The data examined in this research comes from secondary data in the form of financial reports presented by the company. The companies that will be researched are infrastructure, transportation & logistics, property & real estate, and technology listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period listed on the IDX. Based on the object of this research, a total of 104 financial reports are observation data. This research uses the Descriptive Statistics Test, the Classical Assumption Test and the Multicollinearity Test as stages to test the normality of the data. Then, there is multiple linear analysis, which is continued with the Coefficient of Determination Test and ends with hypothesis testing via the T and F tests. The results obtained are tax. Avoidance positively affects the cost of debt, so tax risk weakens the interaction of tax avoidance with the cost of debt.</text>

The study population was culinary MSMEs in Sukabumi City registered at the cooperative office, with a sample of 135 MSMEs randomly selected throughprobability sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and literature study, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that customer orientation has a significant positive effect on product innovation (C.R. = 5.551, p < 0.05), and customer orientation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance (C.R. = 4.517, p < 0.05). However, product innovation has no significant effect on marketing performance (C.R. = 0.984, p > 0.05). Product innovation partially mediates the relationship between customer orientation and marketing performance (Z value = 3.168 > 1.978). In conclusion, customer orientation is important to improve marketingperformance, although product innovation is not the dominant mediating factor.</text>

<text>Public organizations must continue to develop efficient and adaptive public services as their competitive advantage. One important strategy in this effort is to increase employee innovative work behavior. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors that influence Innovative Work Behavior of government employees, including Transformational Leadership, P-O Fit, and Interpersonal Trust with Knowledge-sharing Behavior as mediation. The research uses a quantitative approach using the SEM model and smartPLS application to analyze data from 292 functional employees at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The results of the analysis show that Transformational Leadership and P-O Fit are positively related to IWB. Meanwhile, Interpersonal Trust does not have a direct influence on IWB but has a positive impact through Knowledge-sharing Behavior as a mediator. One application of this managerial research is to increase Knowledge-sharing Behavior. This can be achieved through development strategies that involve active employee participation, expanding their access to knowledge that can trigger creativity and innovation, and building information systems with open access to all employees. Suggestions for further research are to consider organizational factors that are responsive to change (agile organization) in model analysis so that it can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence Innovative Work Behavior in the context of the dynamics of organizational change</text>

<text>The development of the traditional food industry has intensified competition among MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage in traditional food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The research method uses a causal descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 128 traditional food MSMEs. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that market orientation had no significant effect on competitive advantage, while product innovation had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Simultaneously, market orientation and product innovation have a significant effect on competitive advantage with a contribution of 15%. This finding indicates that traditional food MSMEs in Sukabumi City need to focus more on product innovation to improve their competitive advantage. This study provides insights for MSME players and related stakeholders in developing strategies to improve the competitiveness of traditional food MSMEs in an increasingly competitive era</text>

<text>This study analyzes the impact of literacy inclusion and financial management on the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Binjai City, North Sumatra. Utilizing a quantitative research method, the study collected primary data through questionnaires and interviews with 105 MSME owners. The findings indicate that higher financial literacy and inclusion significantly enhance the ability of MSME owners to manage business finances, thereby improving both performance and sustainability. The study highlights the critical role of financial management in the growth and stability of MSMEs, particularly in distinguishing between personal and business finances. Moreover, it confirms that well-managed finances positively influence sales turnover and decision-making processes within MSMEs. The research contributes to understanding the factors that drive MSME success in a regional context, offering practical implications for policy and training programs aimed at improving financial literacy and inclusion among MSME operators.</text>
