<text>This research aims to analyze the effect of government spending on multidimensional poverty in Indonesia in 2018-2020. The government expenditure used is government expenditure for housing functions, public facilities and social assistance expenditure. This research uses a quantitative approach and Tobit panel regression techniques as well as secondary data for 2018-2020. The research results show that government spending, both government spending for public facilities housing functions and socialassistance spending, has a positive and significant effect on multidimensional poverty in Indonesia. This research recommends to the Government that in making expenditure policies it is necessary to examine more broadly the impact on multidimensional poverty. Furthermore, the Government needs to evaluate and review the effectiveness of policies that have been implemented to reduce poverty, especially multidimensional poverty, which can be done through budget decomposition based on programs, so that the effect of spending on poverty can be seen in more detai</text>

<text>In recent years, innovative financial instruments have gained prominence as key drivers of sustainable development initiatives worldwide. Among these, green bonds and impact investing have emerged as pivotal tools for channeling capital towards environmentally and socially beneficial projects. This journal article provides a comprehensive analysis of these instruments through a multi-layered approach. Firstly, it explores the foundational concepts and principles underlying green bonds, emphasizing their role in financing projects that promote environmental sustainability, such as renewable energy, clean transportation, and biodiversity conservation. Secondly, the article examines impact investing, focusing on its broader scope beyond environmental aspects to encompass social and governance factors. This includes investments targeting improvements in healthcare, education, and community development, aiming to generate measurable positive impacts alongside financial returns. urthermore, the study delves into the synergies and distinctions between green bonds and impact investing, highlighting their complementary roles in driving sustainable development goals (SDGs). It discusses current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the global market for these instruments, considering regulatory frameworks, investor preferences, and market dynamics. By synthesizing insights from recent literature and case studies, this article contributes to the understanding of how financial innovation can catalyze positive environmental and social change. Ultimately, it underscores the transformative potential of green bonds and impact investing in achieving long-term sustainability objectives on a global scale</text>

<text>This research aims to analyze customer resistance to the internet network tariff policy at Plasa Telkom Gunungsitoli, focusing on the inconsistency of tariffs applied by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study collected primary data through direct interviews and secondary data from documentation, and analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show customer dissatisfaction with tariff inconsistency and service quality that does not match the price paid, leading to customer resistance. The findings also highlight the importance of transparency, improved service quality, and responsiveness to complaints in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. In addition, incentivizing loyal customers and effective information management are important strategies in overcoming customer resistance. In conclusion, to deal with customer resistance, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia needs to adopt a holistic approach that includes tariff policy transparency, service quality improvement, and continuous policy evaluation. The implementation of this strategy will increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's reputation as a leading telecommunications service provider</text>
