<text>The goal of this study is to investigate how, in the era of Society 5.0, digital marketing strategies affect Maybelline lipstick product purchases in Indonesia. The main focus of this study is on how Instagram advertising and digital technologies affect customer purchasing decisions and increase brand recognition. Purposive sampling was used to select 300 respondents, who were then surveyed to collect quantitative data. The data was examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that Instagram ads and digital technology significantly improve brand recognition, which influences customer purchasing decisions. These findings show how effective digital marketing strategies are at increasing sales of cosmetics, especially in the context of changing customer behavior in the Society 5.0 era.</text>

<text>This study aims to investigate the role of mental health as a mediator in the relationship between despotic leadership and employee well-being on job satisfaction. Specifically, it examines how despotic leadership and employee well-being affect the mental health and job satisfaction of officers in the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Office of West Kalimantan Province. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 207 officers who have worked for three years or more. The data was processed and analyze using AMOS 26 and structural equation model (SEM). The results of this study found that despotic leadership and employee well-being have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, this research successfully tested the role of mental health as a mediator in the relationship between despotic leadership, employee well-being, and job satisfaction, with the findings showing that mental health has a positive and significant impact. The study will contribute to the existing literature by providing a nuanced understanding of the interplay between despotic leadership, employee well-being, and mental health on job satisfaction. The research findings can have significant implications for organizational practices and policies aimed at improving employee job satisfaction and overall well-being.</text>

<text>The aim of this research is to explore whether there is a relationship between cyberloafing and hustle culture on the performance of Generation Z employees across Indonesia, mediated by mental health. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with a total of 202 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) were employed as data measurement methods, using the SMARTPLS 3 application. The findings indicate that cyberloafing negatively impacts mental health but not significantly affects employee performance. On the other hand, hustle culture significantly harms both mental health and employee performance. Mental health also have significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, both cyberloafing and hustle culture have a significant negative impact on performance, mediated by mental health. This research is expected to assist companies in designing more effective strategies to support employee well-being, understand the factors influencing the performance of Generation Z, and enrich the literature on human resource management, particularly concerning the relationship between mental health and performance.</text>

<text>The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is one of the important economic indicators that can provide information about the development of the price of goods/services paid by consumers. The CPI has a relationship in determining inflation so inflation and CPI are important variables in seeing the development of the economy in a particular country or city. The CPI and inflation are so important that many researchers have studied inflation and CPI. The purpose of this study is to predict the value of Indonesia's monthly CPI with a simple, easy, and highly accurate forecasting model using R package statistics software. The CPI data used was the monthly CPI data from BPS from January 2014 to August 2024. The forecasting model used in this study was the ETS(M,N,N) model. The determination of the best ETS model is based on the minimum value of the Akaike information criteria (AIC) and Bayesian information criteria (BIC). The best model used was the ETS (M,N,N) model with a smoothing parameter (α) of 0.9933, a root mean square error (RMSE) of 3.275868, and a mean absolute percentile error (MAPE) of 0.6595211%. The forecasting results for the next four periods, namely September-December 2024, are around the value of 106,0602.</text>

The findings indicate fluctuations and significant declines in several financial ratios, such as Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). These declines may be attributed to decreased revenue, increased operational costs, and changes in consumer behavior due to the pandemic. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur responded to these impacts by implementing strategies for operational efficiency, product diversification, and consumer behavior. Adjustments in marketing strategies. This study provides insights into the importance of company adaptation in facing crises and maintaining financial stability amidst uncertain circumstances.</text>

<text>This study investigates the effect of transformational leadership and role breadth self-efficacy (RBSE) on organizational resilience. This study also investigates RBSE as a mediating variable between transformational leadership and organizational resilience. This study uses a test, with a representative sample size or one determined based on the Krejcie et al. (1970) table, where the number of 100 corresponds to a sample size of 80. The sample consists of 80 teachers and staff from Catholic high schools in Surabaya. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and RBSE on school organizational resilience. This study is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires for data collection. This study uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate a significant, positive, and strong relationship between transformational leadership and RBSE with organizational resilience, both directly and through mediation, mediated by RBSE. This study has practical benefits for school principals. to understand the benefits of transformational leadership and role breadth at least contains the objectives, methodology and results of self-efficacy in building organizational resilience in schools. Further research is suggested to explore the impact of transformational leadership and role breadth self-efficacy on organizational resilience in schools to provide new perceptions on the role of transformational leadership and RBSE in fostering organizational resilience.</text>

<text>This study is a quantitative study to test whether accountability, population quality, organizational size, economic growth, and covid-19, affect regional independence. The study was conducted for the scope in Java. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained through the Central Statistics Agency. Data was taken from the Central Statistics Agency for the period 2013 to 2021. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the STATA application. The results of the statistical test show that the accountability variable (opinion) p-value is 0.001, which means that accountability significantly affects regional independence, as well as the population quality variable indicated by the HDI. The p-value for the HDI is 0.000 which can be said that the HDI significantly affects regional independence. The same results are also shown by the variable organizational size (SIZE) which indicated by the assets owned by the regional government (ASETKAP), the p-value of the size of the regional government is 0.000. This means that the size of the government significantly affects regional independence. The variables COVID-19 (COVID) and economic growth (ADHBKAP) also have a significant positive influence.</text>

<text>This research aims to explore and analyze Human Resources (HR) experiences in hybrid working models and their impact on employee behavior and performance across various industry sectors. A qualitative approach was used, with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Data was collected from 30 participants from different industry backgrounds and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results show that hybrid working models provide significant benefits in improving work-life balance, but also present challenges in communication and collaboration. Employees who adapted well to this model showed improvements in individual performance and job satisfaction. These findings have important implications for HR management and organizational policy development.</text>
