<text>This paper presents the design of highly efficient rectifiers that can operate
at WiFi frequencies (2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz) and match low input power.
The designed dual-band rectifiers use multi-stage dickson voltage multipliers
(DVM) (from 1 to 6 stages), and the main idea of this paper is to find the
number of stages that offers the best performance and that can be used by
applications that operate within the same constraints (operating frequencies,
input power). The efficiency and the output voltage (Vout) are the
parameters studied to analyze the designed rectifiers. The results showed
that as the number of DVM stages increased, the efficiency curves for both
frequencies shifted to the higher input power range, even when using the
same diode (SMS7630) and the same load (5 KΩ). We concluded that the
rectifier with 1-stage DVM is the most suitable to be used for low input
power at the selected frequencies since it provides an efficiency of 57.734%
at 0 dBm for 2.45 GHz and 36.225% at 1 dBm of input power for 5.8 GHz.</text>

given key are the same repeatedly. This condition will make it easier for cryptanalysts

The one-to-many encryption scheme can produce several ciphertexts with differences of

up to 50%. The avalanche effect test obtained an average of 52.20%, better than mod-

more difficult for cryptanalysts to perform cryptanalysis and require n-times longer to

<text>Diagnosis in healthcare systems relies heavily on the use of medical images.
Images such as X-rays, ultrasounds, computed tomography (CT) scans,
magnetic resonance imaging (MRIs), and other scans of the brain and other
internal organs of patients include private and personal information.
However, these images are vulnerable to unauthorized users who unlawfully
use them for non-diagnostic reasons due to the lack of security in
communication routes and the gaps in the storage systems of hospitals or

medical images from unauthorized access in addition to enhancing the
security of communication networks. In this paper, researchers offer a
lightweight cryptosystem for the secure encryption of medical images that
makes use of the present block cipher and a five-dimensional chaotic map.
More than 25 images from the open science framework (OSF) public
database of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were used
to evaluate the proposed system. DICOM stands for “digital imaging and
communications in medicine”. The efficiency of the proposed system is
proved in terms of adjacent pixels’ correlation analysis, National Institute of
Standards and Technology (NIST) analysis, mean square error, information
entropy, unified average changing intensity, peak-to-signal noise ratio,
entropy, and structure similarity index image.</text>

<text>In this study, to reduce the average symbol error rate, and improve coverage
and reliability of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to ground
communication systems. In this case, we propose a reconfigurable intelligent
surfaces (RISs) assisted for UAV to ground communication scheme, where
radio frequency (RF) signal generator sends an unmodulated carrier signal
from UAVs to the RIS. At reconfigurable intelligent surface, the RIS
modulates each signal, and RIS is as a signal generator. We carry out a
performance analysis of UAV-to-ground communication systems with
RIS-assisted and without RIS for subcarrier quadrature amplitude
modulation (SC-QAM) technique. The analytical expressions of average
symbol error rare (ASER) and average channel capacity (ACC) is derived.
From the results, it is show that with RIS assisted can effectively improve
the reliability and coverage of the UAVs to ground communication systems.</text>

<text>The advancement of satellite communication has arisen tremendously where
higher capacity communications systems are needed. Most satellite
engineers are shifting to Ka, Q, and V-band upcoming since the low
frequencies such as below 10 GHz are already congested. Actual
measurement data at millimetre-wave frequencies in tropical regions are
minimal. The prediction of rain attenuation at frequencies above 10 GHz is
required to determine a reliable fade margin. In this paper, a statistical
frequency scaling technique has been developed as an alternative way of
estimating rain attenuation. The technique was derived based on the
correlation between the attenuation ratio of a higher and lower frequency
against the attenuation at a lower frequency. The attenuations from the
proposed model were compared to the proposed frequency scaling by
International Telecommunication Union-R (ITU-R) as well as the
conventional ITU-R rain prediction model. To deliver a reliable model,
validation methods have been done using a set of data with different years
and locations in tropical regions. A dependent prediction technique with the
lowest root mean square error (RMSE) value and error was produced. This
technique is beneficial in applying suitable mitigation techniques to
moderate rain fade in tropical regions.</text>

<text>Determining congestions on intersection roads can significantly improve the
performance of a traffic light system. One of the everyday problems on our
roads nowadays is the unbalanced traffic on different roads. The blind view
of roads and the dependency on the conventional timer-based traffic light
systems can cause unnecessary delays on some arterial roads on expense of
offering a needless extra pass time on some other secondary minor roads.
In this paper, a foreground extraction model has been built in MATLAB
platform to measure the congestions on the different roads constructing an
intersection. Results show a satisfactory performance in terms of accuracy in
counting cars and in consequence reducing the wait time on some major
roads. System was tested under different weather and lighting conditions,
and results were adequately promising.</text>

reconfigurable intelligent surfeces (RISs) aided free-space optical (FSO)
communication link over moderate to strong atmospheric turbulence
channels. Among these solutions, RISs are considered as hardware technology
to improve performance of optical wireless communication systems.
Performance evaluation of systems is affected by atmospheric attenuation,
pointing errors and moderate to strong atmospheric turbulence channels for
quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) technique. Atmospheric turbulence
channel from moderate to strong is modeled using gamma-gamma
distribution. Several numerical results obtained the average symbol error rate
(ASER) performance versus beam waist radius and signal to noise ratio for
three value of pointing error displacement standard deviation. From the
results, it is show that with RIS assisted can effectively improve the
performance and link distance of the wireless communication systems.</text>

<text>In view of the fact that the development of convolutional neural networks
(CNN) and other deep learning techniques, scientists have become more
interested in the scene categorization of remotely acquired images as well as
other algorithms and datasets. The spatial geometric detail information may
be lost as the convolution layer thickness increases, which would have a
significant impact on the classification accuracy. Fusion-based techniques,
which are regarded to be a viable way to express scene features, have
recently attracted a lot of interest as a solution to this issue. Here,
we suggested a convolutional feature fusion network that makes use of
canonical correlation, which is the linear correlation between two feature
maps. Then, to improve scene classification accuracy, the deep features
extracted from various pre-trained convolutional neural networks are
efficiently fused. We thoroughly evaluated three different fused CNN
designs to achieve the best results. Finally, we used the support vector
machine for categorization (SVM). In the analysis, two real-world datasets
UC Merced and SIRI-WHU were employed, and the competitiveness of the
investigated technique was evaluated. The improved categorization accuracy
demonstrates that the fusion technique under consideration has produced
affirmative results when compared to individual networks.</text>

control for speed control. The space vector modulation (SVM) structure for
the 5-level T-type inverter to improve the control quality of the PMSM drive
system is presented. This paper aims to successfully design a state feedback
controller to control motor speed in a permanent magnet synchronous motor
drive system. Simulink results are performed with different speed ranges and
the same torque load. These results will focus on evaluating quality when the
PMSM drive operates at all speeds. MATLAB/Simulink proves the results.</text>
