the combination of spectral analysis of stator current by fast Fourier transform and Lissajous curves technique of grid currents. The second approach is based on the stator current analysis by discrete wavelet transform which is considered an ideal tool for this purpose due to its time-frequency localization. These defects diagnosis methods have
shown their efficiency in detection, visualization and analysis of voltage dips in order to develop a control strategy for a wind turbine requiring continuity of its service despite the presence of voltage dips. </text>

<text>Semantic extraction for images is an urgent problem and is applied in many different semantic retrieval systems. In this paper, a semantic-based image retrieval (SBIR) system is proposed based on the combination of growth partitioning tree (GP-Tree), which was built in the authors’ previous work with a self-organizing map (SOM) network and neighbor graph (called SgGP-Tree) to improve accuracy. For each query image, a similar set of images is retrieved on the SgGP-Tree, and a set of visual words is extracted relying on the classes obtained from mask region-based convolutional neural networks (R-CNN), as the basis for querying semantic of input images on ontology by simple protocol and resource description framework query language (SPARQL) query. The experiment was performed on image datasets, such as ImageCLEF and MS-COCO, with precision values of 0.898453 and 0.875467, respectively. These results are compared with related works on the same image dataset, showing the effectiveness of the methods proposed. </text>

<text>Energy consumption by sector in Malaysia is rising significantly, especially for residential and commercial sectors, and is expected to continue to increase in the upcoming years. The existing power generated from a proton-exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system may be insufficient to sustain peak load demands during peak periods in stationary residential applications. The presence of an ultra-capacitor (UC) bank would be beneficial as a support as it can supply a large burst of power. The integration of PEMFC and UC has the potential to provide an effective way to supply power demands, has better energy efficiency, and is also economically friendly. In this research, we demonstrate a proposed combined PEMFC and UC bank that operates in parallel. A novel design methodology and dynamic model for both PEMFC and UC systems as energy sources have been developed for stand-alone residential applications. The simulation results are shown in Matlab Simulink. These results are based on mathematical and dynamic models of the system being shown. </text>

<text>Telemedicine platforms have emerged as one of the most harnessed studies in recent years, especially after the spread of pandemics. Due to the epidemic, telemedicine distribution to rural or isolated areas has become an urgent need. However, there are several obstacles to providing remote medical care, the most significant of which is protecting patient data while sustaining the speed of communication between the patient and the medical staff. The significant of this study is to provides a lightweight encryption/decryption technique that uses on the internet of medical things in stance of bio-sensors and bio-actuators. This study is one of the cybersecurity approaches, such type of encryption has little effect on the speed of data transmission. The Diffie Hellman technique is used as a lightweight encryption method because it includes four encryption-keys. The efficiency of the proposed encryption method has been compared with several equivalent methods. According to experimental results, the proposed encryption method represents a lightweight and secure method which can accomplish the level of protection that required to secure medical
information despite the data’s disarray. </text>

<text>Latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) is an important probabilistic generative
model and has usually used in many domains such as text mining, retrieving information, or natural language processing domains. The posterior inference is the important problem in deciding the quality of the LDA model, but it is usually non-deterministic polynomial (NP)-hard and often intractable, especially in the worst case. For individual texts, some proposed methods such as variational Bayesian (VB), collapsed variational Bayesian (CVB), collapsed Gibb’s sampling (CGS), and online maximum a posteriori estimation (OPE) to avoid solving this problem directly, but they usually do not have any guarantee of convergence rate or quality of learned models excepting variants of OPE. Based on OPE and using the Bernoulli distribution combined, we design an algorithm namely general online maximum a posteriori estimation using two stochastic bounds (GOPE2) for solving the posterior inference problem in LDA model. It also is the NP-hard non-convex optimization problem. Via proof of theory and experimental results on the large datasets, we realize that GOPE2 is performed to develop the efficient method for learning topic models from big text collections especially massive/streaming texts, and more efficient than previous methods.</text>

<text>User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design is fundamental to the stickiness of any application. Food delivery is no exception. With the food delivery business sector on the rise during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, it is necessary for any newcomers in the market to at least match the must-have feature lists of the major players. However, Robinhood, despite having a niche in societal responsibility, is still a food delivery app that is found to lack some of the features that, in the past few months, due to the fierce competition within the food delivery space, moved down from a delighter to a must-have. In this paper, we show, through iterations of qualitative interviews, the proposed solutions consisting of features and future roadmap along with the general context of why each implementation was selected in each sprint. Through all these experiments, we learned not to go against the natural reading pattern of reading from left to right, the z pattern in the visual hierarchy, the users’ familiarity with buttons placement due to loaded external factors, and how introducing too many new features may negatively impact the usability test score. </text>

The huge of tasks comes per unit of time brought obstacles to assign each to particular server, while task assignment have needed a fast strategy to make decision. Artificial fish affect the environment through their behavior and the behavior of their peers. Creating a synthetic fish model has two parts: variables and functions which could be used for task assignment. This paper present improved fish swarm algorithm (IFSA) for task assignment to reduce the latency in cloud computing that could achieve one green computing goals. <text>Given that electronic filing is one of the earliest e-government services in Indonesia, additional research is needed to determine the antecedents of service users’ perceived net benefit. The e-government system success model by DeLone and McLean was used in this study, however trust factors were added to the government, technology, and e-government websites as antecedents. 195 individual taxpayers were sent a questionnaire including 39 statements as part of the study examination. Data were analyzed using structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of WarpPLS. This study concludes that these three antecedents determine the success of the e-government system, and thus that e-government development is the integration of trust in government, which is built by increasing its credibility in the eyes of the public, trust in technology, which can be accomplished through education, and trust in e-government websites,
which can be accomplished by consistently improving the security and
quality of government website services. </text>

<text>A wideband deltoid leaf fractal antenna is proposed for 5.8 GHz commonly used in industrial scientific and medical (ISM) and wireless local area networks (WLAN) applications. A microstrip patch antennas is designed with leaf shape radiating element. Using a leaf shape, it is possible to increase the perimeter of a design and thus reduce the overall dimensions of the antenna. A circular ring slot is made on the leaf shaped radiator, in a way that a circular disc is loaded at centre. Triangular fractal slots are made inside the circular disc to make it miniaturized. A partial ground is maintained with slot at centre. The antenna is fed by micro-strip feed. The locality and measurements of the fractal slots are varied to make the antenna radiate at 5.8 GHz with wider bandwidth (BW) of (2.26 GHz). The complete size of the antenna is 40 mm3 × 40 mm3 × 1.6 mm3 . The step-by-step implementation of the antenna and the effects of its dimensions are compared and presented using the reflection coefficient curve. The measured reflections coefficient |S11|<-10 dB maintained the operational band from (5.36 GHz − 7.62 GHz), with gain 4.2 dBi. The proposed antenna is planned
and simulated using high frequency structure simulator (HFSS). The
simulated and measured comparison showed good agreement, the designed antenna is suitable for 5.8 GHz WLAN applications with wider bandwidth requirements. </text>
