<text>The purpose of this study is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of freight forwarder companies in Jakarta as well as human resource management literature. This study uses a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between the variables studied, namely service leadership, training, employee performance, and employee engagement in freight forwarder companies in Jakarta. The population in this study is all freight forwarder companies operating in DKI Jakarta, which number 337 companies. From this population, 6 freight forwarder companies were selected that were considered representative and able to represent the characteristics of the population as a whole. <text>This study explores the influence of communication and counseling guidance on bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli Barat. Bullying cases in this school are still quite high, with around 60% of students reporting having experienced or witnessed bullying. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches, with a purposively selected sample of 30 students. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that good communication between teachers and students significantly reduced the incidence of bullying. Students with good communication only experienced 5 cases of bullying, while students with poor communication experienced 4 cases out of a total of 5 students. In addition, counseling guidance proved to be effective in dealing with students' emotional problems, although limited human resources were the main obstacle in its implementation. This study emphasizes the importance of effective communication and adequate counseling services as strategies to reduce bullying behavior in schools. The findings are expected to be the basis for better policy formulation in creating a safe and comfortable school environment for all students</text>

<text>The growth of entrepreneurship in a country is an important factor in spurring the economy and creating jobs. However, entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by various factors, including financial literacy, digital literacy, adversity intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit. However, it is unclear how these factors interact and influence an individual's entrepreneurial interest, especially considering the potential moderation of environmental support. This research aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy, digital literacy, adversity intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit with entrepreneurial interest. In addition, this research also aims to evaluate whether environmental support moderates the relationship between these factors and entrepreneurial interest. Data was collected through a survey of 500 respondents representing a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the relationships between these variables and examine the potential moderation of environmental support. The research results show that financial literacy, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial spirit have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest with path coefficients of 0.104, 0.080, and 0.101, respectively. However, no significant relationship was found between adversity intelligence and entrepreneurial interest. In addition, there is no evidence to support the moderation of environmental support in the relationship between these factors and entrepreneurial interest</text>

<text>The problem of career development of employees at PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon is important because career development is a process of improving a person's ability to work in order to achieve their career goals. This research aims to identify and analyze career planning, career management, career development, job satisfaction, and career commitments that can affect employees of PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon. This research using the survey method uses a quantitative approach, i.e., a questionnaire. The research's population consists of the 113 employees of PT. Krakatau Engineering City in Cilegon. We took samples of up to 88 employees from the population using a random sampling technique. The results of this study may indicate that career planning towards career development obtained a statistical t-value of 3.144 (greater than t-table 1.96) with a path coefficient of 0.388. Career management towards career growth obtains a statistic t-value of 4.820 (greatest than t-table 1.96), with a path coefficient of 0.588. Careers development towards job satisfaction obtains a statistics t-value of 25.711 (greater than t-tabel 1.96) with a path coefficient of 0.860. Career development towards career commitment obtained the statistical t-values of 99.011 (larger than t-table 1.96) with a track factor of 0.960.The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of career planning and career management (as an antecedent) career development, job satisfaction and career commitment (as a consequence) of employees at PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon, both partially and simultaneously.</text>

<text>This study aims to analyze the effect of per capita income, Bank Indonesia (BI) interest rates, and the consumer price index on the demand for electronic money in Indonesia during the period2009-2022. In an increasingly developing digital economy era, financial technology (FinTech) innovations play a crucial role in facilitating financial transactions and fostering a cashless society. This study highlights macroeconomic variables that are considered to have a significant impact on the adoption of electronic money in Indonesia. The data used in this study consists of annual data obtained from official sources such as Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to measure the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Before performing the regression analysis, classical assumption tests were conducted to ensure that the data met the classical linear regression requirements, including tests for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The results of the study indicate that per capita income has a positive and significant effect on the demand for electronic money. This finding suggests that an increase in per capita income encourages greater use of electronic money as a means of payment. BI interest rates were also found to have a significant but negative effect on the demand for electronic money, indicating that higher interest rates tendto reduce the use of electronic money. Conversely, the consumer price index was found to have a positive but not significant effect on the demand for electronic money, meaning that fluctuations in consumer prices do not have a substantial impact on the use of electronic money</text>
