<text>On the e-learning system, student assignments are collected, but problems arise that based on observations from two classes of database courses, 73% of students make plagiarism so lecturers need to give motivation to students. Self motivate is needed by with a group of students. For this reason, using a bolzano method or bisection method will provide an overview of the development of the plagiarism trend between groups of students based on scores on similarity score that compute by PageRank algorithm used by Google. Research method is carried out by conducting preliminary observations of plagiarism scores and creating markov matrix. PageRank compute this ranking and Bolzano method find the intersection of two eigenvalues. Bolzano results the maximum and minimum values on range of intervals where each group consists of 5 students. Experiments were conducted in 3 classes of database courses. Trend analysis found that the plagiarism score averaged 54% with a gradient of 3°, this is relatively small but when spread in different groups it becomes larger and student group
have a higher plagiarism score. Results implies a way of looking student
motivation based on the plagiarism score by a small groupto motivate each other.</text>

<text>Employee attrition is one of the most significant business issues in human resource (HR) analytics. This research aims to identify the most critical elements that contribute to employee attrition. Businesses operate heavily on employee training in order to maximize the returns they will offer to the company in the future. By utilizing the employee information value concept, it has been discovered that employee features such as overtime, the total number of projects and job level have a significant impact on attrition. To find the probability of new employee attrition, various classification algorithms such as decision trees (DT) classifier, logistic regression (LR), random forests (RF), and K-means clustering are used. A comparative analysis of the models with different rating scales is carried out for the highest accuracy. For prediction, four diverse machine learning (ML) algorithms such as LR, RF, DT classifier, and k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) are used. DT classifier outperforms with 97% of accuracy than other techniques. The effects of predictive ML techniques on the employee dataset show that RF evaluation outperforms other ML techniques followed by model of LR for the specific dataset if precision is the preferred metric. Identification of HR is forecasted using ML algorithms on employee data. </text>

<text>Electronic nose (e-nose) has been developed and implemented in a wide
area, included in food industries. This study was conducted to investigate the
performance of an e-nose that utilizes a packed gas chromatography column
and a gas sensor for classification of synthetic flavor products. There were six aroma variants of synthetic flavor evaluated, namely durian, jackfruit, ambonese banana, melon, orange and lemon. The e-nose was designed with four main parts, namely aroma provider, column and detector room, microcontroller, and data acquisition system. The device was operated automatically at a stable temperature of 60 °C. Collected data consisted of ten data of each sample was preprocessed by baseline equalization and normalization, extracted its distinctive feature and then were analyzed through pattern recognition analysis. There were two kinds of methods used to analyzed the patterns of the data, namely a fuzzy c-means clustering and an artificial neural network (ANN). With the fuzzy c-means clustering, the result was six data clusters with an unbalanced number of members, indicated that this analysis could not classify samples properly. Meanwhile, analysis with the ANN could classify properly the samples with the level of accuracy of 70%. </text>

<text>Doctors and pathologists have long been concerned about determining the malignancy from cell images. This task is laborious, time-consuming and needs expertise. Due to this reason, automated systems assist pathologists in providing a second opinion to arrive at accurate decision based on cytology images. The classification of cytology images has always been a difficult challenge among the various image analysis approaches due to its extreme intricacy. The thrust for early diagnosis of cervical cancer has always fuelled the research in medical image analysis for cancer detection. In this paper, an investigative study for the classification of cytology images is proposed. The proposed study uses the discrete coefficient transform (DCT) coefficient and Haar transform coefficients as features. These features are given as a input to seven different machine learning algorithms for normal and abnormal pap smear images classification. In order to optimize the feature size, fractional coefficients are used to form the five different sizes of feature
vectors. In the proposed work, DCT transform has given the highest
classification accuracy of 81.11%. Comparing the different machine learning algorithms the overall best performance is given by the random forest classifier. </text>

