Teknik pengambilan datanya melalui kuesioner (angket) kepada 38 responden. Teknik uji pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji t dan uji f. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, Kepuasan nasabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Kinerja pelayanan dan Kepuasan nasabah secara bersama sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas nasabah. Maka dengan kata lain H1 diterima, H2 ditolak dan H3 ditolak. Kualitas kinerja pelayanan pada kantor Bank Bri Unit Kangean cukup tinggi namun kepuasan nasabahnya masih rendah.
