<text>This research aims to assess the impact on two main aspects: profitability performance and solvency performance of construction state-owned enterprises (BUMNs). It evaluates changes in net profit and related profitability indicators, as well as changes in the debt-to-equity ratio and other solvency indicators during the assignment period. By examining these aspects, the research aims to provide a scientific perspective on how the assignment of national strategic projects affects the financial health of the assigned companies. The study utilizes a case study approach with a descriptive method, focusing on financial data extracted from the annual reports of three BUMNs: PT Waskita Karya (Persero), PT Hutama Karya (Persero), and PT Adhi Karya (Persero). These companies have been tasked with executing National Strategic Projects (PSNs) since 2015. The scope of the study spans from one year prior to the assignment in 2014 to the performance year of 2022. The sample selection is based on the significant roles of these companies in implementing PSNs in Indonesia. The research data includes elements from the companies' financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, gathered from annual financial reports accessible through official websites or financial databases. Financial analysis techniques, including Common Size Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Z-Score Analysis, Economic Value Added (EVA), and Du Pont Analysis, will be applied to analyze and compare the financial performance of the three BUMNs throughout the study period. The research findings suggest that PSN assignments had a significant impact on the profitability of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), PT Waskita Karya (Persero), and PT Adhi Karya (Persero). All three companies faced increased financial pressure due to interest burdens, indicating internal financial strains affecting profits. While PT Hutama Karya experienced increased interest burdens, PT Waskita Karya showed limited revenue growth, and PT Adhi Karya witnesseda decline in net income. Solvency varied among the companies, with PT Adhi Karya and PT Hutama Karya demonstrating good short-term liquidity, whereas PT Waskita Karya experienced decreased liquidity</text>

<text>As individuals age, they typically acquire more financial obligations, such as funding their children's education or planning for retirement, which can impact their decision to utilize consumer credit. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the decision to opt for consumer credit at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda), with age serving as a moderating variable. The research methodology employed is associative descriptive research. The sampling technique utilized is probability random sampling, determined by the Slovin formula, resulting in a total sample size of 322. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research findings lead to several conclusions: Firstly, service quality exerts a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose consumer credit at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda). Secondly, promotion demonstrates a positive but statistically insignificant effect on the decision to choose consumer credit at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda). Lastly, the interest rate has a positive and significant impact on the decision to select consumer credit at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda). The age variable acts as a Quasi Moderator (Quasi Moderation) on the influence of service quality on the decision to choose consumer credit at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda). The age variable acts as a Moderation Predictor on the influence of promotions on the decision to choose consumer credit at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda). The age variable acts as a Pure Moderator on the influence of interest rates on the decision to choose PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda) consumer credit.</text>

<text>This study investigated the role of content marketing and product variety on purchase decisions through customer engagement. The study was executed on the customers of local Indonesian footwear, namely Noosa Official, the MSME based in Bandung City. A total of 360 respondents were selected with the criteria of being 15 to 60years old, living in Indonesia, and as followers of the Noosa Official Instagram for at least three months. The questionnaire contains 36 questions. The survey was self-administered and conducted online, and then the data obtained was analyzed using descriptive and SEM-PLS analysis. This study concluded that content marketing significantly and positively affects customer engagement and decisions. The indirect effect of content marketing on customer decisions mediated by customer engagement is also significant. Product variety only significantly affects customer decisions positively. Product variety has a positive but insignificant effect on customer engagement. Customer engagement is also negligible in mediating the influence of product variety on customer decisions. Lastly, customer engagement is also known to significantly influence customer decisions positively</text>

<text>User satisfaction can be defined as the user's feelings resulting from comparing the user's expectations of the product with actual results, achieved through satisfaction with the information system. User satisfaction can be seen from several aspects, namely the content aspect, the accuracy aspect, the ease of use aspect, the form aspect, the time aspect according to Doll & Torkzadeh (1998). Inaportnet is a system based on an internet/web service network related to ship arrival and departure services as well as loading and unloading activities. This research uses qualitative research methods. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this research are that the content aspect is satisfactory with access links, ship service forms and clear directions according to user needs. The accuracy aspect has been satisfactory by providing precise and accurate information and up to date services. The ease of use aspect has been satisfactory with a web address thatis easy to find, helps users work and is easy to access. The form (format) aspect is not satisfactory with the appearance of the service being less attractive. The time aspect is not satisfactory for users because it does not comply with the standard reference for services using Inaportnet. Some of the obstacles that have been experienced by Inaportnet service users in carrying out the ship service process are poor service quality, network disruption, lack of science and technology, complicated usage procedures, and payment settlement problems.</text>

<text>The objective of this study is to examine the strategies employed by Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school in Medan in achieving economic independence and to ascertain the impact of this independence on institutional and community development. Adopting a qualitative research approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, in accordance with the perspective of KH. Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi. The primary findings indicate that Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school employs strategies, including the diversification of income sources, the establishment of business units, and the integration of internal and external resources in economic management. These economic independence measures have a positive impact on the development of pesantren facilities and the welfare of teachers and staff, while also facilitating the economic empowerment of the surrounding community through the provision of various entrepreneurship initiatives. However, a number of supporting and inhibiting factors also influence the implementation of these strategies. This study contributes to the existing literature on the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools and provides practical recommendations for other Islamic boarding schools seeking to enhance their economic independence</text>