<text>Given that electronic filing is one of the earliest e-government services in Indonesia, additional research is needed to determine the antecedents of service users’ perceived net benefit. The e-government system success model by DeLone and McLean was used in this study, however trust factors were added to the government, technology, and e-government websites as antecedents. 195 individual taxpayers were sent a questionnaire including 39 statements as part of the study examination. Data were analyzed using structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of WarpPLS. This study concludes that these three antecedents determine the success of the e-government system, and thus that e-government development is the integration of trust in government, which is built by increasing its credibility in the eyes of the public, trust in technology, which can be accomplished through education, and trust in e-government websites,
which can be accomplished by consistently improving the security and
quality of government website services. </text>

The huge of tasks comes per unit of time brought obstacles to assign each to particular server, while task assignment have needed a fast strategy to make decision. Artificial fish affect the environment through their behavior and the behavior of their peers. Creating a synthetic fish model has two parts: variables and functions which could be used for task assignment. This paper present improved fish swarm algorithm (IFSA) for task assignment to reduce the latency in cloud computing that could achieve one green computing goals. <text>Telemedicine platforms have emerged as one of the most harnessed studies in recent years, especially after the spread of pandemics. Due to the epidemic, telemedicine distribution to rural or isolated areas has become an urgent need. However, there are several obstacles to providing remote medical care, the most significant of which is protecting patient data while sustaining the speed of communication between the patient and the medical staff. The significant of this study is to provides a lightweight encryption/decryption technique that uses on the internet of medical things in stance of bio-sensors and bio-actuators. This study is one of the cybersecurity approaches, such type of encryption has little effect on the speed of data transmission. The Diffie Hellman technique is used as a lightweight encryption method because it includes four encryption-keys. The efficiency of the proposed encryption method has been compared with several equivalent methods. According to experimental results, the proposed encryption method represents a lightweight and secure method which can accomplish the level of protection that required to secure medical
information despite the data’s disarray. </text>

<text>Dye sensitized solar cells (DSSC) is one of the promising candidates which are efficient, low-cost, and clean hybrid molecular solar cell devices. Zinc oxide (ZnO) has been widely used as the phoanode in DSSC due to its excellent charge conduction mechanism, yet still suffers from poor cell efficiency. In this study, aluminium doped ZnO (ZnO:Al) and Ni doped ZnO (ZnO:Ni) were studied as photoanode material in DSSC using solar cell capacitance simulator (SCAPS) simulation, and the electrolyte liquid considered a single solid p-type layer as hole transporting materials. Both studied photoanodes have demonstrated better cell performance than pure ZnO photoanode due to the small amount of aluminium (Al) and nikel (Ni) impurities added have enhanced the physiochemical properties of ZnO films. A power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 3.96% was obtained at 3 mol% ZnO:Al photoanode with optimized key parameters. These simulation results proved an opportunity to improve the performance of the DSSCs via doping
engineering into the ZnO photonaode. </text>

<text>In this work, high-speed transmission over the long-haul optical channel
using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) was investigated. Furthermore, we recommend mixing polarization division multiplexing (PDM) with coherent OFDM (CO-OFDM) and quadrature amplitude modulation (16-QAM) to improve spectral efficiency (SE) while transmitting over a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system. An 800 Gb/s WDM PDM-CO-OFDM-16QAM transmission system with various channel spacing of 100 GHz, 50 GHz, and 25 GHz is examined utilizing the OptiSystem (2021) version 18.0 software package over ten spans of 60 km standard single-mode fiber (SSMF). Different channel spacing WDM systems have been compared in terms of performance and SE. The results reveal that the WDM system with 100 GHz channel spacing has a longer transmission range and needs minimal optical signal to noise ratio (OSNR) at the reception. The 25 GHz channel spacing WDM system exceeds the others in terms of SE. Further, the effect of ultra-low loss and large effective area fiber in lowering span loss and nonlinear effects for 25 GHz channel spacing WDM system is investigated. The findings show that the system performance with the new fiber outperforms the SSMF. The acceptable bit error rate (BER) for this study is 0.033 (20% concatenated forward error correction (FEC) threshold). </text>
