<text>The declining quality of education in Indonesia has significant implications, particularly for human resource development. This study investigates the impact of sales promotion on the interest in using Brain Academy by Ruangguru, mediated through consultative selling. The research aims to determine whether sales promotions effectively increase students' interest in utilizing Brain Academy's educational services. Using associative methods and descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, the study sampled 250 high school students from a population of 6,672 in Sukabumi City, based on data from DAPODIK 2023. Data collection involved observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. Findings indicate that sales promotion significantly influences consultative selling, which in turn significantly affects students' interest in using Brain Academy. However, direct sales promotion did not significantly influence interest in use. The mediating role of consultative selling was confirmed, demonstrating its importance in effectively translating sales promotions into increased user interest. The study concludes that Brain Academy's marketing strategies should emphasize consultative selling to better address student needs and enhance the effectiveness of sales promotions. These findings provide valuable insights for educational service providers aiming to boost engagement and usage through targeted promotional efforts.</text>

<text>Market retribution is a crucial component of regional income, playing an important role in supporting development and public services. As the primary source of income from regional financial potential, market retribution in Sidoarjo Regency successfully exceeded targets from 2019 to 2023, with the exception of 2023. This success contributes to the increase in regional original income, supports the implementation of regional autonomy, and has the potential to become an additional source of income. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of market retribution revenue in Sidoarjo Regency, as well as identify challenges and strategies related to market service retribution. Using a qualitative descriptive analysis method, this study evaluates the target data and realization of market retribution revenue during the 2019-2023 period. The research findings indicate a very high level of effectiveness from 2019 to 2023, except for 2023.</text>

This type of research is quantitative research, with data collection methods using questionnaires viaGoogle Form link and distributed digitally to respondents. Theory Planned of Behavior (TPB) and Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) are used in this study. The population in this study was 1138 people. The sample selection method used was simple random sampling with a sample size of 296, and 307 respondents were found in this study. The object of this research is e-wallet user students who are currently pursuing undergraduate education at Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya, Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in accounting, class of 2018-2021. The data analysis method used is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique using the SmartPLS version 3 software analysis tool. What differentiates this research from previous research is the object of research and the time this research was conducted, where the object of this research is Mercu Buana Meruya University students majoring in accounting class 2018-2021, with the research time conducted during the pandemic. Based on the resultsof the financial literacy, perceived ease of use, and security have a significant positive effect, while perceived usefulness has no effect on impulsive buying behavior. The limitations of this study are that the scope is not too broad, where researchers only focus on one location. And for further research it is better to add other variables that are outside this research</text>

<text>Climate change affects food security because it causes a shift in the rainy or dry season, which greatly affects the pattern and timing of planting food crops. A decrease in agricultural production will trigger an increase in food prices, which in turn will lead to a decrease in household food purchasing power. Bulog, in this case as the party appointed by the government to carry out activities to maintain the Basic Purchase Price for grain, stabilize prices, especially basic prices, distribute rice for social assistance (Bansos) and manage food stocks, has several strategies to overcome this problem. This study aims to identify the impact of climate change on Indonesia's food security strategy undertaken by Bulog in 2023. The research methodology is based on secondary data that includes a literature review of, articles, e-books, open access e-journals, and previous research. The results showed the influence of climate change on the strategy of Bulog in maintaining food security despite declining production by 1) encouraging subsidiaries by Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) to increase domestic rice production, 2)building 10 rice milling centers, 7 rice processing centers to its logistics, 3) Distribution of rice assistance of 10 kg per month for low-income groups Program, 4) Stabilization of Food Price Supply (Stabilisasi Pasokan Harga Pangan), which supplies more than 1 million tons of rice at a lower price than the market price. The implication of this research is the importance of strategies to increase domestic food production, strengthen food distribution infrastructure, and pay attention to low-income groups in food assistance programs to overcome the impact of climate change on Indonesia's future food security</text>

<text>The purpose of this journal is to analyze the level of financial literacy among MSMEs in Indonesia. Through surveys and interviews, this study tries to identify the main challenges faced by MSMEs in terms of financial management and formulate strategies to improve financial literacy among MSME players. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in improving the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs. This research proposes a holistic and integrated financial literacy strategy to strengthen the financial understanding of MSME players in Indonesia. I conducted this research to explain the idea of financial literacy among MSMEs in Indonesia. This research analyzes journal publications published in the last 5 years from 2016 to 2020 using a literature review using qualitative methods and descriptive statistics. It can be drawn from several journals. In conclusion, research on financial literacy shows an increasing trend from year to year. The research was conducted through a survey of a number of MSMEs in various economic sectors. Questions in the survey covered understanding of financial concepts, cash flow management and investment. In-depth interviews were also conducted to understand the first-hand experiences of MSME players. Low Literacy Level: All micro enterprises have a minimal level of financial literacy, especially in terms of preparing financial statements and long-term financial planning. The results show that many MSMEs lack understanding of financial basics, such as the preparation of simple financial statements and debt management. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve their financial literacy. Training and workshops: Organize regular training and workshops to provide an in-depth understanding of basic financial concepts. Establish an online platform with easily accessible financial education resources for MSME players. Collaboration with Financial Institutions: Strengthen collaboration with financial institutions to provide financial guidance and solutions that suit the needs of MSMEs</text>
