<text>The purpose of this study was to ascertain the factors that influence accounting students' intentions to become entrepreneurs. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) served as the theoretical foundation for this investigation. Subjective norms were divided into two viewpoints in this study: injunctive norm and descriptive norm. Purposive sampling was used to select respondents for this study. The sample criteria for this study were accounting students who enrolled in an undergraduate program at universities in Yogyakarta. According to the data gathered, 213 respondents completed this research questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach in conjunction with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of this study revealed that entrepreneurial intention was positively influenced by attitude and perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, self-confidence and creativity had a positive effect on attitude. Additionally, the study's findings indicated that business environment and training had a positive effect on perceived behavioral control. Both the injunctive and descriptive norm variables showed a favorable effect on intention, but the effect was not statistically significant. This study revealed the factors that influence accounting students' intentions to become entrepreneurs, which might assist lecturers and program directors to encourage accounting students to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors.</text>

were collected from 247 e-commerce consumers in Indonesia through the distribution of online questionnaires. The PLS-SEM technique was applied to perform hypothesis testing. The results of
this study showed that eWOM credibility has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust toward e-retailers and purchase intentions, but not on perceived risk. In addition, the results showed that consumer trust toward e-retailers has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention. Moreover, while online shopping experience positively moderated the relationship between perceived risk and purchase intention, online shopping experience did not moderate the relationship between consumer trust toward e-retailers and purchase intention. The findings of this study make a significant
contribution both to business actors in e-commerce and to policymakers.</text>

Lewin's Three-Step Model and Kotter's 8 Step Change Model; formulate a policy strategy for the development of BUMDes. The research method used is mixed. The data used are qualitative data
from in-depth interviews and secondary data in one district in East Java province. Data analysis used sequential exploratory. The results of the study explain that the management changes that occur in the developing phase to the managing are first, for all BUMDes to immediately reorganize BUMDes managers by Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2021; second, the management changes that occur from the managing phase to the transformation are the need for a BUMDes consultant or assistant as a change agent to help develop BUMDes from different sides; third, the results of the SWOT analysis show that there are three main strategies needed to establish BUMDes, namely the business unit
development strategy, facilities strategy and service strategy. This research concludes that implementing change management policies is essential to developing BUMDes.</text>

<text>During the decade, the Indonesians faced many economic challenges. Whether in the form of the industrial revolution 4.0 to the COVID19 pandemic. These challenges have led to economic
transformation, starting from the agricultural, industrial, and service sectors. The success of this structural transformation is measured by the contribution of the agricultural, manufacturing, and service sectors to national income and employment. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the economic structure towards national income and employment with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Covid 19. This research is explanatory with a non-parametric correlation method. The analytical tool in this study is the Spearman correlation which is used to see changes in the transformation of the economic structure and employment in Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data from BPS Indonesia. This study divides the economic sector into 17 main sectors by BPS Indonesia. The results showed a change in the structure of the Indonesian economy, although manufacturers were
still the sector that contributed the most to Indonesia's national income. This also occurs in employment. There is a change in Indonesia’s employment structure, although the largest absorption
is still in the agricultural sector.</text>

<text>The global Islamic market may be due to the fact that the growth rate of the Muslim population is almost double that of the Christians and is expected to double in the span of four decades. These conditions make many companies currently target sales to the Muslim consumer segment to take advantage of the available opportunities. This study aims to determine the effect of halal awareness and perceived quality on Muslim millennial purchasing decisions through brand image as an intervening variable. The study used a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. The
sample used was 250 respondents from Muslim millennials throughout Indonesia who had consumed snacks. The hypothesis was tested using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the test results, it is known that halal awareness and perceived quality affect brand image and purchasing decisions. The brand image was found to mediate the variables of halal awareness and perceived quality of purchasing decisions. The implication of this research formarketers and producers of snack foods is as input in designing a more appropriate marketing strategy supported by Muslim millennial halal awareness.</text>

<text>This research is intended to formulate a conceptual framework to determine the effect of the relationship between brand personality, brand awareness, fashion consciousness, and consumer satisfaction of Muslim women on Muslim fashion product loyalty. This research method is quantitative, with data collected by an online questionnaire and a variable measurement scale applied to a Likert scale. A sample is chosen through a purposive sampling technique, with characteristics respondents of Indonesian Muslim women who have bought and or used Muslim fashion products more than 1-2 times. The number of samples collected and successfully analyzed by as many as 155 of the 163 respondents since about eight questionnaires contained missing data. The study adopts the
partial least square as a method of analysis, using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study results show that brand personality influences consumer satisfaction for Indonesian Muslim women but has no

<text>This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and education, which is thought to affect poverty. This study establishes crime as a moderating variable in fourteen districts and cities in West Kalimantan Province. The research data is panel data processed using a quantitative descriptive approach. We use a multiple regression model to seek the relationship between economic growth, education, and poverty, moderated by crime. The findings of this study illustrate that education affects poverty, while economic growth does not affect poverty. It has been discovered that crime plays an essential role in West Kalimantan to moderate economic growth into a better or worse condition of poverty. People's purchasing power and inequality in receiving benefits of growth tend to fail economic growth for reducing poverty. Also, crime has a strong relationship with education, and moderate education affects this Province's poverty. Government has to ensure a safe and conducive socio-economics condition to optimize the benefits of growth and education.</text>
