Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode sampel yang digunakan population sampling, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah sensus.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji multikolenieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas data. Berdasar data yang telah diujikan diperoleh hasil bahwa item pertanyaan telah lolos validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya data yang digunakan tidak terdapat multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas dan normalitas sehingga dapat dilanjutkan dengan uji regresi. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel yaitu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan non fisik dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan urutan besarnya pengaruh adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan terakhir adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik. Hasil uji F menunjukkan ketiga variabel secara bersama berpengaruh membangun kinerja karyawan, dan hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan di PT.Hanil Indonesia Boyolali di support oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja non fisik serta motivasi kerja sebesar 61 %, sisanya dibangun variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Korean Wave berhasil mencapai popularitasnya di Pekalongan tepatnya di Kecamatan Kedungwuni, melalui media sosial ini banyak pelaku usaha yang memanfaatkan eksistensi Korean Wave untuk meningkatkan usaha mereka yaitu dengan berjualan Korean Street Food. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya kedai atau tempat makan dengan menu Korean Street Food. Makanan korea yang dijual di kedai-kedai Korean Street Food di Kecamatan Kedungwuni antara lain Tteokbokki, Hweori Gamja/ Kentang Tornado, Hottang, Corndog dan Bakso Seafood ala Korea.
