BPR Mitra Daya Mandiri, persamaan regresi linier ganda yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 0.656 + 0.604X1 + 0.976X2 + 0.203X3 layak untuk menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 84.9%. Total data sebanyak 90,diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F. Penelitian menghasilkan tiga temuan sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: 1) Rasio likuiditas dengan proksi current ratio secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap potensi kebangkrutan dengan arah positif; 2) Rasio solvabilitas dengan proksi debt to equity ratio secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap potensi kebangkrutan dengan arah negatif.3) Rasio profitabilitas dengan proksi net profit margin secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap potensi kebangkrutan dengan arah positif.
