<text>Using a quantitative methodology, this study analyzes primary data from 10 Pegadaian Syariah AR Hakim Medan customers via questionnaires. Sampling methodology is the method that is used. Subsequently, route analysis and SPSS Version 25 software were used to process and evaluate the gathered data. Tests for instrument validity and reliability, statistical tests (determination test, partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (f-test), and testing for classical assumptions (data normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) were all included in the study. The findings of the study indicate that although mun'ah fees do not significantly affect customer happiness, service quality and convenience do have a beneficial impact on contentment. Customer loyalty is positively impacted by customer pleasure. The significance test findings demonstrate that mun'ah fees have no discernible impact on consumer happiness or loyalty. However, with a 95% trust level and a 5% mistake rate, service quality and convenience have a major impact on client loyalty via satisfaction</text>

<text>This study aims to examine the influence of competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation, and product innovation on the business success of snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The phenomenon observed is the importance of innovation and competitive advantage in facing intense business competition. The problem identified is that it is unclear how much each of these factors contributes to the success of MSME businesses. This study used quantitative method with descriptive approach and associative analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 67 snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. Validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using SPSS, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that competitive advantage had a positive and significant influence on business success with a significance value of 0.022. In contrast, entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation do not have a significant influence on business success, with a significance value of 0.118 and 0.695, respectively. It is concluded that competitive advantage is a key factor in determining business success of snack food MSMEs in Sukabumi, while entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have no significant influence. Therefore, it is recommended that MSMEs in Sukabumi should focus more on developing competitive advantage to achieve better business success</text>

The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, with the criteria being consumers who had made purchases more than once. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The research results show that the better the taste, the greater the consumer's repurchase interest; the better the service quality, the higher the consumer's repurchase interest; The better the shop atmosphere, the greater the interest in repurchasing. Research was conducted on SRI-KEHATI indexed issuers for the 2019-2023 period. A sample of 133 observations was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 25 were used to carry out testing. The results prove that board gender diversity has no effect on ESG disclosure, while managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a positive effect on ESG disclosure. The implications of this research support stakeholder theory and the concept of corporate governance and provide suggestions for issuers, investors, regulators, and future research related to ESG disclosure</text>

<text>This study aims to determine the position of the murabahah contract in BSI Griya Hasanah Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Palangkaraya Diponegoro Branch Office. In addition, to find out how the implementation of BSI Griya Hasanah financing products with murabahah contracts. The method used is qualitative with adescriptive analytical method. Data collection techniques through interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palangkaraya Diponegoro, as well as a documentation approach and also literature studies related to this study. The results of the study found thatthe BSI Griya Hasanah financing product is appropriate if paired with a murabahah contract because in principle the transaction, the Islamic bank will purchase the house or apartment desired by the customer (the bank acts as the homeowner) and then sell the house or apartment to the customer in installments. This murabahah contract also has a strong foundation from the three basic laws of Islam, the Qur'an, Hadith and Ijma. Based on Q.S Al-Baqarah:275, hadith from Suhaib Ar-Rumi r.a and Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No. 04/DSN-MUI/2000 concerning murabahah financing and multi-service financing No. 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004.</text>
