<text>This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use the service of e-commerce-based accounting information systems on Millennial MSME performance. The population in this research were all Millennial MSME actors in Medan City. The research sample comprised 46 respondents from this population using the purposive sampling method. According to the findings of this research, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs' performance, perceived ease of use has no significant effect on MSMEs' performance, attitude toward using has no significant effect on MSMEs' performance, and behavioral intention to use has no significant effect on MSMEs'
performance. However, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use all significantly impact MSMEs' performance. This research highlights
the effectiveness of MSME technology acceptance in adopting e-commerce and provides an overview of the condition of MSMEs amid technological advances, as well as empirical evidence to
carry out further guidance for MSME actors.</text>

<text>The high price of houses causes a person to not be able to buy a home. The way that someone can own a house is by taking advantage of the credit offers provided by the bank. A mcroprudential policy needed that aims to overcome financial system instability, one of which is the policy on easing the
loan-to-value (LTV) ratio for housing loans (KPR). The adjustment of LTV ratio aims to increase the potential demand for property, especially housing and household appliances, in line with an
increase in the incomes of the lower middle class, and to control risks in the property sector. This study analyzes the impact of savings, loan interest rates, property sector NPLs, and the number of housing loans before and after a LTV policy revision. The data analysis used the Paired t-test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and multiple linear regression. The study results showed that there were differences between savings, loan interest rates, property sector NPLs, and the number of mortgages before and after a LTV policy change. Savings and NPLs in the property sector have no impact on the demand for housing loans while loan interest rates and LTV policy significantly affect the demand for housing loans.</text>

<text>The dynamic of local government spending on education, health care, and infrastructure in the region shows an interesting phenomenon in the last decade. Despite the fact that budget expenditures of sub national governments have grown substantially, the pace of the human development index and the rate of economic growth have provided us different pictures. This study aims to analyze the impact of the three spending groups on the quality of human development and economic growth in Indonesia. This research used purposive sampling method to obtain data from as many as 464 districts/cities that were observed during the 2016-2018 period. Based on panel analysis, there was evidence that
health spending had a positive effect on the human development index and community welfare. By contrast, spending on education and infrastructure did not have a good effect on these two
development indicators. Based on the Sobel test, only health spending had a positive indirect effect on economic growth through the quality of human development. Meanwhile, education spending did not have a significant effect on economic growth, either directly or indirectly. Future research may develop another measurement for insfrastructure spending to provide better proxy.</text>

<text>Indonesia's foreign debt presents a dilemma for the government because, on the one hand, repayment of maturing loans has become a burden in the government budget as an expense item that must be
considered. Loans, on the other hand, are a source of government revenue that can be used to close the budget deficit. Economic variables are the focus of this research. The type of research is
associative descriptive research, with secondary data acquired from relevant institutions and agencies from 208 to 2020 and evaluated using descriptive and time series analysis. The results showed that
the Rupiah exchange rate had a significant effect on the development of Indonesia's foreign debt. This conclusion implies that the government must stabilize the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar in order to avoid the debt burden and interest payments being incurred and the occurrence of an economic crisis in the future. The public should utilize the government's jobless relief program. The higher the level of tax compliance from taxpayers, the higher state revenues and the ability to
pay debts.</text>

<text>Separate studies on the impact of internet penetration on growth and per capita income levels, inequality, and poverty levels are still being discussed. Using data from 33 Indonesian provinces
between 2008 and 2020, this paper investigates whether internet penetration modulates economic growth by reducing inequality and poverty. The Two-Way Fixed Effect (TWFE) econometric model
was used. Two findings can be concluded from this paper. First, Indonesia's economic growth remains less inclusive, as evidenced by rising per capita income, which tends to reduce poverty but
not income inequality. Second, Indonesia's economic growth tends to be less inclusive as an unintended consequence of internet penetration. Although it strengthens the effect on poverty
reduction, on the other hand, the interaction of economic growth with internet penetration tends to exacerbate income inequality. Based on these findings, the study suggests that the government should improve advanced ICT skills and lower barriers to internet adoption, particularly for the less fortunate. The internet is expected to become a tool to achieve inclusive growth through expanding a newly established middle class instead of simply the economic transformation of the poor into nonpoor households under this policy.</text>

<text>This research examines the empirical linkages among entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial skill, and entrepreneurial readiness of Islamic higher education students in Indonesia. This research also highlights the intervening role of an entrepreneurial mindset and
entrepreneurial skills in the linkages between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial readiness. This study is based on social cognitive theory. The article is a quantitative research using
a survey method. Data were collected using an online questionnaire with a sample of 310 Islamic college students in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM to identify hypotheses. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education improves the entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial skills. Surprisingly, entrepreneurship education has no direct effect on entrepreneurial readiness. Although entrepreneurship education indirectly affects entrepreneurial readiness, intervened by an entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship skills. The results showed that the entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship skills determine entrepreneurial readiness. The findings of this study are essential for Islamic higher education to provide entrepreneurship education
