Serta dapat menjadi bahan acuan dan dorongan bagi karyawan serta menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan dalam memberikan kualitas kemampuan sebelum terjun dalam persaingan tenaga kerja lainnya.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini dalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai PT.Bangga Teknologi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode-penelitian SAW sering juga dikenal istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot. Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Metode SAW membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (X) ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan a danya respon yang baik tidak dapat di pungkiri kinerja pegawai belum maksimal.Serta sarana dan prasarana di kantor yang belum memadai yang menjadi aspek penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.Proses penilaian tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk excel, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan pengolahan data.
