Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan PLS-SEM dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Di sisi lain, motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini konsumen yang pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi produk Alfamart di Kecamatan Rembang. Teknik sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: variabel kualitas produk dan penetapan harga berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Alfamart di Kecamatan Rembang. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,386 persen sebagaimana variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang meliputi kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan penetapan harga sebesar 38,6 persen sedangkan 61,4 persen dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Description An account of the resource Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi pengembangan ekosistem halal melalui zona KHAS (Kuliner Halal, Aman, dan Sehat) di Kawasan Lego-lego Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan gabungan (mixed methods) melalui observasi,wawancara dan FGD. Temuan penelitian antara lain, pengunjung didominasi perempuan 60% dan selebihnya 40% laki-laki.Intensitas kunjungan 60% berkunjung 1-3 kali, lebih dari 6 kali sebanyak 25% dan 4-6 kali ke lego-lego sebanyak 15%. Ketertarikan pengunjung karena suasana menarik dan kulinernya 50%, sebanyak 35% karena rekomendasi dan selebihnya 15% lokasi strategis. Tingkat kepuasan penerapan Zona KHAS sebanyak 50% menyatakan puas, 30% menyatakan cukup puas, 15% menyatakan kurang puas dan 5% menyatakan sangat puas. UMKM tenant di lego-lego (100%) mengenal Zona KHAS dari seminar (40%), media sosial (20%), keluarga dan teman (20%), media atau TV (17%), dan manajemen (7%). Secara UMKM tenant mengikuti program/kegiatan pengembangan zona KHAS melalui seminar, pelatihan sertifikasi halal, pangan halal dan pelatihan manajemen. Zona KHAS dinilai efektif (47%), sangat efektif (33%), dan kurang efektif (20%) dalam meningkatkan kualitas UMKM. Manfaat zona KHAS bagi UMKM dapat meningkatan kualitas produk kuliner halal, aman, dan sehat, meningkatkan pendapatan serta kesadaran produk branding dan promosi.
