<text>This study analyzes the impact of literacy inclusion and financial management on the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Binjai City, North Sumatra. Utilizing a quantitative research method, the study collected primary data through questionnaires and interviews with 105 MSME owners. The findings indicate that higher financial literacy and inclusion significantly enhance the ability of MSME owners to manage business finances, thereby improving both performance and sustainability. The study highlights the critical role of financial management in the growth and stability of MSMEs, particularly in distinguishing between personal and business finances. Moreover, it confirms that well-managed finances positively influence sales turnover and decision-making processes within MSMEs. The research contributes to understanding the factors that drive MSME success in a regional context, offering practical implications for policy and training programs aimed at improving financial literacy and inclusion among MSME operators.</text>

<text>This research aims to analyze customer resistance to the internet network tariff policy at Plasa Telkom Gunungsitoli, focusing on the inconsistency of tariffs applied by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study collected primary data through direct interviews and secondary data from documentation, and analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show customer dissatisfaction with tariff inconsistency and service quality that does not match the price paid, leading to customer resistance. The findings also highlight the importance of transparency, improved service quality, and responsiveness to complaints in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. In addition, incentivizing loyal customers and effective information management are important strategies in overcoming customer resistance. In conclusion, to deal with customer resistance, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia needs to adopt a holistic approach that includes tariff policy transparency, service quality improvement, and continuous policy evaluation. The implementation of this strategy will increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's reputation as a leading telecommunications service provider</text>

<text>This research analyzes food ordering contracts via online transportation applications from an Islamic economic perspective. It was found that there are various electronic contracts that influence society, including the perception that booking contracts canbe considered haram or contain gharar, affecting beliefs and the online transportation ecosystem. This research methodology is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources from interviews and secondary sources from books and papers. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that in Go-Food services by PT Go-Jek there are ijarah, wakalah, sale and purchase and musyarakah contracts. Ijarah contracts occur in service transactions, wakalah contracts when consumers represent purchases, sale and purchase contracts when drivers buy food, and musyarakah contracts in collaboration between PT Go-Jek and drivers. In addition, analysis of OVO top-up transactions shows that it is compatible with the Sarf contract, although a small number of users still consider it a Qardh contract due to the lack of socialization regarding the type of contract in OVO transactions</text>

<text>The development of the traditional food industry has intensified competition among MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage in traditional food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The research method uses a causal descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 128 traditional food MSMEs. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that market orientation had no significant effect on competitive advantage, while product innovation had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Simultaneously, market orientation and product innovation have a significant effect on competitive advantage with a contribution of 15%. This finding indicates that traditional food MSMEs in Sukabumi City need to focus more on product innovation to improve their competitive advantage. This study provides insights for MSME players and related stakeholders in developing strategies to improve the competitiveness of traditional food MSMEs in an increasingly competitive era</text>

The background of this study includes the rapid development of the culinary industry in Indonesia, especially fast food restaurants, as well as factors that influence consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents of Solaria consumers in Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived value and perceived price have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Electronic word of mouth was also shown to have a significant mediating influence between perceived value and price perception on repurchase intentions. This study concludes that to increase repurchase intentions, fast food restaurants such as Solaria need to increase perceived value and positive price perceptions in the eyes of consumers, and utilize electronic word of mouth as an effective marketing tool</text>
