Berdasarkan rasio Net Profit Margin (NPM), kinerja keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CU Damai Sejahtera pada tahun 2020-2021 menunjukkan kriteria sehat dan pada tahun 2022 menunjukkan kriteria sangat sehat. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dan analisa statistik inferensia dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbagai varian Partial Least Square (PLS). Model pengukuran atau outer model, uji model struktural atau inner model, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan Software Smart-PLS 4.0 sebagai alat uji. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi instruktur dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi masyarakat berolahraga senam Aerobik di Kota Payakumbuh. Hasil observasi menerangkan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
